We ordered some delivery one evening, utilizing a Yelp Elite perk, so we were treated to a special discount code that earned us free Bruschetta - so, full disclosure. I'll start with the bad - while the order arrived exactly when the delivery partner said it would, the food was cold and there was literally snow on top of the containers inside the bag. The plastic was ice cold, and only the meatballs had any trace of warmth left. Not to be deterred we just tossed it all in in the oven for a few minutes and when it came out everything was still absolutely awesome. I'm sure maybe the presentation suffered a touch, and maybe it wasn't quite as incredible as it might be had it come straight out of the Position kitchen, but it was still fantastic nonetheless. We were fully surprised and impressed by how good it all was despite our needing to reheat it. The nine iron panini was super good, the meatballs w/goat cheese were out of this world. The skewers are pretty overpriced for what they are ($13 for two 6" long skewers) but the meat was very, very good. Super tender, well marinated - again a little pricey but just fantastically delicious. And then of course the bruschetta - we baked the moisture out of the prosciutto but it didn't stop us from devouring (and loving) the Proscuitto Fig & mascarpone bruschetta, and then the burrata, bacon, arugula & tomato bruschetta was just lovely as well. Top to bottom super great, barely lost an luster when we had to reheat it. All in all absolutely delicious and we'll 100% be ordering from Postino again. Thanks for the great meal! read more

Solid food but apathetic and inattentive staff. I had to get up twice to ask staff to check-in on us (a group of 11) so we could order drinks/food. The kicker, however. was that at the end of the night i asked that they bring water to our table. The waiter acted annoyed and told me that "you know we're closed right?". I looked around and counted 8 people who were still hanging out indoors. He brought one class of water for the 5 people who were still at our table. read more

Made a reservation for 6pm on a Friday night on the outdoor patio over a week in advance. When we arrived we were told they had no tables outside, but they offered us to sit on the couch in the front of the restaurant... After about 15 minutes of us sitting there with no service, I went back up to the hostess and asked if we would be sat outside once a table opened up. The hostess said "we'll see sweetie". Ordered 5 bottles of wine and 5 boards with their nurses week discount in mind. We were served and then no one checked on us, cleared our plates or asked if we wanted to order anything else for over 3 hours. I am not exaggerating. They never asked us if we wanted to move to a table even though the patio cleared out. When our bills came, the tip amount was based on the actual amount, not the discounted price for nurses week. Several people in our party didn't notice this and accidentally tipped them over 40% for minimal service, and no true table to eat at! Disappointing. read more

What a wonderful addition to my neighborhood. Honestly, I had no idea what Postino was about the first time I went there. I asked "is this pizza"? NO! It's Bruschetta - slices of bread with a variety of toppings. I so look forward to when COVID is over and we can really enjoy this location. For now, if you are brave, they have plenty of outdoor seating and heat lamps. For me, I went once and sat outside, and recently got takeout. Pictures attached. Yum. read more

Great food and wine selection. Love their happy hour and wine and board deals. Great for a girls night out or date night.

TL;DR: If you're looking for an upscale twist to a "pub style," experience- this is it. I can't begin to explain my amazing time here without thanking Cali, Amanda, and Mateo for their extraordinary service. My boyfriend and I have been in quarantine and have left the house MAYBE five times in the last year. We were expecting an experience similar to the others- staff being pulled in too many directions, herds of people getting take-out, social distancing rules making it less than enjoyable, etc. Instead we received some of the best service ever- certainly the best in Colorado so far. When we arrived, Mateo informed us there was about a 30-45 minute wait and we could order drinks outside while waiting. We noticed their beverages were beer/wine only and opted for a bottle of wine rather than a glass. A Houston manager, Cali, saw me looking at wine bottles and made herself available to answer my questions and provided a sample. The moment I made my choice, Mateo informed us our table was ready- easily in half the time we were initially told. Don't you just love when a company under promises and over delivers?! Even with their masks on, Mateo and Cali were able to let their upbeat attitudes shine, and helped answer a couple remaining questions. We were later introduced to Amanda, our server, who STILL took the time to add a personal touch to her service, (although we ordered through Cali.) As I have worked in service industry before- I promise this is not typical! Most would skate knowing the manager handled the table and take the tip- Amanda gave us background into the restaurant, and bonded with us over common experiences. Everything I've said so far is just the personality and service side of this experience, and would warrant a five star experience alone. Once you include the wine selection (I'm a snob and they had two of my favorites,) the food... well I wish there was a rating for 5+. While many restaurants are experimenting with how their food is styled, Postino is taking classics and doing them better. Their menu may look simple, but the flavor profiles are exceptional! We opted for a bruschetta board (OMG to the pepper jelly/goat cheese, apple/fig, artichoke, and prosciutto varietals,) and the creme brulee. Eating every bite and licking the plate clean is not normal behavior for me, but I don't know if there is another way to experience Postino! read more

