I've been a customer with Giggle Fiber since I moved to Monrovia ~5 years ago. I thought I had already written a review but I will add one now as my opinion has not changed. This is a great business. My previous experiences with cable/tv/internet etc service providers had been dismal. Constant service disruption, speed spikes and crashes, price increases and shilling for extras and unnecessary services. Not the case with Giggle Fiber. The service works, they increased the price once (by $5) in 5 years, outages are brief and seldom and best of all they leave me alone. I do not track my speed for the service and cannot say if it is consistently what is advertised. The good thing is I don't need to because everything works. I can stream a movie and work on my laptop while my kids play video games and my wife watches something on her phone with a tablet on and everything will work like it's supposed to. If you live in Monrovia or surrounding neighborhoods with service available I would recommend it. read more

Now I got Internet with good speed hopefully it will be stay and Very Good Job for Leo thank you

It's been nearly a year now of constantly high latency and outages. I call and a technician comes and tells me it's not their problem and the line to the pole is fine. Then, another technician tells me the line is actually problematic but since it went inside of my residence, it's not their problem, and they don't deal with lines that enter the home. So it is all the more infuriating when I read the review below which confirms their technicians do indeed enter crawl spaces within the home to fix issues. Here is a quote from another review: "He replaced the cable line from the pole to house, unfortunately, he needed to go through the crawl space to reach the modem. Leo has a very positive mindset, dressed up crawl space suit, went under and got the job done." And of course, I paid an electrician to replace the coaxial cable line in my home but still, constant outages and high latency. Lastly, let's not even get to the advertised speeds. Barely 5mbps upload vs the 40 advertised, even during off peak use. This kind of upload in 2025 is crippling. Sonic Fiber cannot come fast enough! read more

We have been customers since 2002. We have not changed our service because Giggle fiber is wonderful and always helpful. The customer service is great and the wait time to get a person on the line to help is minimal. The service and company are great. Oscar is so helpful. Also, we recently had to have in person service and get a new modem. Justin was so polite and helpful!! He made sure that everything was running properly before he left. Karen S. read more

Giggle fiber has not dropped my connection since I began using them last year. In the past my internet connection was dropped daily despite paying a premium from another company. Today I had to call Giggle fiber for tech support and Oscar did a great job! He had the patience of a saint and got me back on line. Thank you! read more

We bought Giggle when they advertised 800Mb/sec, now it's 80Mb/sec. Ookla verified. Internet goes down every night 1a.m. resets at speeds 40Mb/sec. Throttling and shutting down. Thumbs down. read more

S/w oscar when my wifi was offline. He checked his end and found no problems. He patiently explained how to check my connections. He did not laugh or holler at me when I asked which device was the modem. Oscar was extremely gracious and fixed my problem, with my expert help of course. read more

I was looking around for a good internet provider since ATT Fiber isn't available at my location. I did some researched and called Giggle Fiber. Kenny was the person who helped me and he was really kind and answered all my questions and helped me schedule an appointment the next day. Justin was the installer who came to my house the next day and he was really friendly and efficient. He was able to install and setup everything in around 1 hour and 30 mins. Overall i'm very happy with their customer service and friendliness. I came from DSL's speeds so this kinda of speed is game changing for me. I highly recommend them if you are in the area. The pricing is very fair and I'm happy. Bonus that they only serve Arcadia & Monrovia so they are locally operated only. read more

Giggle Fiber - My speeds with a Cat 7 Ethernet cable - Internet Service Providers Near Me - Monrovia, California

Justin, the cable installer for Giggle Fiber, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly how I wanted the line run and followed my requests perfectly along the eave, into the attic, and straight into my electronics closet with a clean, professional finish. I was previously with another provider whose service constantly dropped, so I had high expectations for both the install and the setup. Justin exceeded them. He was friendly, extremely polite, and very respectful of my property. He worked neatly, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was done right the first time. He even wiped down the attic door to remove fingerprints before leaving. I am OSHA 30 certified and have worked as a foreman, so I pay close attention to how people work. I could tell immediately that he was highly experienced and worked safely at all times. He used the proper ladder for each part of the job and rotated through three ladders, two extension ladders outside and one A frame ladder inside, which showed real professionalism and attention to safety. It is rare to get an installer who really listens, works safely, and takes pride in the quality of their work. If you get Justin for your install, you are in great hands. read more

I am updating my lower review after I visited the Giggle Fiber office in Monrovia to discuss the aforementioned $30 equipment charge. During my Giggle visit, I learned the charge was an error on their part and that they immediately recognized the error a couple weeks back and refunded the charge. My credit card hasn't posted the refund yet. We're good. Thank you, Oscar for your help. read more

I have been with giggle fiber for a couple years now. Having dealt with the other local services giggle fiber far surpasses them in Customer Service and product. I've had the pleasure of talking with an agent named Oscar on two separate occasions who helped me through a serious issue and solved it for me and even remembered me when I called back. You don't get that these days with other companies no matter what the service is you always end up dealing with robots. I am happy with giggle, fiber, and with Oscar and with supporting a local business here in Monrovia I highly recommend giggle fiber. As for Oscar. read more

