Yummmmmmmm! I've been to this place two times and have finally decided to leave a review. This place is awesome! Went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and it wasn't busy! We were seated right away. The place itself is cute, modern, and very clean! They sell shirt with super cute, punny designs as well. Our waitress was nice! Their pho is delicious but for this particular visit I decided to get the Bún bò Huế and it was great! The broth was rich, earthy, and had a touch of sweetness. My family got their pho, vermicelli beef bowl, and a grilled pork bánh mì, and I got to try those too! Those dishes were equally as delicious. You can't go wrong with anything here, that's for sure. I loveddddd that they didn't skimp on their sides. They gave us SO much lime, bean sprouts, and other leafy greens to put in our soup. A lot of places skimp on that but this place doesn't! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. The service is always fast and welcoming and the food is always consistent! My typical order is the P5 (Pho with rare steak) and occasionally I'll get the Vietnamese Sandwich. I've been here 4-5 times and have never been disappointed! First time here, and they did not disappoint! The food was excellent from start to finish. We started with the egg rolls, which came with a delicious peanut sauce that exceeded expectations. Next was the pho bowl, and the broth was exactly what I look for in a great pho--it hit all the right notes! The garnishes enhanced the flavors even more, creating a magical explosion of taste. We also tried the specialty platter. While I wasn't sure how to put it together at first, once I figured it out, it was delicious. The texture of the dish didn't match what I expected--it looked like a big salad, but when I took a bite, the flavors transformed into something completely different. It was a pleasant surprise! Came with a party of 8. We called the day of and asked for a reservation (which isn't necessary for smaller groups but we wanted to make sure we could all sit together). The service was great with our waitress being very attentive to drinks and any other requests. The food was tasty. I forgot to snap photos of the food as it came out and our group dug into their meals. I did try the veggie eggrolls and they were good. I even almost forgot to snap a pic of my pho. I got the extra large P4 which was the steak and meatball pho wand I added extra steak. The broth flavor was delicious and the ratio of noodles was to my liking where I feel like they give you a generous amount. There isn't a difference in the sizes of pho bowls but if you order the extra large size they add more meat/noodles. We got the mango sticky rice which was really a nice way to end the meal. The mango and rice is glazed over with a sweet coconut milk and sesame seeds. It's a bit far from where I live so I don't know if I would come back unless invited by friends but it was a very nice experience. read more

Speedy and friendly service in a stark clean atmosphere. The Bahn Xeo (Vietnamese savory crepe) was delicious although a little greasy. Served with a large plate of veggies to brighten it up and a refreshing dipping sauce (I think it was Nuoc Cham). Definitely recommend trying this dish. Keep in mind, it is the kind of dish you put together....like a fajita. Basically, take the lettuce, add a slice of the crepe and garnish with additional veggies like cucumbers and bean sprouts. Dip in the sauce and it's good to go. A bit messy but worth it. Skip the Vietnamese spring rolls. They were a little tough and didn't have the light and refreshing feel like others I've tried. Also, the pork had an unusual flavor....not bad but just not tasty. My dinner companion had never tried Vietnamese food before and ordered the Vietnamese rice bowl and found it to be tasty and filling. Ended the meal with mango sticky rice which was average. Seemed to have sat for awhile. Overall, if I was craving Vietnamese food and way out it Clovis, I'd go again but if I had to drive across town, I think I'd stick to some of the other Vietnamese places down around McKinley. read more

