I had always seen this place when I pass but going to work and figured I tired today I would try. I ordered from the Grubhub app around 4pm and about hour and a half goes by and no update or information on whether my order was on its way so I reached out to Grubhub and they stated to call the restaurant. When I called the employee said that the driver was in its way. So 20 minutes go by and still nothing I then reached out to Grubhub and they stated they would refund me my order. I then called the restaurant to get an explanation and all they said was they were in the middle of a shift change. What do you mean!? That is outrageous to handle orders in that manner.