Charming dining experiences are definitely missing in Denver and boy has Postino brought the charm to the table. Good service and great vibe. Winner winner tapas dinner read more

Came to Postino's during their rehearsal dinner before their grand opening. First time visiting this restaurant and it was wonderful. We tried a little bit of everything. Started with their meatballs with goat cheese, really delicious and a good portion to share. We shared the roast beef panini, and four bruschetta. All very delicious, my favorite bruschetta was the artichoke one. Ended the night with some chocolate cake. A lot of beers on tap, huge wine list and a very cozy patio with heat lamps and a fireplace. Service was great, fast and very attentive. Can't wait to come back. read more

Love this place!! The boards are a must when you go and they always come up with fun seasonal bruschettas! The music was loud enough to not hear others' conversations but to comfortable hear you own! The service has always been great! Jeff was so friendly! Can't wait to come back!! Also I must note: the grilled cheese came with two of the most delicious pickle slices I've ever tasted. read more

Love this place! Been meaning to check it out ever since it opened. Great concept. Wine bar with excellent wine by the glass selection. Menu is somewhat limited with emphasis on small plates and shareable boards of olives, cheese, meat, etc. We shared the bruschetta plate - several toppings, all delicious, crispy roasted cauliflower with romesco sauce, capers and golden raisins, soup of the day which was white bean and sausage, the assorted olives, the meatballs with goat cheese in tomato sauce, and a Caesar salad. All delicious. Ample Covid-safe outside seating with heaters. Excellent service. Will definitely be back! read more

Can be hit or miss in the evening, but brunch/lunch are yummy and you can usually score a table without a problem. Good food and wine.

First off... this place was EXTREMELY busy, we (20) walked over after the Imperfect Pixel's Art & Series at RISE Collaborative Workspace. We were immediately seated and met our server Dev, right from the beginning, she was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable of the menu and patient. Although she explained that the kitchen was very busy and our food could potentially be a little late, IT WASN'T! This was our first time visiting here and we will definitely be back and we'll request Dev. She's the bomb! read more

The $25 bottle and board deal on Monday and Tuesday nights is almost too good to be true!

I really want to thank Postino for their Elite Yelp event. They Bruchetta board was perfect for our little Christmas family event. In fact it was probably the hit of the event. Everyone really enjoyed them. Just wish I ordered a second one since the first disappeared so quickly. Next time I'll be smart enough to get first dibs on them. If the bruschetta is this good then I'll have to return to try some other items on the menu! read more

Great casual place. Needed a rest that accommodated dogs! Perfect choice. Would revisit.

Just finished having lunch here and absolutely enjoyed my time! The staff was so sweet making sure my pup had water (and lots of pets) I believe Jessica was my server & she was super knowledgeable about their wine + food and generally super sweet. Shown in the picture is a more than half eaten charcuterie board & a beggar of a dog! read more

Came in for dessert and drinks. Service was great. We got the crème brûlée. Tiny portion. Not sweet enough and tasted like fridge. Bummed.

Food was interesting and delicious. The crispy Cauliflower was especially great. My only "issue" is the noise level. I believe I must developing a sensitivity and am more uncomfortable in such an atmosphere. It seems each table was having to talk loud just to converse thus competing against one another. I'll definitely go back- maybe try earlier or do take Out. There were many things I would like to try. read more

My friends & I love coming to Postino for their "board & bottle" deal late nights on Monday & Tuesdays. They advertise this for $25, which is a great deal. They bring a handheld card reader to pay the bill. I always select the 20% tip option, which should accurately calculate 20% of your bill. BEWARE - their pre- calculated tip options are insanely high because they calculate it based off of their "regular priced" wine & brushetta, which is more than double $25. They strategically do not warn you of this, and stand right over your shoulder as you pick so that you feel obligated to pick the 20% button. This just seems so sneaky and wrong to me... it's like going somewhere that has great happy hour deals and them having you pay a tip based on their full price menu..... no restaurant does this. I think this is something everyone should be aware of... you are able to click the "custom tip" button and tip 20% of your bill as usual, which is what we do. I just know they screw people over Additionally, the waitress we had was very rude. After she breathed down our neck while we were putting in the calculated tip on the ACTUAL price of the meal, she snatched the machine, and didn't return for about 15 minutes. When she retired she began corking our wine, and proceeded to slam my bottle down on the table, as if to make a point. She would not look at us and appeared visually angry. Our entire part was extremely uncomfortable. She made this trip one that I don't want to experience again. Don't go to this location, go to Lohi or Highlands ranch. Don't advertise a special if you're anticipating people to tip on the regular menu price. ESPECIALLY when staff is rude and disrespectful read more

