The service was great and staff were accommodating when we had a big group. The portions were pretty big! The flavor was decent and the Vietnamese coffee was legit.

This place is clean and bright. It's spacious too with many open tables. It's a comfortable environment to dine in. They have built-your-own pho (pick your own meat & toppings) in the menu. This is great for folks only preferred certain items in their pho. We ordered with tendon and meat balls. Also tried the Bun Bo Hue. Noodles are cooked well and broth is very flavorful. Both eggrolls and spring rolls are good too. Service is decent. Waiters and waitresses are can speak English well.

Came here after watching a movie at the AMC Theaters across the plaza. I really like the interior presentation. It's clean and well lit, although it's a fairly small unit. Service was quick, got seated immediately had their water includes a slice of lemon for freshness which I appreciate over plain tap water. I got their Combo #2 pho since I wanted to try out their oxtail. It was decent. Very flavorful and I don't if their jalapeños are fresh cut but after placing a few cuts in the broth, I could feel the spiciness kick in. Portion is smaller compared to the tradition pho places but overall really good and still ended up full at the end of the meal.

I came here at night, and there was plenty of seating. The restaurant isn't too big, but it's clean and cozy. I ordered Pho with tai (rare steak), gau (brisket), and short rib with regular noodles. If you want to try the fresh noodles, there's an extra charge. The broth was flavorful and piping hot. One downside is that it was a bit too oily, even though I didn't order the fatty broth. The steak was tender and decent, and the short rib was also tender, though not a big piece. The side of basil wasn't very fresh, and I wish they gave a larger plate of vegetables. You order by ticking boxes on the paper sheet they leave on the table. Utensils and napkins were already set when I arrived. There's one thing I'm wondering about, the service fee they charged me, even though I was dining alone. It wasn't a big amount, but I think customers should be informed about it. I already left a 15% tip on my bill. -1

Brisket pho and brisket with beef ribs, pork and shrimp egg rolls

Came here for lunch on a Saturday late afternoon. I was worried they would be busy because of the farmer's market, but surprisingly it was not that busy. I like their custom menu of pho bowls. I had just their brisket, and my mom custom-ordered brisket and beef ribs. It was a lot of meat. Super considerate with the meat. The broth was also pretty good and I think it said, it was a 16-hour broth. The meats were very very tender. It melts in your mouth, which makes it very easy to chew. That's what my mom and I really love about. We also ordered Pork and Shrimp fried egg rolls. Couldn't really make out the shrimp tho... And it was very deeply fried. Not sure if they re-fried it. The restaurant is clean, but some of the tables weren't clean when we were seated, so we were moved. Overall, the experience was good. At least a goodbye or thank you would have been nice when we were leaving.... after I was about to say thank you (or wanted to, when I looked behind me as I opened the door to look at the staff as a courtesy)

Great pho, the broth was really good. The place is kind of small, but luckily when we went it wasn't so busy.

Review for take out only. Prob not the best not the worst pho I've had. But in terms of value, it can't be beat as long as they keep the Uber eats deal. There is currently a BOGO deal on certain items like the chicken pho, chicken rice dish, and grilled pork vermicelli. I really like the chicken pho and feel the broth is tasty and soothing. I also tried their grilled pork vermicelli dish and feel like the pork could be much better. It wasn't juicy and was a bit dry. Portions were solid no complaints. Overall, pretty middle of the pack pho spot but great value with the Uber eats deal and a solid option if you're looking for a decent pho in Sunnyvale.

Got the combo #3 with thin noodles. The broth was good and this place is the only pho place that will give you load of meats. We got our food pretty quick and I did appreciate their customize your own pho topping option. Will try that next time

Packaging is done well no food spills, ordered via uber eats and took advantage of the buy one get one free coupons, ban mi was pretty good and flavorful, chicken pho was alright as well. Didnt get any of the typical sauce packets you get at most pho places with the order so was disappointed. The chicken pho broth was good.

Clean pho spot in downtown Sunnyvale hut but pricey. Soup and noodles were OK. Egg yolk on side and pickled onions not worth it. Not a bad spot if you're in area but way better options in San Jose if you can venture out.

Grilled pork and shrimp vermicelli - the pork and shrimps are flavorful. Spring roll - very refreshing but the dipping sauce was not enough for 4 spring rolls.

Servers are nice and friendly. Quiet as not many patrons on a weekday for dinner. Egg rolls were flavorful and crispy. Pho broth had amazing depth of flavor. Love all the additions to the pho they offer. It's awesome that you can customize your broth, meat, and toppings. I also love that you can get fresh wide pho noodles for an upcharge.

I ordered takeout, so I can't review on the ambiance or service, but this was one of the better pho dishes I've had! The broth was flavorful, but maybe a little too salty for my preference. The meat was great! The dish had a generous serving of all the combo 1 meats (brisket, short rib and filet), and they were all very tender. I'll definitely come back to try other dishes!

