This was my first time at this location but have been to the other locations in the past. Our waiter was helpful with the wine selection and the ambiance was really nice. The bruschetta boards were delicious as always. We also ordered a cheese board. The price for the cheese boards are very reasonable and good portion sizes. If you are a fan of charcuterie then you need to try this place! I should have taken more/better pictures but we were too busy enjoying ourselves. read more

Service wonderful, ambience nice however there are no main meals on the menu . Cocktails, boards, PANINIS - what ? How can that be a mainstay of an establishment? read more

The food is so delicious! We order a variety of bruschettas. Each order came with four pieces and I think we tried all of them. My least favorite was the margarita one. It was a little bland but the one with prosciutto was my favorite! I could eat that over and over again. Our server was so nice. We struggled to understand how the bruschetta flight worked and he was so patient with us. Would come back for Sunday funday because it seems like it would be a fun time! I get excited for day drinking vibes whenever I'm here. read more

My husband and I came here for brunch before a matinee movie at the theater nearby. We were seated quickly, the staff was friendly and made some great suggestions since we hadn't been there before. I had the Morning Remix, while my husband got the Meatball Shakshouka, and we shared the Cast Iron Sticky Bread. The Morning Remix was tasty - nothing super special, but still very good flavor. My husband adored the shakshouka (it's one of our favorite recipes to make at home, so that was no surprise), and the big winner was the Cast Iron Sticky Bread. My husband had never had anything like that before (often called Monkey Bread), but we both loved it! It would be nice to come back here to try their non-brunch menu, which was a bit smaller and more specialized than I expected, but still delicious (and we definitely didn't need to buy much at the concession stand at the movie theater). read more

Great food & amazing service from Jordan. He was super attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, we will definitely be coming back.

I love Postino but the bruschetta bread has been hit or miss; some days it's soft and others it's so hard I don't want to eat it. Either way; I'll keep coming back due to a great atmosphere. read more

Love, Love, Love Postino! Fun and funky atmosphere, great service and delicious eats. Pick a board, any board, you won't be disappointed!

Great interior space in a brand new building (site of former CU Medical Center), a sort of Mid-Century Art Deco motif. Servers and wait staff are on the ball and very pleasant. Like so many mention here, it's loud -- not necessarily from the music but from the architectural acoustics that seem to bounce voices. And there were many: the place was about maxed out with occupancy, everybody seemingly in good spirits and having a good time. Loud spaces don't bother me, so no knocks here. Our group of six was to meet for Happy Hour (didn't read the fine print). We all work 9-5 and gathered at Postino's CO9 at 5:30. But d'oh! HH ends at 5:00. Come to find out HH is from opening til 5, which, to me, is a bit disingenuous. It's more like, standard pricing til 5, then bump up pricing when most patrons arrive. Whatever. FWIW, HH occurs seven days/week, so weekends can work for us 9-5 stiffs. The food and presentation were superb. We had several boards and my panini with prosciutto and brie was excellent -- flavorful, inventive and looking pretty on the plate. Everybody enjoyed their menu choices. Our bill for six was about $350, and that included wine, beer and tip. That's somewhat standard these days for nice, new restaurants, and I get that. It's a slight bummer, though, that being self-employed, I can only afford to go out once, maybe twice a week. Even though Postino's is a casual place, it's more pricey than the two-star $, IMO. What I'd like to see is a "normal" HH slot from, say, 5-7 for those of us who work regular hours. Unfortunately, I do count my pennies, especially since the pandemic whittled down so many paychecks. For me, Postino's will be a rare occurrence and a bit out of my league $-wise, since I've got my go-tos in the greater neighborhood where my money goes a bit further. read more

My mom is visiting from Atlanta and I hadn't been to this Postino yet. We made it just in time for happy hour, which meant a $20 bottle of wine for us. I had one of the best sparkling rosés I've ever had. And it was originally $45! We also got the Bounty Board, which is roasted and raw veggies with the most amazing green goddess dressing. Definitely going to add to my rotations of happy hour spots. read more

We had to come back after picking up a bruschetta board here for a Yelp Event. We sat on the patio in November (so very warm this year) and started with the Mac n Cheese with Tomato Soup Dip. It was bomb! The bread was crispy with warm gooey cheese and bacon pieces inside. And call me crazy, but I had never dipped my grilled cheese into my tomato soup. You have converted me! My hubby had a sandwich and I had the skewers. Both were wonderful with tons of flavor. Our server was great even though he had several tables. We will be back! read more

