The Italy-meets-Louisiana-Creole influence gives the menu real personality, and there are so many choices that you are basically guaranteed to find something that hits for you. For me and my girlfriend, it is the Night Tripper every single time: sun-dried tomatoes, roasted garlic, and jalapeno pesto on a white pie. We love this pie so much that it becomes genuinely difficult to order anything else. I dream of this pizza. Truly. A slice or two, a soda and a seat at one of their tables looking out towards Flatbush Ave. is a perfect moment. Prospect Park is just up the way if you prefer to grab your slice to go. The atmosphere is casual and most people grab a slice on the run, but if there's a table available, I recommend you sitting down for a minute. You might even decide you want another slice.
