When I tracked and then called the 800 number for assistance, I was told that the package never made it out of the store. I called the store in the morning and the lady was completely rude and promised a call back that never came. The owner of another store on Vineyard ended up making phone calls to help me, and confirmed that this store didn't do their due diligence. Still waiting on my call back as my ID sits in KENTUCKY when I had guaranteed delivery from Livermore to LA. At this point I'm going to beat it home and deal with having to get it back. The experience ended up being so easy thanks to the woman who runs the store-- I believe her name is Chetna (I hope I spelled that correctly). Now, she's complaining I'm taking all of her change. Well, that is your problem. I tried to give you a $5 first. By the way, Who charges $1 for a black & white copy. I only needed one but that is a ripoff all by itself. She could have easily made the copy charged me a dollar, give me change for the $5 or $20 without her complaining. Now, when I do have bigger business like needing a Notary or Passport pictures or shipping a package I will think of the positive experience I had going there. Instead, I will think of the $1 I spent on an overpriced black & white copy listening to all of her complaining & me thinking the whole time I'm there, "I never want to come to this place again".