This review is for their takeout. I ordered via Uber Eats to my hotel and this place was amazing! I was looking for something easy, light and flavorful and they served it up! I got the Gluten Free Bruschetta Board (so so so happy they had GF option!) and a side of sweet potatoes fries. Everything came quickly, perfect temperature and all held together well traveling. Highly highly highly recommend! read more

I hosted a brunch for 20 people on the patio. Service was exceptional and food was great as always. I was quite disappointed with my first visit to Postino (takeout). The service on the takeout order wasn't good -- the hostess said it would be 5-10 minutes before my order was really (oddly enough, without checking with anyone), and 15 minutes later I noticed she was just sitting there with my order directly next to her without letting me know it was ready. I don't know how long it was sitting there, but she knew I was waiting (and that it was late), so the lack of service was frustrating. The prosciutto & brie panini was quite sad. It was tiny, quite dry, and barely had anything in it. It was hardly a sandwich, and it left me feeling still very hungry. The Brussels sprout salad was a bit better -- a good mix of ingredients and flavors, though nothing to get too excited about. The amount of plastic packaging was also pretty disappointing, though it's mostly my fault for getting takeout. A separate plastic box for a handful of chips seemed a bit ridiculous though. I'd love it if they switched to more sustainable packaging. read more

I came today with my boyfriend for lunch. Food was great! Service was great. Thanks to our server Jordan we'll be back soon!!

Why would you have people standing outside as if this is a club? Your host can sometimes be direct and rude. There is no online reservation system either. Service can be a hit or miss. Been to Postinos in Tempe and Gilbert, AZ. It is quite a date spot in Tempe for all the years I have lived there. Food is just ok. I used to go for Monday deals but the waiting here is absolutely a nightmare. This place has a terrible booking system that makes patrons stand outside for sometimes up to an hour. And there is no decent waiting section (which is true about all four Postinos that I have visited over 7 years). And it is not just a Denver Postinos thing. Maybe the manager should take it with the senior management. I have had several (sometimes funny) memories from Postinos but the waiting .... Yeah no thanks, can't stand and wait cold and hungry outside. read more

Just happened to be in the area and chose this little place to grab a quick bite. Well I don't know if my senses had given up on life from dining in the burbs too long but wow they were slapped awake and tickled by how good everything was from the Bruschetta board (yep told that diet to take a hike for the day and live a little too) to the Shakshouka to the Croque Madame. Eggs were cooked to perfection and I could swear I heard a little squeal( or maybe that was me?) when they were poked and ran their golden goodness to prove it. Service was awesome as well. Don't miss it if you're in the area or leave the burbs for the day and check it out. I promise you won't miss anything while you're gone read more

I love this place however the last time I dined for lunch my friend and I had super slow service! Which was strange because they weren't that busy, we saw our food sitting in the window for awhile and several employees look at it and then walk past it. It sat there for far too long before someone finally decided to run it to us. Other than this one time though it has been great during our other visits, the mushroom bruschetta is incredible! read more

This is a great wine bar. I went last night for happy hour and ordered a 12 dollar glass of wine for 5 dollars. I wasn't sure what I wanted but was able to use the expertise of the wait staff. The service was friendly and attentive even though it was a busy night. I tried some bruschetta (pictured). The apple and fig was my favorite. The classic bruschetta had tomatoes that were bland but otherwise still delicious. We ended up ordering dessert which took longer than expected and our waiter noticed this and brought us a glass of wine on the house. The atmosphere is trendy and eclectic. read more

We had a chance to try this place out and we ordered the bruchetta board. We went with the: prosciutto, sweet and spicy pepper jam, fresh mozzarella, and ricotta. They were al really good with a tie probably between the first two. The fresh mozzarella is the classic and just delicious. We found the ricotta our least favorite as it lacked a little taste and pizazz especially compared to the others, which already set a high standard. read more

