This restaurant is amazing! All of the food is so delicious with such a wide variety. I have gotten/tried the fried calamari, the pad Thai, the pad see ew, a soup/Ramen, and the mango sticky rice. Not only was all of this so good, but the customer service is wonderful. All of the staff is so kind and patient with customers as well as very helpful and informative. The Duck is excellent! I had the crispy duck Penang curry. The menu seems larger than other Thai restaurants in the area. Many traditional items with several house spicalties as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a strip mall location with plenty of parking and tables for dinning in. It looks like they also served hard liquor with a four seat bar area. read more

Floors haven't been swept in awhile, the ceiling fan was cake on with dust, the light bulbs with the glass around it Above the table was also covered in dust. The good is we got seated quickly and serviced right away the food was good not great it matched the price they charge the bad is I asked for a cup of coffee and the waitress wasn't sure what they had but said she could make a fresh pot if needed well she bought me over a cup of very dark coffee so I tried adding three cream and two sugar and it was still in not drinkable so just pushed it aside with my spoon in it when she came to bring the check I politely told her about the coffee being bad and she made no offer to take it of the bill just said she better throw that pot out normally I'm a good tipper when we go out but this time not so much probably won't be coming back anytime soon read more

When Thai Chili opened, it was from the same owners as Chao Praya River, and same menu. It eventually changed hands, and the food got better and better, as they customized the old menu to feature new items. Less than a year ago, they upgraded the decor, and menu. It looks like the old chow prayer is gone. And its place, is a much nicer menu, with lots of appetizers, Ramen, soup, and a good selection of Thai entrées. The wait staff and owner are very nice people, they tend to remember your name, and the atmosphere is just charming. The Ramen noodle soup is fantastic and this is the first place to regularly serve Ramen soup in Salem. The appetizer selections are numerous, and are delicious. My wife and I tend to go here every couple of weeks, and the food is quite enjoyable. Fully recommended! read more

I can't believe this restaurant doesn't have five star reviews. The best fresh rolls I've ever had, and I've had them in almost every major city in the US. They have two versions, both not fried, FRESH. And the peanut sauce, hold onto your seat honey! No but seriously, their vegetables are Always cooked to perfection with a slight crunch, never soggy. And their staff is very helpful and friendly. I came to pick up food the other night and took notice of their beautiful flowers. When I asked where they had come from, I was offered one. I got the chicken pad prik king, really great with plenty of fresh veggies mixed in. The drunken noodles are excellent. And the calamari appetizer is sooo good! For over a decade, we have searched for that Grandma Red Curry flavor and spiciness all over the country and never found it (which even included four years of living in California). Not very impressive on taste. Had the Pad See Ew and Drunken Noodles. Noodles are reconstituted vs fresh. NYC is only a few hours away and other Thai restaurants in the Nashua area have fresh noodles so this just seems lazy or cheap to not offer them. Also, both dishes had barely any sauce...so, tasteless. Just a very boring meal overall. Update after the meal...got charged for condiments too. Not good.