After I finally asked how much longer because people who came in after were already finishing did they start to take notice. We paid almost $80 for the above and two mango beers. . The staff ladies were super sweet and tried to help as much as possible. Now,because we waited they gave us free second #5. This would be amazing if it my #5 was good but was horrible. Meat was SUPER tough and flavorless. We only got it be bag of bean sprouts. The lid on sweet:sour sauce they put in with egg rolls completely came off. The place is clean. A little crowded on a Sunday noon time. It was a 20-minute wait to be seated. Another 35 minutes wait until we got our pho. P2 supposed to have tendon. Yes it did have 1 piece of tendon, ONE. And had 2 little pieces of tripe. Phó taste pretty salty. Not flavorful just salty. Maybe to compensate for the very few slices of meat is to put more salt. Service was rushed. The lady who brought the pho, just set it in one side and left and they forgot our tea order. Plus they charged is $5.50 for the tea that we never got, so the cashier took it off. The other server lady put her hand in my dad's face when he tried to order hot tea. Sorry we're not coming back here and not recommending it. The best Pho-Ever place and it's in Clovis. Greeted the moment we entered and told us pick any table we wanted to sit at. Staff is friendly and took our order right away. Phoever is always consistent. Never had a bad experience here and it always ends up being our go to whether we are in the mood for pho or not. So reliable. This time I ordered the chicken wings. I have been missing out because those wings are amazing! The garlicy house sauce is some of the best wing sauce I've had. If you love wings and a sweet garlic flavor, it's a must! This was also my first time eating at the restaurant and not take out and the service was as expected, friendly and courteous. Their Pho was SUPER SWEET, no matter how much toppings and condiments we added, it just couldn't fix the taste. We also ordered spring rolls, which were straight up iceberg lettuce wraps. Excellent customer service! Greeted right away and allowed to sit anywhere. Server was very attentive and came to take our drink orders right away. We ordered the p3 pho, grilled pork bahn mi, and pork/shrimp spring roll. The spring roll was good but that's fairly simple to make and you can't really mess it up in terms of taste. The dipping sauce it came with had too much of the hoisin taste for my liking. I prefer a more peanut buttery spicy sauce with my spring rolls. I ended up mixing in some siracha which made it taste better. The bahn mi was really good. Meat was juicy, nicely marinated, and even came with an "au ju" type dip (meat dripping/marinade). The only thing I wish could taste better was the pickled daikon. I'm used to sweet pickled daikon but the ones on the bahn mi wasn't sweet. Moving on to the Pho...first off, I love pho in generally and have tried plenty so my expectations for pho is high. This place had decent pho, average pho that I would eat if I couldn't find another pho place. It's heavy on the herb and 5-spice/star anise taste which I'm personally not a fan of. The broth was also a little sweet which I did like. I also liked how we were given our own tray of herbs versus having to share with other people. I usually like to put condiments in my soup like black pepper and fish sauce and those items were not readily available on the table. The only condiments provided were siracha, hoisin, and chili oil. Overall, I think this place as a pho place is average. None of the food stood out to me but if I had to choose, I'd come back for the bahn mi. read more

This is a nice local pho spot. They have plenty of options and even tho we didn't try them all, they look so good! I got the shrimp pho and the broth was so delicious. I called ahead for a quick pick up order and it was done so quick and they were so nice and welcoming. Being inside it looked fun with a full bar and tvs showing football games. Next time we will be eating there to enjoy some drinks. For me, it's usually been the hole in the wall places that make really good pho and this one is up there with some of the best I've tried. At first I thought the chow mein was okay.. but the sauce was sitting at the bottom, so I mixed it all and then it went from okay to delicious! BEST PHO IN CLOVIS I came here with my boyfriend 30 minutes before closing. We are prefer vegan food. The waitress (with pony tail w/ gorgeous eyelashes) was so kind and didn't rush us at all. (Although we hurried so the workers could go home). The food is so nourishing! The veggie broth was so vibrant and full. Most veggie pho broth is watery. What made this food a lot better was the customer service. Everyone was so nice and polite. Our server literally said you're welcome about 10 times after every little thing she brought. Not many places serve ox tail so I had to give it a shot. The food was delicious and their smoothie wasn't bad. They make a lot of great cocktails and serve a pretty good choice of beers. My only issue is how expensive everything is. A small smoothie was about 8$ where even a simple Jamba juice would get you their biggest size with real fruit as well. 23$ for the p1 pho is pretty crazy..I would still gladly come back and just get their other cheaper bowls. 2 Spring rolls for 8 or more is high as well..everyone else gives 4 for the price read more
