We were asked if we were celebrating anything special. When we said it was our anniversary they were so kind. The Tuna Poke appetizer was absolutely delightful! Smooth and fresh. The pear and cheese salad was sweet and crunchy with fresh arugula and a light dressing. Husband went for the seafood combo. It was cooked to perfection with crunchy and buttery toppings. I ordered the pork belly tacos from the summer menu. The perfect amount of pork belly, fresh corn and bit of spice. The sweet potato fries were OK, but not warm upon arrival. Literally that was the only issue we had. The waiter comped the dessert as an anniversary gift. The butter cake is a flavor packed party in your mouth. Lemon curd, fresh strawberries and a spectacular crunchy and soft cake topped with vanilla ice cream. This was a 10/10!!

We ordered the fish and chips which came out fairly quickly. 2 nice pieces of haddock and a good amount of fries. Homemade tarter sauce too which was really good. The fish was cooked perfectly. service was pleasant. THe mens bathroom walls could use a good scrubbing.

Great Expectations, Complicated Catering…read more I reached out to Pho City nearly two months before our baby shower, thinking that would be plenty of time to get catering sorted out. Apparently, the food wasn't the hard part; getting the details finalized was. Between scheduling mix-ups, unanswered questions, and repeatedly having to follow up, arranging catering started feeling like a second job. I was looking for a caterer, not a project manager position. The manager has plenty of experience in the food industry, but there's a difference between knowing how to serve a crowd and knowing how to serve a customer. Generous offers are appreciated, but clear communication and follow-through matter, too. Unfortunately, the booking process took more effort than it should have, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. The takeaway: Good food may bring people through the door, but good communication helps get them there in the first place.

The Apple was was good flavor and fair size pie however the Banana Cream Pie while the flavor was ok the banana slices were nearly non existent- in my slice of the pie there were 2 shaved thin pieces of banana. Also the whipped cream was sparsely laid out. I could go to any supermarket and get one and the banana slices are thick and plentiful and whipped cream is 3 times what was on Manns Pie. Complete waste of money and I'll stick to only getting an Apple pie however I'm better off getting Apple pies from Costco since they are twice the size and much less expensive. Not impressed Manns- get with the program!
