Randomly stopped here after Costco and tried their bahn mi and eggrolls. Everything was fresh and delicious. I ordered the number 1 sandwich with extra pate and took some of their chili oil, wow so damn good. The bread was warm and toasty, the chili oil was the highlight. Usually places I go too the chili oil isn't spicy, this one had a great kick and made my sandwich 10x better. Also when I ordered extra pate they actually understood the assignment because most places be so skimpy about it. The eggrolls were hot and fresh, nice and crispy. Those were really good too only thing is I didn't like those prepackaged sweet and sour sauce that came with it. Definitely going back to try their cowboy pho!

If you want to give a banh Mi sandwich a try. I would recommend the chicken Bbq. I've had better Banh Mi sandwiches around town but It's still pretty good . Also they have a small selection of Boba drinks . The staff is always friendly and there is never a line . The ambiance is somewhat lacking just a few table and benches to sit on but no tight special .

Nice Vietnamese Restaurant right next to Planet Fitness to get a good meal after a workout. Good selection of specialty drinks, bowls and banh mi. I chose the #1 Saigon Special for my post workout meal. Good flavor and filling. Service was excellent and helpful regarding menu items. Large dining area to relax and enjoy your meal.

The service was friendly, and there were plenty of great food options to choose from. It was my first visit, and everything was fresh and prepared quickly. I ordered the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, while my daughter had the beef pho. We both really enjoyed our meals and will definitely be coming back.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Vietnamese sandwich shop. I stopped by one afternoon on the weekday and it was dead (no customers) but I was quickly greeted by the cashier. I ordered a pork belly banh mi and a traditional banh mi. Despite it being slow, it did take a long time for them to make the banh mi which I have to dock 0.5 point for. It looked like the cook was taking his sweet time assembling our sandwiches. When I took it home to eat, the traditional banh mi had soaked through the wrapper which was a good sign for me that it was juicy (perhaps a little too juicy). Upon first bite, I could taste the pate which is one of my fav parts of a traditional banh mi. They were generous with the pate which I really like! The meat was also a good portion size. The only thing I'd like more of was cucumber and cilantro. The size/length of the sandwich was quite big compared to other banh mi places so it was definitely worth the price! The pork belly banh mi was really good too! The pork belly was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. I do however prefer the traditional banh mi because it has more flavor. You can't go wrong with either choice. The only con about the sandwich was the bread. It was hard and tough, a little hard to bite and chew without it cutting up my gums. I will say most banh mi bread is like this however I prefer a softer fluffier bread inside and crispy just on the outside. The bread quality could be better so docking another 0.5 point. Overall, I would come here again to try their other sandwiches and drinks. I would recommend you try!

Very disappointed...Had a $50 gift card from Costco to use it here and their card reader didn't work. The young lady first tried, then the other guy tried...still didn't work. Finally, she called her boss to come in (Thought it would take no more than 10 minutes). With the wait of her boss driving to restaurant...then him on the phone with the card place...then finally got it to work...then wait for them to cook the food...almost 45 minutes. No apologies...NOTHING. The boss even kept my gift card (I reminded him I still have $ left on it). Again, no apologies. Food: Sandwiches=good. Egg rolls=cold inside. vermicelli=bland. water=had a funny taste (like gasoline--that was strange).

Picked up dinner on our way home. Greeted as we entered. The lady at the register was very kind. My husband and I ordered 2 sandwiches (#1 Saigon Special & #2 Grilled bbq pork) and chow mein all to go. They were quick to make our order. Portions were large. The chow mein was delicious it had so much flavor though my husband said he saw it was frozen... not sure how they made it but it tasted pretty good. I also enjoyed my bbq pork though I felt there was a bit too much mayo and the meat was alittle salty for my taste. But I thought the sandwich was huge and great for the price compared to competitors. The bread was hard but since we took it home we threw it in the toaster oven and it wasn't too bad after. My husband thought his sandwich was just okay. The restaurant was really warm idk if it was just really hot or their ac wasn't working but they did have a huge fan on so that helped cooled us down from the triple digit weather. They have self serve silverware and complimentary water cups. I would definitely come back to try the other sandwiches and dishes they offer.

