We read the reviews here about the service and almost passed on trying this place. When we looked closer, most reviews said the food was great so we decided to try it. Food was fresh, made to order and delicious. There were plenty of staff there. I saw at least 7 people behind the counter helping people and making food. Nothing seemed disorganized during our visit. We arrived around 1:15pm on a weekday. Our food was delivered to our table in 17 minutes after we ordered. We will definitely come back. read more

I was a walk-in customer here today for a Teriyaki Bowl. Unfortunately, the order was taken in as shredded turkey instead of chicken (that I ordered) Clearly, this place is overwhelmed staff-wise and pretty unorganized because on top of that, I was waiting in view of the counter for my order for about 35 minutes while about a dozen other customers received theirs. I came in pretty excited to order today, seeing as though this is one of the healthier lunch options near my job. However, the experience today tainted that. Happen to drop in here after passing on the way to my storage facility. Food was definitely fresh....HOWEVER I waited way too long for a burrito and a bowl.....it wasnt even busy....only 1 couple ahead of me that ended up walking out without their food because it took too long...I'm a pretty patient person...but I cant imagine coming here at a busier time of day. The food is good, but they are way too disorganized. Some members of the staff are pretty rude, especially if you have a special request for your order. Had a friend pick me up a salad for lunch today, he also ordered himself something. My salad got left behind, so I had to go grab it, due to the way it was packaged separately, he either thought it was some one else's or it was not there. No communication. When I finally received the salad, it was beautifully done, with that being said they didn't package the dressing with it so I am eating it dry currently because I don't have time to drive back again, and I need to eat lunch. I went here because I wanted a healthy alternative. I found the place to be a little dirty and the cashiers apron and clothes were filthy. My son asked for a panini with no tomatoes but guess what there were tomatoes in it when we got home and opened up the sandwich. Good thing he's not allergic! I ordered the Billy Goat salad and I was very upset when I noticed that the beets were missing which clearly were suppose to be in it, I paid $9 for it!
