The line does get pretty long on busy nights after big events like concerts, but it tends to move pretty fast. I've tried their Artichoke, Margherita, and Vodka slices which are all solid choices. Each of their slices are huge and great for the price of ~$8! Personally, I find their pizzas to be a bit on the heavier side with their generous amounts of sauce, but great if you're in the mood for some mouth-watering greasy saucy pizza. They operate on a grab n go service, but there are seats and a few standing tables outside. Overall, definitely a pizza spot worth going to when you're in Berkeley!

Service was efficient, helpful, and friendly - Laura herself was on hand to make recommendations and answer all our questions. The space had a nice vibe and was clean and comfortable. The prices are what you'd expect to pay at better pizza places in California nowadays, around $25 for a pizza. For a pizza out of electric oven, Rose is one of the better ones I've had. But compared to brick ovens, I don't think any electric oven pizza will come close. To say the hype around Rose is worth it, would not be truthful. There are definitely better pies in the area.
