After I dropped it, they informed me it would only take one day to repair. And what do you know- the next day I got a call saying it was ready & all the issues had been resolved. I dropped the phone at the store with my best friend who needed a screen protector & he gave her one for free. After fixing my screen he also gave me one with no added cost. Great experience! I am left with…read morea broken laptop with improperly screwed screws, a completely non functioning screen, and a week of my life I cannot get back. These people are liars, cheaters, and thieves. Everyone in this store is rude, dishonest, condescending, and disgraceful. We brought in a laptop because the screen was not functioning entirely well. There were about 5 green and pink stripes on the screen but it was fully functioning aside that. They said they would repair the computer to full functionality for $325. They refused to let us see the computer after the diagnostic. Once the computer was done they texted to say the computer was ready. When we got there the computer was not ready. Upon turning the computer on, the new screen was not working on the right side. They said "we can fix that for an extra $100." We said "no you agreed to fix it for $325" and he said that was the screen, this is the board." I said "you misled us. You said you would fix the computer for $325. We assumed rightfully it would be fully repaired and it was now" he did not deny this but instead said "yes I told you I can repair the whole thing for an extra $100" We told him no, we do not want that. He offered to put the old screen on and give us the old parts back. We said yes. He was hesitant and tried to take the computer to the back room. He said it might not work upon reassembly. He then spent the next 10 minutes improperly screwing screws into the laptop and lecturing us about how he has a masters of law. My friend asked if he ever studied computers. His reply was "once you study one thing, you know the rest." When he put the old parts back on, the computer screen had lost all functionality and had 3 cracks on it. He broke our screen. We told him the screen was not like that when we brought it in. He said "I know but it wasn't working when you brought it in anyway." We told him that was not true. We had 95% functionality of the screen before we came in and now we have 0%. He said "yes that's the case but your screen didn't work anyway before" again. My friend said she was going to turn him in and he said "go ahead. I'm not afraid of the cops and you don't have the balls to sue." He then started waiving the receipt in my face saying "do what you want I have your signature" I reached for the receipt and he jumped away from me and said "you can't see this." These people broke the computer. They are awful businessmen, awful store owners, and awful humans. Do not come here.

For a while I had a good deal with AT&T that got me that slow internet for $20 a month, and for that, I could live with the buffering. Once it went up to the normal price of $59 a month, though, WITH additional $10 or $20 charges for when we went over the data cap, I lost patience. That drove me to look for a new ISP, and I couldn't be happier with Netwood. Now I pay $65 a month for unlimited data at a download speed of 10mbps+ (as opposed to the 2.5mbps that I had with AT&T). When I called AT&T to cancel, the best they could offer to try to keep my business was 6mbps at about $30 a month for a year. And then, of course, the price would shoot up again, and I'd have to keep calling... I'd much rather pay a straightforward, no-BS monthly fee and get a faster connection to boot. I don't know if your speeds or charges will be the same, because I think it varies based on location and business v. residential use (mine is residential), but I do know that Netwood warrants a call or email. In my experience, Bonnie responds to connectivity requests (http://netwood.net/data-connectivity-request-form.php) and emails VERY quickly, so it won't take long before you know whether they can help you out. For your sake, I hope they can!

I sought an alternative after a HORRIBLE experience with AT&T, and, have been so happy to have found Netwood.