I awoke from a dream wherein my tongue was a writhing snake, slithering and slurping delicious wines and apps. As I come to my senses, I realize that this was no dream. This was waking life. The Sausage family dines tonight at the new and notable Postino's. I, Ricky Sausage, was told by a friend: "You absolutely have to try Postino's! I used to go there every week - the Monday/Tuesday $20 deal for a bottle of wine and bruschetta plate is incredible." Well, reader, I will put that claim to the test. Before I put that specific recommendation to the test, I will try a multitude of wines and appetizers with my family: My wife, Beaky, my sister, Jenny, and my son, Bob Sausage. In these unprecedented times of Covid (I hope that you are doing well, reader, in these trying times), the Sausage family opts to sit outside or order takeout when possible. We ordered takeout this time and sat outside with a glass of wine while we waited for our food. The evening was chilly and Postino's had a reassuring number of heaters. We were so warm that we could remove our jackets. It was incredible! A tiny element of thoughtfulness goes a long way toward setting the right tone. A voice in my heart spoke, "Welcome to Postino's. At Postino's, you are home." We are home! We started with a glass of wine each. Postino's had a delightful array of wines to pick from, nary a wine variety duplicated. I had a Verdaje. Have you had a Verdaje? I hadn't! I still don't know what a Verdaje is. I can tell you that it is an effervescent white wine. I digress - it was delicious and affordable! And how about the food? Let's break down our top 3 dishes! We will begin by describing the Sweet Potato Wedges. Bob remarks, "The fries were delightfully thick, tastefully seasoned, and appropriately crispy." Too true, Bob! Beaky offers, "I loved the spicy cheese sauce. Just the right amount of spice and tang." I was personally impressed that the fries stayed crispy after having a takeout order. How did they do that. Witchcraft? We also ordered the Crispy Cauliflower. As an aside - Postino's was not satisfied with the cauliflower they initially made, so they recooked it to their standards. Wow! We didn't even ask for this... Talk about dedication to quality! Jenny states, "They will not settle for anything other than the finest cauliflower experience." Bob says, "I loved the serving size. Great sharable portion. Cooked to perfection." Beaky chimes in, "Great sauces. Like the pika pika sauce at chook. Top 3 sauces I've ever had." Finally, we will describe the experience of enjoying the NYC Grilled Cheese. Bob: "I was holding myself back from saying grilled chilled is a favorite. Can I say crowd pleaser? And honestly, I've never had grilled cheese with ketchup, but I've opened myself up for a whole new experience for children." Jenny adds, "Great ratio of cheese to bread. Nice rustic bread. I like the pesto with it. Perhaps even put the pesto IN IT." Perhaps you should, Mr. Postino! Beaky performed an act of selflessness and bequeathed the final piece of grilled cheese to our son, Bob. As such, no review could performed on her behalf. Bob summarizes the experience as such: "The care they put into the dining experience was evident in every bite." Truly, the abundant care and attention from the folks at Postino's was evident in every moment, every bite, and every smile. In my nightmares, my tongue is a serpent that rears up and bites my nose, necrotizing the flesh. In my dreams, my tongue is a kindly snake at Postino's. The snake is warm, the snake is satiated and delighted by exotic flavors, and the snake is at peace. Thank you, Totino's. We will back soon, both awake and in my dreams. read more

Came here as part of a promotion involving a free bruschetta board. We selected smoked salmon & pesto (my fave), proscuitto de parma and fig (second fave), ricotta/date/pistachio (tasty), and warm artichoke (ok). The presentation was great and the bread was fresh and crusty. Even though $16 seems like a lot for bruschetta, the portions are generous and I think it would be worth the price. And while I only got a glimpse of the interior when I went to pick up, the interior of the restaurant looks very fun. They also had plenty of outdoor seating with heating lamps, so maybe we'll be able to have a pseudo-dine-in experience later this season. I'm excited to check out more of Postino's menu. Seems like a great addition to the neighborhood, and always clutch to have another outdoor dining spot. read more

I had the best experience at Postino this last weekend! I went there for my lunch with a few friends and my giant dog. They sat us in a fabulous patio area in the corner by a fire place. Our server was super chill and attentive, and every person that came by (food runner, buzzer, etc) always asked if we needed anything and everyone was so cool and just happy to be there! It was super refreshing and the best service I've received in a while! Their happy hour deals are hard to beat and all the food is delicious! There's not a bad thing on the menu. My favorite part was another gentleman that worked there stopped by our table and asked if he could give our dog bacon. Of course we said yes and he came back with a whole plate for our dog! It was so thoughtful and nice and our dog so appreciated it! It was especially touching because what they don't know is that he's fighting cancer and so we've been trying to spoil him as much as possible. A small gesture can go along way and we appreciate the Postino staff for being so awesome! We will definitely be going back! read more

We went for a quick lunch and this spot impressed! Outside dining is well spaced out and lots of options. The staff is very friendly. We got lucky and ate during happy hour where their entire wine menu is $5 for a glass... heaven on earth! To make it even better (yes it's possible), a lot of their menu is gluten free friendly whether you get GF bread for the bruschettas or GF bread for paninis. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and could answer my questions. I had the Pick Two and got half panini and half salad. So dang delicious!! I will definitely be going back to try more... in particular the GF bruschetta. Highly recommend for delicious tapas and wines that are GF friendly. read more