So I tried a bite of my daughter's sandwich a few weeks ago. Hadn't had a banh mi in years. The small bite was very good. We decided to do this on a whim. Ordered the number 6, Crispy Pork Belly, 4 piece chicken egg rolls and a Mexican Coke. What I liked: pork belly was good. Really liked the crispy bits. Liked the pickled veggies. Liked the military discount. The not so good: bread was really too tough. I had an expectation that it would be crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. It wasn't. Overall the sandwich was good and was priced right. Hoping the bread issue was a fluke. Egg rolls were a bit of a disappointment given the $8 price tag.

Clean restaurant with cute modern rustic feel. Nice staff who greeted and helped us with the menu. Vegetarian options! Can be vegan without the mayo or house sauce on #8 vegetarian bahn mi. The tofu was seared perfectly which really carried the sandwich. The bread was crispy but soft on the inside. The sandwich was 10/10! They freshly prepare all items. You can see them cooking with the open kitchen concept. $4 drinks all day with free boba. We tried the taro drink. The drink was 3.5/5. The boba was cooked very well. The chili oil at the condiment station is a must try! We will definitely be coming back again and again!

Order takeout. Pour in my own bowl. Yummy broth. But didn't come with flank meat and my trio topping of bean sprouts, basil, lime.

My food was good. My ice coffee was strong af. I order pho also. The broth was piping hot and comes with brisket, meatballs and flank steak. But until....I didn't get any flank meat. And she did not give me any fresh bean sprouts, lime wedges, or fresh basil. Pretty sad about that part. I DoorDash this meal from home thinking it'll be a fast order. My order wait time was 40 minutes more. The girl apologized for the wait time but I get it. Let's not have just two workers on a busy Sunday brunch time. Ac definitely needs work on. But granted had I just order from inside the restaurant would save me couple chunk change too. Overall my rating could be better.

With the sweltering heat officially upon the Fresno/Clovis area, my husband and I were craving something fresh and cool for dinner. We decided to try, Le Banh Mi Bistro, which I recently came across on Instagram. Le Banh Mi Bistro is a fast-casual spot nestled in a strip mall. Despite its non-descript exterior, the newly remodeled interior is sparkling clean and well-designed. The counter is run by the kindest and warmest folks, eager to answer your questions and help you pick the perfect dish to satisfy your cravings. Unfortunately, on the evening we visited, the restaurant's AC had gone out, and it was quite warm inside. Despite the heat, the staff's friendliness and efforts to keep the place comfortable with multiple portable coolers were commendable. Given the 105-degree weather, we opted for takeout on this occasion but we'll return to dine-in another time. My husband ordered the #1 Banh Mi, the "Saigon Special," which is the restaurant's most popular and traditional Banh Mi option. Other Banh Mis on the menu feature a variety of fusion fillings like smoky BBQ pork, teriyaki chicken, crispy pork belly, and even a tofu patty for vegetarian fans. He also ordered the shrimp spring rolls, which were giant, freshly made, and came with a generous side of peanut sauce for dipping. I had been eyeing their orange chicken and chow mein on Instagram, and craving noodles, I decided to give it a try. Although not the most traditional choice for a Vietnamese restaurant, the pictures looked so tempting that I couldn't resist. Everything in my husband's massive Banh Mi was incredibly fresh, beautifully sliced, and crisp and cool - the perfect choice for a hot day. The spring rolls were the largest he had ever seen, and the peanut sauce was delicious. I was amazed at the generous portion of chow mein and orange chicken for just $13 - enough for my dinner and likely two meals for my teenage son. Excellent value! For me personally, the chow mein's sauce was a little too sweet, and I was a little bummed because I had asked if the chicken was white meat or dark meat, and was told white but it was not. (I know, that's picky of me, and probably my bad.) In addition to what we ordered, Le Banh Mi Bistro offers a specialty drink menu featuring boba and fruit teas, steamed pork buns, pork and teriyaki chicken bowls, chicken egg rolls, potstickers, fries, and beer-battered onion rings. If you're looking for a fresh option for lunch or dinner on a hot summer night, a Banh Mi, Thai Tea, and Spring Rolls from Le Banh Mi Bistro might be perfect for you! Definitely give them a try.

