This is definitely one of my go-to lunch spots. It's usually a once or twice a month thing for me because it's nice to treat yourself on payday right??? I've been coming here for a little over a year now, and there is definitely a lunch rush. It's normally popping between 12pm-1pm on the weekdays, so if you're in a rush it may not be the best idea. However, I have been able to get in and out on my lunch a few times. As for the atmosphere, I feel like it's perfect. When it's during lunch hour, there's usually a lot of talking and good vibes. When it's slowly, the music is loud enough to fill the space, and it's never too loud. If you are looking for a to-go experience, you can definitely walk up to the counter and order to go. If not, just let the staff know that you are dining in, and they will grab you some menus and take your drink order. As for me, if I'm in a hurry, and I want my usual. I will order at the counter and let them know I would like to dine in. So, you may be wondering about the food. Well, I am excited to inform you that the food is absolutely delicious. I cannot speak for everything on the menu, but I've had a great variety. The Fresh Spring Rolls, Fried Chicken Wings, Banh Mi, and Rare Steak Pho are so good. My fiance and I arrived a few minutes right before they opened got greeted as we entered and hand sanitizer is available next to the entrance. Got our orders right away the broth was piping hot, fresh and was so flavorful and delicious excessive toppings and sauces is not necessary (like other places) because the broth itself was already overwhelming with flavor. My fiance is Vietnamese and he said it reminded him of his mother's pho (huge compliment, since he's very particular of the broth!) the Vietnamese iced coffee was hands down one of the best viet coffee I have ever had! My mother ordered their large chicken pho and their shrimp spring rolls. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We went to get it. Really nice restaurant with great bar! The flavor of the pho broth was very flavorful. The pho special had ox tail which helped give it a strong flavor. The rest of the ingredients was lacking. For $22 a bowl, you would expect a decent amount of meatballs, tripe, and beef but that wasn't the case. The grilled pork banh mi was a big disappointment. For $12, there was barely any grilled pork in the actual banh mi. Flavor was decent but the meat portion was small. The Mango salad was also a let down. The dish was more on the salty side. Best Pho in the valley!! I have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered, Dine in or takeout. When friends are sick, I bring them soup from Pho ever, it is the best comfort, food. While waiting I observed them checking in on other patrons and make small talks. This really made me feel like they only cater and cared for certain customers. I always love adding fish sauce to my pho but honestly I wish I left it as is because on it's own it was so yummy. Phoever has great tasty Vietnamese food, however their price tend to be little higher. Some of the good: their pho broth is very tasty and they always serve it really hot (steamy hot). I believe that's how all pho restaurant should serve pho, which I think it tastes much better the bean sprouts, onions, thai basil and limes are very fresh and clean the restaurant is modern and clean service is attentive and very friendly, I always was greeted with smiles upon entering and leaving the place have outdoor seating which is great option on a nice sunny day spacious dining area (a plus after COVID) Some of the not-so-good: their pho noddles are slightly overcooked, consistently throughout the few times I dined in portion of food is a little smaller compared to other places, on top of being slightly overpriced Since Phoever is located in a nice neighborhood and provides a modern and comfortable dining environment with great service, I would definitely return and recommend this to everyone, even though I feel the food is overpriced. read more

My go to for great Vietnamese cuisine. I always get the same thing (grilled pork with fried egg over rice) but my mom and kids have ordered the steak cubes over rice and the beef pho. Oh and sometimes I get the fried egg rolls. No complaints! Staff is quite friendly even when they are busy which they often are at lunch and dinner time. This is solid local place for Clovis residents. One time I was waiting for my doctors appointment nearby that I showed up too early for, and I walked to subway to get a sandwich. The staff at PhoEva let me eat on their lovely outdoor patio on a beautiful day even though I didn't order anything. I was on foot so I was very grateful. The quality of this place has really gone downhill. I used to love going here and this was my pho spot but now the food isn't good. The spring rolls had only lettuce and pork some noodles in it and the smallest slice of cucumber. No herbs or anything. I also ordered the chicken pho which tasted good but the bean sprouts were brown and I was only given 3 slices jalapeños and only one small chili oil container. When I tried asking for more they rushed me out the door even tho only one family that was already served was in the store. Service was slow - I ordered immediately as I know my usual and came here for a rare steak pho and Thai tea. Received my Thai tea fairly quick, awaited my server to come back to request a straw so that I could mix and enjoy the drink. Had to get up and go to the bar and ask for a straw. Waited 25 minutes for my bowl of pho to arrive. The bean sprouts offered to add to my pho was a pitiful amount. Meat pieces were a little sparse (I noticed this in my last visit as well). Came at 2:30pm and there were two handfuls of people. I left and the place had filled out. Ya'll will have one less body taking up the seats. $35 for pho and a drink, had to ask for service.
