I've lived here for 10 years and I can honestly say now that I've found this team of people, I feel like Livermore is my home. Let me explain.. I'm planning my daughter's first birthday which includes me going happily overboard with DIY plans and decorations. I needed posters, pictures, cut outs, mini collages, etc. I procrastinated as all new moms do because life, am I right? And panic set in because I was less than a week out and I couldn't figure out how and where to get my prints. But I have no idea how to do that and no amount of ChatGPT could help me. Neeraj upscaled the picture on his end and invited me to come in to view a large sample before they completed the full poster print. We actually changed the size, picture and resolution one more time before I signed off. He was patient with me, despite me coming in at their busiest time of the evening. Squirrel - I have to mention that my sister first reached out to Neeraj weeks ago over the phone, just inquiring about services. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Neeraj and his team kept her information and followed up to make sure she was taken care of. It was like our bff was just checking in on us because they were there to help, not to make money on a service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That alone was the reason why we came back. Second issue - I expected to only have the poster printed at UPS and have all of my other prints done at CVS for same day pick up because I had some more editing and resolution fixes to do. NOPE! Why does no one do matte prints? Well doesn't matter anyway bc Neeraj does!!!! Literally whatever size or finish you need, he's got you. And wait for the last issue... Third issue - so I'm a first time mom and I don't have the brain capacity to plan things out more than a few days at best. Here we are, the week of the party. I got Neeraj all of the files by Wednesday 8am, and the party is Saturday. Guess when he called me to tell me they were ready? I'll wait..... Wednesday at 5pm!!!!! Are you kidding me? Same day?!?! I was hopeful for Thursday evening which would give me just enough time to finish everything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The amount of stress his team has taken off my shoulders has been unmeasurable. Came in here to get some paper printed. I came with a promo coupon And on the coupon or advertisement, it's literally the company name. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The workers refused and said that their store doesn't participate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. but if they don't participate on the fine line, it just say "only at participants store". I've been coming here for copies, supplies and Amazon returns for several years. Very recently I was in line, the ONLY one in line, and CLEARLY had a very small Amazon item to scan/return. But instead, he stopped me from approaching and asked a woman if she was "almost done with her paperwork" (she was filling out paperwork at the nearby counter and was clearly not done, nor was she even looking his way nor indicating she wanted to be helped at that moment)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Clearly she wasn't done, but for some reason, he decided to make me continue to wait...and we waited and we waited for her to "finish" her paperwork and then approach the counter and he conducted her transaction. Why couldn't he scan my item quickly? [[HIGHLIGHT]]I will not support a business that exhibits such conduct. He was going to control the situation and make me wait because of...what???? I recently mailed 2 items from this store. I asked for the cheapest delivery UPS or USPS. She said USPS both times. The 1stbitem was in a long box about 20 x 6 x 8. $42 Plus in shipping. I am sure it would have been cheaper at UPS Center. 2nd item was 8 x 8 x 6 under 2 lbs. Again she said USPS. $26 for US Priority Mail. That is the highest costs to ship an item. She wasn't done yet. I had a vintage 1960's GI Joe jet wing 26 x 8 x 5. I needed a box for it also. It was going to New York. She quoted $29.99 for the box and over $111. 00 to mail it. Ludicrous! I declined the offer. I bought a moving box at Home Depot for $2.79. Cut it down to proper size and mailed it USPS via eBay shipping (40% discount) for just over $29. She said Amazon gets a bulk discount from UPS. Now I know how the store makes up for this mandatory discount. She never showed me any options. She only told me my options. Never again! read more

AVOID at all costs for doing an Amazon return! Yes AVOID, run elsewhere to print your Amazon label. I'll explain. According to the Amazon website they recommend the UPS store to get your label for free but at this store they charge you for the most ridiculous fees. They charge you 3.50 in order to print the label because they say its computer usage. Even if you eMail them them the PDF to print, they charge you for a computer fee. I have shipped in many other UPS stores where the only charge is for printing 1 page. Here they charged me for the ridiculous computer usage, 1 printed page and 1 strip of tape! For a total of almost 5 dollars when in comparison other UPS stores only charge for 1 printed sheet or even print the label for free. Terrible customer experience. Never coming back! read more

Can you believe they charge you $1.50 for 5 inches of tape? When you go to return a box, you don't know if they need to print some thing and put it inside the box for shipping so you leave it open. Then they say they won't ship it unless they charge you $1.50 to tape up the box with 5 inches of tape. Find another store that cares about their community and provides good customer service. Looks like they care more about getting $1.50 for tape then making customers in our community happy. It's not about the dollar 50.