I've been wanting to try this location so after doing some Christmas shopping I decided to pop in for some takeout and grab a beer while I waited. Because everything is patio seating right now we were seated outside under a heat lamp. They also have a cute area with a fireplace as well, that would obviously be the best seat in the house right now lol. While we waited for the to go order our kind waitress told us about their awesome happy hour, $5 pitchers and $5 wine. You can't beat that! I ordered a pitcher of Denver Beer Co pretzel assassin and a NYC grilled cheese to go with it to share with my husband. The pretzel assassin was delightful even in the cold weather and the grilled cheese hit the spot. It was cheesy and gooey with a good mix of crunch from the bread. It came with pesto, Dijon, and ketchup to dip in. To take home I ordered a bruschetta board with 4 different bruschetta and a pub board. There's quite a few bruschetta to pick from, I went with prosciutto with mascarpone and figs, burrata with bacon, tomato, and arugula, salami with pesto, and spicy pepper jam with goat cheese. The pub board came with pretzels with mustard, aged cheddar, chorizo, cornichons, and Peruvian corn nuts. I liked all the bruschetta except the salami with pesto. It just seemed like it was missing something and was kind of bland. My favorite was the spicy pepper jam with goat cheese followed by the burrata with bacon. The bread they were on was really good and paired well with the toppings. The pub board was good but the pretzels seemed stale or maybe I just prefer a softer pretzel. The cheese with chorizo was really yummy and the cornichons were good with a bit of spice. Overall it was a good experience with kind staff and good food. I will definitely try them out again for happy hour! read more

I love Postino and have been wanting to try this location. So, when Postino paired with Yelp Elite for a bruschetta board, I knew where to go! My sister and I split the board and a sandwich (Of course I had to order more than a bruschetta board!). ! The veggie panini on soft focaccia was delish. It was huge, fresh, and flavorful. It transported well too for take out. The bruschetta board - we got the date/ricotta/pistachio, hot pepper jam and goat cheese, apple and Brie, and warm artichoke spread. The pepper and goat cheese was my favorite - spicy and calm! The others were all bomb too and transported well. read more

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Denver. The happy hour is amazing. The food is delicious. We always get the boards and the appetizers to share. Met here for dinner with a. Few of my girlfriends. Great service, heater was extremely warm and could be adjusted to comfort level, food was great and $20 wine was really great. Between the three of us leaving stuffed and a bit buzzed on 4 bottles of wine we each spend $60 ish? (don't worry we went to CVS across the street to purchase some unnecessary necessary make up until the buzz wore off) Food was so good and I loved the vibe. Good food good atmosphere good price. Came into town and many choices... even during this Rona event. Decided to give Postino a shot. We chose wisely! We were happily greeted and were presented with indoor and outdoor options. 10 stars if I could! I recently moved from AZ and frequented the Scottsdale Postino. This new location was just as good if not better. The vibe is amazing. The staff and servers are ALL on top of their game and Quinn was extremely knowledgeable on all wines that were presented to us. I wish I remembered the name of everyone that helped us last evening but the wine probably had something to do with that. Thank you to everyone at this location that made our happy hour so special. I LOVE Postino! The service is always amazing, their wine selection is awesome, and the food is delicious. The only thing I have to complain about is the Butchers Block board- the description says "artisan meats and cheeses" but when the board arrived it had a single slice of cheese sticking out of the hummus like a little cheese flag (the presentation was beautiful btw), but like... where is the other cheese?? I know I should have said something while I was there but I didn't want to be a bother- but is there any way the kitchen can add more cheese to that board? I was so sad there was only one slice of cheese! This will not deter me from going back, I will just order the cheese board instead of the butcher block- unless they add more cheese, which would be wonderful. Thanks Postino! The decor in the restaurant is amazing! The wine list was alright, i was hoping for some Italian choices of a more extensive list, but what they did have was good. The food was nothing special, we got a platter of 4 bruschettas and none of them were very good. There was no flavor, and they don't even toast the bread which I thought was odd. We also had the skewers, which were lovely and came with a great garlic sauce. After not feeling satisfied, we got the grilled cheese. Now that was good! But again, I would hope a restaurant wouldn't mess up a grilled cheese. Our server was gracious and very kind as always, staff is great. Overall, I would recommend for maybe grabbing a glass of wine with friends, but not for dinner when you're starving after a day of skiing. read more
