First time here! We came between lunch and dinner so it was not crowded. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Double Trouble. Our sourdough crusts were tossed and our pizzas cooked in about 12-15 minutes. The Pepperoni in the small curly type aka perfection. Crust is on the thinner side and crispy! Pizzas were piping hot and delicious. Will definitely come back again. I read through the reviews before coming here and whoever said that they can't taste the sourdough and the pizza is taste blind. I always read the worse reviews because typically they are true but this was a clear lie. The texture and taste is exactly like sourdough but maybe a little bit softer and chewier which coincides well with Pizza. Standard good amount of cheese on the pizza and the pepperoni and sausage are excellent. My boys love it and they are pretty picky pizza eaters. I'm not picky I just love to critique things to the last detail of satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Pizza parlor has cool oldies bumping and it creates a vibe along with a lovely pizza that has an amazing crust. Everyone was nice and mellow and said hi and the pizza was quickly done. There were two other groups here before me and I asked about how they liked the place and everyone loves it. I'm totally a fan! Tried pizza parlor for the first time. We got the TJ pizza and the double trouble. The sourdough crust is absolutely delicious. Toppings were yummy and fresh. Only gripe is that when you pick up a slice, literally all of the toppings slide right off. I don't know if it was too much sauce, but this was definitely a fork and knife kind of pizza. Definitely not something you could pick up. Service was nice, it's a small place so I would recommend take out. read more

Wow!! Delicious crust and overall flavor! Got the BTSC Pizza with béchamel sauce, sausage, pickled fresno & jalapeño peppers, purple sweet potato, and scallions.... And a delicious sourdough crust so light and fluffy... had a great crunch. My husband and I are immediate fans and will try many more pizzas on their menu. That aside, I wasn't happy with the service. The guy that took our order seemed off. Very robotic in his response and the loud rap music was very offensive. I'm older and used to enjoy hip hop back in the day but what this guy was playing was nothing like Ive ever heard and not appropriate for listening while customers are trying to enjoy food. The service team was unaware of the dine guests (or didn't care) and had their own conversation along with lots of foul language. Salad very fresh and a good portion size. The drink was bottled. Had cheese and pepperoni (my favorite). Large slices of pizza, very hot that's cool. However, it was overcooked. The cheese lacked the "meltiness" texture, kind of adhered to crust. Same for pepperoni. Dark spots that weren't tasty, and a bit grainy/rubbery. I don't really understand the hype. The crust texture is excellent, but the pizza itself was just okay--not among the best we've had. We ordered the veggie. The Kalamata olives were overly salty, and the onions had a sour bite. The "large" pizza size is closer to a medium compared to other pizza spots, so keep that in mind. For the price, I wouldn't order again, though my mother enjoyed it much more than I did. Still, it's worth trying for yourself--you might end up liking it. Just be sure to get at least 2 pizzas if you're hungry and feeding more than two people. read more

They've only been open for five months so they might not have the kinks out yet, but the place seems like they're operating by the seat of their pants. This place was delicious! Not a ton of seating, so it's maybe better as a takeout joint, but a few indoor tables. The pizza is SO legit. The sourdough crust has an authentically great sourdough flavor to it, the char on the dough is fantastic and the flavors are inspired. I got a pepperoni pizza for my son and then my wife and I split a really inventive one with rosemary, hot honey, béchamel sauce, spicy Italian sausage and sliced potatoes. The flavor of the crust is incredible. Good ratio of sauce, cheese, and toppings on the three different pies I've eaten so far. Nothing to complain about with this pizza. Parking lot is frequently full, but, there is parking on the residential street just past the parking lot. This is a very minor inconvenience when ordering takeout. Takeout is the way to go as the seating area is rather small. The salad was also not worth ordering. They should probably just take this off the menu. All around, I've been back a few times because I so thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and this is a great option in the area. read more

This may be the best pizza I've ever had, period. The sourdough crust was perfectly thin and crispy with great chew. The sauce was fresh and so was the basil. Great cheese ratio. This is obviously the Margarita pizza. We also got the 777 I think, which was spicy and took us by surprise. It was delicious but neither of us can handle spicy (anymore. Aging is hard ). The service was great! Such friendly people who were also jokesters which made it a very comfortable atmosphere and the food came out fast. Nothing more to say except you gotta try it. Ok, actually my one critique is that a name like Pizza Parlor is very broad and I couldn't find a sign that said "Pizza Parlor" .
