Today I am surprised that the store is pretty empty with few choices of LEGO sets . Last time I got lots of gifts from different themes: Chinese new year , Japanese garden , kitchen , animas , Star Wars and Harry Potter, Super heroes, play house , battle ships , etc . The rest of the mall are having Good Friday vibes and filled up with new merchandise. I am a little disappointed . Did not make a purchase because I did not find anything interesting.

My husband…read moresuggested we stop, but it was only 9am and I knew they weren't open yet so we kept on going to our destination. Around Noon we returned as we still had some time before our journey home and we were totally dismay when we arrived they were closed. I really wanted to pick up my free gifts for signing up for Hallmark + so I was so disappointed. My husband wants to keep me happy so he suggested a few other cities we could stop at on the way home. The closest one I could find was Pleasanton from my google maps search. It's not totally near the freeway, but he still said we should go. It was about an hour drive there and it was still sort of on our way home. To ensure this journey wasn't a total waste of time I called them to make sure they were open and would be able to provide me with my free gifts from the Hallmark+ gifts. After I confirmed we stared off on our journey. They are located in the Safeway shopping center hidden in the back. But not so hidden as they had a steady stream of customers. Good thing google maps had it all mapped out to their exact location or we would have never found them. The customer service was outstanding. Soon as I walked in I headed for the register. I wasn't sure what I was so do so I showed them my app. They looked at my app on my phone and knew exactly what I was looking for. She said she'd be right back with my gifts and during that time I shopped around. The store is huge with a great selection. I had a hard time figuring out how I'd spend my $5 credit. I finally settled on some Halloween cards. They had 2 for $4 so I was set. I picked up a pice of candy for $1.99 to make it a little over 5. I should have picked up one to those fluttering bats instead as it was the same price and they are totally cooler. It's now called Trudy's according to the receipt.

It's one of the largest Hallmark shops I've been to. Spaced out nicely, clean and organized, with not too many visitors on a Friday afternoon. I spent a good amount of time exploring the greeting cards in the humor section, as I was looking for a birthday card for a family member. The selection was okay, but I didn't find anything that particularly stood out. I did end up purchasing one that was good enough. Plenty of gift bags to choose from as well. These were basic items I'd expect to find in this store, and I left with what I came for. Service was fast and friendly too.

It was originally priced at $11, but thankfully it was on sale and ended up being $9. As of Aug 2026, anything that isn't specially marked was $2.25, but honestly, I was pretty confused by the pricing system when I first got there. I didn't know what kind of marking I was supposed to look for. Apparently, you have to look at the price on the product in Japanese Yen and then read the store's guide to convert that into US $. Even though I was a little confused by the pricing, I still had a lot of fun walking around the store. There were so many different products to look at, and I could easily spend an hour here just browsing. I was even considering buying a giant ceramic bowl, but I feel like I need to think about it a bit more before I commit.

We were really here for the variety of blind boxes and they do have quite a selection. However, the brands we were looking for were basically sold out or low in stock. I did find a few Sanrio and Kuromi series and one Misya box. Then they have a huge selection of stationery, hone goods, stuffed characters, keychains, and other home decor and accessories. They even have makeup, perfume, and home diffusers. There weren't too many associates and they were helping customers, which is good overall. We did use the self check-out and that was pretty easy. The home decor merch was pretty well-priced. The blind boxes were as expected, ranging from around $10-30 depending on the brand.

Very Disappointing Experience - Rude and Unprofessional Cashier at MINISO Livermore Outlets…read more I am extremely disappointed and upset by the way my two daughters, ages 13 and 9, were treated at MINISO in Livermore Outlets today at approximately 2:30 PM. My daughters were excited to purchase a small toy costing just $5.20 using their own money. They handed the cashier a $20 bill, but instead of handling a simple transaction politely, the cashier rudely demanded that they provide exact change. She showed absolutely no patience, kindness, or basic customer service skills when dealing with two young children. The cashier, who was wearing glasses and had long, black, curly hair, displayed such an unpleasant and unprofessional attitude that both of my daughters were in tears when they left the store. As a parent, I find this completely unacceptable. My children were simply trying to make a small purchase with their own money. They deserved to be treated with respect and patience, not made to feel embarrassed or intimidated. I understand that stores may sometimes have limited change available, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating children so rudely. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. No child should leave a store crying simply because they tried to buy a $5.20 toy with a $20 bill. I sincerely hope MINISO management takes this complaint seriously, reviews the incident, and provides proper customer service training to its employees, especially when interacting with young customers. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope no other children have to go through something similar.

All my friends were telling me to not buy Pokemon from GameStop and they all refer to GameStop as GameScalp, but I wanted to give GameStop the benefit of the doubt considering Facebook marketplace has these collection boxes for sale for $25-$30 but I thought, let me not support the scalpers and give GameStop a try since they have them for $20 but sure enough GameStop is living up to there nickname "GameScalp". I have called 2 other GameStops and both let me know that they are not up charging their customers. The manager of this establishment may be conducting fraudulent activity. I urge future Pokemon collectors to avoid this location when preordering Pokemon TCG. I understand that prices may change for future purchases, but I believe my existing reservation should be honored at the price documented on my receipt. The associate that helped today said he can't do anything to honor the original cost of the products and to call and complain to customer service. Game Scalp has definitely lived up to their nickname.