It's a self serving little spot. The pho was okay only, the pho broth tastes like homemade pho. The sandwich was okay only as well. Their customer service was good. Nice little restaurant. But over all it's okay only.

Located in the Barnyard shopping center this Vietnamese restaurant is a little dated, but don't let the decor deter you. The food is in incredible! I ordered a large bowl with thin sliced meat balls along with spring rolls for the table. First off, I should've gotten a small bowl of pho, the large bowls here are massive. I had plenty of leftover for the next day and the day after! The broth was delicious with deep rich flavors and the noodles were slightly al dente, which I loved. I couldn't help myself and active point picked up my bowl and just started sipping the broth. My wife ordered the same thing as I, minus the meatballs and she too, could not get over how much flavor the broth had, almost like they had been slow cooking this for the past three days straight. The spring rolls were 100% handmade and the filling inside was delicious. We did bring our kids with us and we're definitely nervous because they are very picky eaters. They do offer a kids menu, but there isn't much to it. It's basically rice broth and your choice of meat. We ordered my 4-year-old daughter a small bowl of rice with broth and chicken; she loved this and kept asking for more! My son (7) went big and ordered pho with squid... he inhaled everything! Even asking if we could order more squid on the side to which we did and he ate that as well. This was huge win for mom and dad, now we can do pho to the family dining out rotation. I've tried banh mi from so many places and nothing compares to this one. The dipping sauce ! Are you kidding me?!! And the ban xeo? Absolutely to die for. Broth had the right amount of saltiness where I didn't need to add much. And you can actually taste the spices which I'm pretty huge on. Big flavor bomb indeed. Cons: My only knock is skimming on the noodles and meat. For $18, you do pay a little higher than most places. I'd definitely pay that for the quality alone but felt shorted. The sauce that accompanies the pork, rice and egg was slightly sweet and was the perfect balance to dip rice and pork into! It was light and bright and enhanced the flavors not overpowering them. The egg. It is surprising how many places can't cook an egg where the yolks natural fatty goodness isn't overcooked. When we got there (a little after 5), there was only one other table occupied... by the time we left (6:30), every table was nearly taken. Our waitress, as well as the other on the floor, were both very welcoming and friendly. They handled the service remarkably as a team. The fact that they were a packed house and still were very attentive with us, checking how we're doing, checking on our water refills... these are the little things I appreciate most (and, of course, good food). I got the Pho with the Fatty Brisket, my friend got just the Steak Pho. They have a bar against the wall with all garnishes you may need to grab what you'd like. This is pretty smart... It saves them from waste. Instead of giving people items they may not use-- they would just grab what they'd like themselves. My friend grabbed her goodies, I prefer mine as is. To me, if your broth is good and doesn't require me to flavor it... I'll eat it just like that (unless I feel like adding spice). I've only ever been to a few other Pho places where I had to season up the broth myself...definite no no for them. All my friends who have gone out to eat Pho with me know I eat it just how I get it. I've tried a few different drinks in the past but came to regularly deciding on the Tiramisu Milk Tea (no flan for me, light boba). Make sure to shake it well. You can also let them know your preference on the level of sweetness. We both got this tonight and it nearly tipped me over on the full scale. Couldn't finish it. Everything was really good though. Pho was the perfect choice for this weird, gloomy weather we've been having. The price is a bit up there but that seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. But-- for the portion, the quality, and the service? Worth it.
