You do have the option to order your dish with regular thin noodles, flat noodles, or egg noodles. The broth is basil-y and the flavor has great depth. They have a self-serve station for condiments where you can grab some chili oil, jalapeños, bean sprouts, and lime. We ordered my 4-year-old daughter a small bowl of rice with broth and chicken; she loved this and kept asking for more! My son (7) went big and ordered pho with squid... he inhaled everything!
