It's a small pizza shop. Mostly for takeout but they do have a couple tables. We had ordered the LBC for pickup. They weren't busy but there was a lot of staff behind the counter. They helped me immediately upon entering. The LBC is Mozz, pepp, fennel sausage, garlic, ricotta, pecorino, parsley, oregano. Delicious pizza! Hard to find good pizza in California. While it's a bit pricier of an option, I'd come back. It's delicious! Parking is street. But on the side street of the building you're technically not allowed to park there. I feel like this place has a ton of potential to be super cool if they just live it up a little bit by even playing a little music. Service was quick even though most people seemed to have called in their orders ahead of time(smart) and I was informed it would be a 155 minute wait for my pie, I didn't mind. Ambience is pretty much grab and go although there is bar stool seating and 2 tables if you want to eat in the shop. All pies are 14 inches in diameter and, as mentioned before, you can always add toppings to your pies if you want. A little on the pricey side, but you can't mess with quality as their dough is formented for 4-5 days (?) and the quality ingredients can't be beat. Parking is limited with a small lot in the back and street parking. Credit/debit only, no cash. Oh, and they also sell shaved ice too. The wait for my item was too long. I had one order, which was a to dye pizza. I ordered ahead of time, 30 min ahead. I wasn't expecting my pizza to be done when i got there as I got there about 3 min before it was ready. That was no biggie, I came inside let them know and they said it would only take about 5 more minutes. I ended waiting 20-25 minutes waiting for a pizza that I ordered ahead of time. We ordered on a Friday around 7:30 and it was ready in 30 minutes. Food: The LBC was delicious. The fennel sausage is the star of the show on this one with the ricotta being its co-lead. Honestly it's overpriced but it is good pizza. I would get it more often if it wasn't stupidly expensive ($40 for one with two ranches and a tip on DoorDash). Speak Cheezy is up there with my other favorites of Little Coyote and 4th Horseman. They're all a bit different of course, but I really enjoy the sourdough crust here. My pizzas came out in about 20-30 minutes and was so delicious. But one start was lost because of the price - it is so expensive. They have slices too that you can pick-up - it depends on the day. Pro-tip: Do take-out because if you have a big group, there won't be any space since the inside is very minimal, with no more than 5 benches to sit.
