There's no reason to come here unless you're staying at the hotel and don't want to leave. Everything is mediocre at best.

$22.68 after tax for a mediocre old fashion. Total freaking rip off, and I live in LA!!! Stay away from this bar unless you want beer.

Pretty chill place for a hotel lobby bar. I've traveled here for years and always enjoy the service.

Their focus is on unique, hand-crafted cocktails and globally inspired bites. Named for its elevation of 5,430 feet, 54thirty Rooftop Bar in Denver is at a whole new level. After 6pm, entry is restricted to guests 21 and over. The rooftop views are amazing, it is a great spot to relax, especially around sunset. The vibe is lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy a conversation. There is plenty of seating but it was crowded when we arrived but we were able to find some seats close to a fire pit to stay warm. They offer a menu of shareable bites with a global spin. We ordered the chips and guacamole made with avocado and fresh made tortilla chips. We split the braised short rib tacos with avocado, cojita and radish that came with three tacos per order. The steak tacos were very tender and plentiful with toppings. We also tried a variety of cocktails from their bar. Their winter drink menu that highlights warm and spiced cocktails, a curated wine bottle list, and a spectrum of Denver's favorite craft beers. I tried the mezcal hot chocolate that was served with toasted marshmallows on top. Also tried a peach mocktail and asked them to add mezcal. Both cocktails were elevated and hand crafted. Other people in my party tried the Elevated Old Fashioned with Brush creek strait bourbon, angostura amaro, dry curacao, honey. Service was friendly and efficient, and everything came out quickly. It's a great spot for drinks with a view, light bites, or for a fun night on the town.

Vibes were very retro, with old 50s diner tables, rotary phones, tons of VHS movies and CRT tvs, as well as matchbooks! I went in the middle of the day and it was quiet but it looked like a ton of fun at night. Pinball, a jukebox and nice seating out back. Feels like you're in a much larger spot. Bartender was very nice and friendly. I got my usual blend of Lager and Goo, makes a tasty refreshing drink that's not too sour. Definitely will be back when I'm in Denver!

The only drawback was the drive to Nederland to have some on tap--until now. Now open next to Marcyzk's and across from Nuggs Ice Cream and Verde Natural, Circular gives even more reason to visit this block. E. Colfax doesn't have the scenery of Ned, but it's a lot closer to home. Welcome to the neighborhood! My first visit will definitely not be the last. Marketed as a take on dive bars, this place feels much more open and well-lit than expected. Front windows have a full view of the action on Colfax, keeping it bright. The bar area offers plenty of seating on stools or at tables. Head back to find more seating, a few arcade games, and some pinball. Head outside for the patio, billiards room, and exit to the free parking, a major plus on Colfax even before the city decimates it. The vibe is comfortable and chill. Service was friendly and helpful. The tap list included several delicious IPAs, two lagers, a porter, and you know I would like to have some Thick Strawberry Goo. Knotted Root has always had good musical taste and they have decorated with some hilarious and interesting wall art/photos. Of course, new spots have kinks to work out. The TMNT pinball game says it's a quarter, but really costs a dollar. The other one just ate my quarter and didn't work. The staff kindly messaged someone off-site to find the wifi password, but then it wouldn't connect. None of this killed my buzz. Good times. Even if you're not a beer snob, Circular offers both elite suds & a great place to hang out. Taboot! Five star beer, four stars overall--for now.

We were originally headed somewhere else on Santa Fe but it was packed, so we stopped in here instead and it turned out to be a great surprise. The space has a cool, slightly mysterious vibe with some Tulum inspiration from the owners' love of Mexico, but the menu also reflects their Eastern European background. It's an interesting mix that somehow works really well. The cocktails were excellent. Everything we tried was well balanced and thoughtfully made. We also ordered a few small bites and they hit the spot. One thing we didn't expect to find there is that they also have an escape room connected to the lounge, which makes the whole place even more unique. Definitely a fun and different spot in the Santa Fe area. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the escape room next time.

I've always wondered why more escape rooms don't have a coffee shop or a bar area for their participants to decompress and talk about what they just experienced. We had a great time with our escape room experience and the Mystic Lounge itself had solid cocktails. We got to try their wine flight - A Taste of the Balkans - as well as the Cody Colorado. The alcohol pour is quite generous. Their menu is extensive on drinks but not as much on the food. They do offer some bites and we tried their burek. The burek was flakey, warm, and had a hefty meat portion - which I appreciate. A wonderful concept to integrate escape rooms and bars together!

He loved the Mozart, along with its bartenders and friendly crowds. Mozart's feels like home. The bartenders are friendly and quick, the owners (or one of them) are usually around to shoot the **** with, and the drinks are cheap. Their "specialty" is a pickle shot (in the giant glass jug behind the bar) and if you throw in a few beers, your tab will be $10, and that includes a nice tip. Is the bar fancy? No. But that's part of the appeal. Go in on a weeknight evening and you're bound to walk in during darts league. Don't count on getting a seat or a table if darts is happening. And these guys are good! The crowd is friendly and you can sit at the bar alone without feeling creepy. Winners all around.

The bartender that night was absolutely great. The karaoke DJ (Sexy Jesus Karaoke) was friendly and fair, keeping repeat singers in the queue while adding in new singers as they arrived. Our group had a fantastic time and got to sing several times. The crowd was eclectic, supportive, and full of good singers. The one thing none of our group appreciated was that the front windows were wide open and people smoked outside the entire night. They literally had ashtrays on the windowsill. We all reeked of smoke by the end of the night. Kind of a bummer, and something to consider if you're thinking of going here when it's warm enough to have the windows open.