First off I want to say how impressed I am with customer service, starting off with speaking to Azniv , who helped set up the installation within 1 hour, to Jason, who came in, installed and didnt leave until all was working right. They are very very efficient , extremely happy to answer any and all questions, and when they say they are local and can come over right away, they meant it. Jason, who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable , came within 30 minutes of me getting off the phone with Anziv. Anziv was very helpful, clear on explaining the payment, speed of transactions, and made sure to keep her word on getting the job done. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Great service! Needed some wifi for our warehouse office and found GiggleFiber. Andrew was super helpful answering all questions we had & was very communicative. Sent the techs over twice (once to scope out the site and another to install everything, after ordering all necessary parts). Once everything was set up, Andrew made sure to follow up and ensure everything was working as described. Scheduling was easy, set up was smooth, no complaints so far :) Thanks again, Andrew! read more

I have been using Giggle fiber since 2018 but our recent experience have been extremely disappointing and resulted me canceling the service. Starting February of this year I have noticed our Internet has been dropping periodically. I called and scheduled the service. Leo came and said my modem was not updated so he provided new modem. The service was OK for several days and then begin to drop again like he used to. I called for service again, and Leo came . He claimed that it was an animal in our backyard that chewed up a wire and replaced "part" in the "wire", and told me everything should be good. I trusted him and thought everything would be OK. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My third call resulted in an "investigation" and a monitoring of my network by their tech name Albert'. Albert claimed that my periodic drop it was because I was gaming all night, and uploading files at 4 am in the morning. Let's just say I have better things to do at 4 AM instead of uploading files like Giggle fiber said I was. So the fourth time contacting them, they sent out a tech name Jaime , he came and try to fix things. He was at my home on the phone with Albert, speaking only Spanish, which I did not understand, I did not know what they have done until they left. Apparently they were messing around with my new router and they unblocked my firewall, resulting in an open port and left my Internet vulnerable. I have lost complete trust in this company and their endless excuses for their lack of ability to resolve my issue. I have officially canceled my service after six years of being loyal customer. I do not recommend this company at all! It was good, but the last six months has been terrible! read more

TOTAL PIECE OF SHIT INTERNET! Save yourself the aggravation. The technicians tried their best and were nice , but the internet service is HORRENDOUS!! A person's cell phone Hot Spot has more reliable connectivity than the garbage they offer. Been dealing with this internet issue for the past 3 months already and it's always the same result... Spotty connection at best . Steer clear if you wanna preserve your Sanity read more

I switched from Spectrum to Giggle fiber. The installation was very smooth. Jaime (tech 110) the technician did a great job. My original coax cable is compatible with the Giggle's cable, nothing needs to be done inside the house except switching to the free modem provided by Giggle Fiber. With my Google WiFi router I didn't even need to change any passwords. The upload speed is 40mbs and the download speed is capped at 300mbps by my old Google WiFi 5 router which I will upgrade to Nest WiFi 6 pro. At $45 a month I have up to 1 gbps download and 40mbps uploads which is sufficient. The spectrum charges me $110 a month for up to 600mbps. I really wish I had switched to Giggle Fiber earlier. read more

Quick and easy setup by Justin. Definitely recommend this company over charter spectrum anyday.

Jimmy is the best technician I ever met in your company for last 20 some years. He is not doing only what his job supposed to do, but he check everything he felt that will help and improve the result of my internet inside and outside of the house. I really appreciate him whatever he has done to my internet this morning. I also appreciate Oscar's recommendation of sending Jimmy to help me this morning. Nice job Oscar and Giggle fiber !. Best internet we've used. It's laughably better than anything we've used ba dum psh. We switched to this from spectrum at my work as spectrum was constantly cutting out. This internet has better speed, stays intact, & makes it much easier to get work done. Maya especially was very helpful in getting things set up too such as porting all our original info to the new account & made it very easy to do & was very friendly too. I would definitely recommend using this internet provider if you haven't done so & her assistance especially. read more

This is a little different 5 Star review. We've been with Giggle since they took over the Internet business from the prior owner. Several years ago we added Giggle's phone service for our 2 lines. Massive savings from AT&T! For the first time since getting phone service, we had an issue. No dial tone on either line. Giggle's first line of support couldn't resolve the issue so they referred our case to the next level of support. We received a call from Maya on Saturday. She tried several potential solutions without success. It seemed that our old phone modem was the issue. We went to the Monrovia store and were given a new modem. A short time later Maya called back and we went through the setup and provisioning process. The new modem solved the problem. Maya spent well over an hour with us during our 2 calls. Maya's phone demeaner was calm and professional. Our calls were not rushed and she took all the time necessary to fix our issue. We saved a lot of money switching our phone provider from AT&T to Giggle, and we receive excellent and reliable service. We couldn't ask for a better Internet and phone provider. read more

My apartment got flooded because an upstairs tenant had a pipe break. So I had to leave the apartment for two weeks because they had to replace the floor laminate and dry the place out . I called and asked if I could get a credit for the two weeks because I couldn't use the internet. They told me NO. So I am going to go somewhere else. Policy or not there is what is called good customer service and bad customer service. If I can't use their service and they are going to charge me for it, that is bad customer service. If you lose a customer over a two week credit, who is losing out? It's not me. And I leave bad reviews. Someone might want to take a look at that policy. read more

We're so excited to finally be living in an area served by Giggle Fiber again. It's by far the fastest and most reliable internet in the SGV, and it's the best bang for your buck.