Are they still operational ? We tried calling for pickup on Fri (2/12) and Sat (2/13).. no response.

They were probably closed for lunar new year celebrations

Are all of the vegetarian options vegan? Is the peanut sauce served with the tofu rolls vegan?

That's good question and I am not sure. I believe you need to specify vegan so they use proper broth/sauce. Check with them -- it will be worth it if they can go all in vegan.

Does the vegetarian Pho have msg?

    100% NOT msg!

It feels just like a warm hug in a bowl! Their cold noodles, both spicy and non-spicy versions, are refreshing and perfect for cooling down summer heat. We also almost always order the mo deum soo yook for extra protein. It's a combination plate with boiled beef brisket, tail, and tendons. You will have to season them yourself with salt and pepper, but beef is always so soft and tender. I highly recommend ordering this only if you're dining with a group of 3 or more because the portion is huge! After finishing your meal, they'll serve you a yakult, super yummy and great for digestion (super thoughtful of them) They're busy and almost always have a waitlist, especially during peak dinner hours. From my experience, the longest I've waited was about 45 minutes, but normally it's only around 20-30 minutes. There's a boba shop nearby where you can grab a drink while waiting. They have also opened a location in Cupertino that is more convenient for me. Adding Mian to this plaza definitely livened it up, it was so difficult finding parking and then there was an hour wait when we joined the waitlist. We wandered around Grocery Outlet and Savers to pass the time. I came with a group of 6 people. We ordered the sichuan spicy fries and fried chicken cutlet to share. The fries were the spiciest item I had that day, wow! I ordered the Sichuan chicken cold noodles, extra spicy. They were not spicy at all. I left everyone at the table try them and they all agreed it was not spicy. Kind of disappointing, I expected them to be spicier than the fries at least. My partner had the chengdu zajiang noodles, mild spicy. They were good, the signature dish of the restaurant. I would return, but their spice levels are very inconsistent.

After getting seated, we were promptly greeted and offered either complementary hot tea or water. If you're not familiar with the menu here, each person is required to order their own entree, most of which start around $28. My wife ordered a mild tofu soup with mixed proteins while I ordered an abalone bibimbap. In addition to our entrees, we also split a seafood pancake. I'm not the biggest fan of seafood pancake, but the one here is distinctly different than any that I've ever tried before. The texture of the pancake actually tastes very similar to shrimp toast. There's no shortage of seafood in every bite and the pancake is perfectly crispy without tasting oily. The pancake here is on the smaller side, but one pancake is more than enough for a group of 2-3 to share. The abalone in my bibimbap entree is skillfully prepared. There was no rubbery texture at all and the four abalone pieces were all very plump. The stone bowl the bibimbap arrived in wasn't blistering hot, but the bowl still managed to crisp up a bunch of rice on the bottom of the bowl. I appreciate that the spicy sauce is provided on the side so you can control how spiciness and salty the dish is. I absolutely love that each entree comes with an assortment of 10 different types of banchans. My favorites were the imitation crab slaw, the quail eggs, the shrimp cake, and the pumpkin puree with apple chunks. There's a staff member carting around refills of every single banchan, so don't hold back on enjoying your favorite banchan items because they come with unlimited refills. While the food here was fantastic all around, the highlight was truly the service. The warm hospitality of each staff member we interacted with was memorable and greatly appreciated. Special shout-out to Jinny as well, who helped us quickly resolve a small issue where we received white rice instead of purple rice with our tofu soup. If you're looking for next level Korean food with spectacular service, look no further than Kunjip Tofu. I cannot recommend this spot enough.

The waiter initially tried to show me the menu and point out the dish, but it was clearly different from what I had ordered. He shortly realized there had been a mistake, and thankfully the correct dish came out about 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, the pasta itself was disappointing. The noodles were undercooked, and the sauce was quite bland. I was expecting the four-fish dashi and bacon flavor to stand out, but I didn't really get much of either. The sesame seeds were also very overpowering and seemed to take over the dish. Overall, the sauce tasted more like a basic, thin cream sauce that didn't coat the noodles very well. The bacon and mushrooms also didn't add much flavor or stand out as much as I expected. My friend ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry. The katsu itself looked crispy and appetizing, but the curry came out lukewarm. My friend was okay with the temperature, but when I tried it, I was honestly surprised by how close to room temperature it was. I would have expected the curry to at least be served hot or noticeably warm. Overall, the presentation of the food was nice, but unfortunately the flavors and temperature of the dishes didn't meet our expectations. Between the initial order mix-up, undercooked pasta, bland sauce, and lukewarm curry, it just wasn't a particularly memorable meal. There are definitely some things that could be improved.
