Wow oh wow!!! I just had the best pork bahn mi sandwich ever! I have had pork Bahn mi sandwiches all over the world. Today's sandwich from the warm juicy pork, yes...... the meat was warm off the grill, the bread was crunchy and soft. I always ask for extra veggies and they did not disappoint. My only negative was they had some cilantro stems that were a little tough to eat. But everything else flavor, bread, veggies..... 5 out of 5!!! If you get a hankering for a great bahn mi sandwich go to Pho 90!! read more

Pho 90 - Pork bahn mi sandwich..... Best Pork Bahn Mi sandwich ever! - Vietnamese Near Me - Fresno, California

HUUUUUUGE servings. I went with the Pho 90 which was essentially a combination of meats mixed with rice noodles and it was pretty fire. It's not very spicy which is how I like it but it's savory either way. My stomach felt like the pacific ocean after downing all that liquid. They don't skim out on the meats either. read more

I've been here so many times and the pho has never disappointed me. The broth, noodles, and meat are all delicious and well portioned. They also give you lots of chow mein for what you pay for and is also very delicious. The appetizers like spring rolls and eggrolls are also very delicious. The only downside is you have to be specific on what size pho you want because I've asked for X-Large pho and accidentally been served a regular size. It's never too busy but seems lunch time is the most popular time. The food comes quick so it is never a long wait. read more

Food is great! However one particular waitress expects a BIG tip just for taking your order so I stopped going there after my nearby VA appointment! Instead I go across the street to I Pho where customer service is far superior! read more

Can't go wrong with a good bowl of pho. Was craving pho and really wanted to expand my pho place rotation by stopping here. Got a small #90 and it was good. Pho always hits the spot and this place's pho definitely does the job! My dad really enjoyed it and he's fairly picky with his food, so that's saying something. We went on a Sunday for dinner and it wasn't busy. We got to pick our own table and the waitress gave us our menus. She was courteous and our food came out quick! I also ordered a com ga nuong (a lemongrass chicken rice plate) to go and ate it the next day and it was delicious! read more

Pho was alright. Service and vibe was wierd and awkward. We were ignored and kept waiting for someone to come take our order. The asian old lady finally came to take our order but was not friendly at all. She didn't bring us water, so we had to ask. First and last there. read more

5/26/23 Getting lunch! Large noodle with vegetable and chicken made spicy and shrimp spring rolls ordered. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went on to get it. Very nice restaurant. Clean, safe and practiced. The order was ready and the worker showed me what it was....exactly....Chow Fun made spicy! It looks and smells really delicious! Lunchtime! Order split. 1/2 of the Chow Fun was really delicious! Fresh veggies, thick, spicy noodles, chicken and tasty! The shrimp spring roll was really fresh and delicious too! Great peanut sauce as well! Mother said hers was Great! She said it was made good, fresh and exactly how she wanted it. Spicy! It's a good amount of food! Leftovers too! Good service and Great lunch! Use to be my favorite place to go. Changed owner and I actually like the new owners too but soon after the new owners fell lazy. I used to go there about 5 days a week, but then one time they forgot my iced coffee but I figured no big deal, then it happened a second time in a row. So then I stopped going for a while. Then I decided I would give them another chance, they forgot my iced coffee again. So then I decided to give up on them. Then finally I decided I give them one last last chance. Sure enough they forgot my iced coffee again. 4 times in a row. 3 of 4 times they weren't busy, maybe 1-2 other customers at the max and the owner is usually standing behind the register. And they're expanding next door also. I hope their service doesn't dive down. They're really nice people but not sure exactly what is going on read more

Holy Moly! I am extremely picky about where we go for Pho. I have got up and walked out of places before (I know I know) but just saying how picky I can be. We ended up at this place by accident but since I have been feeling under the weather lately...I was desperate to get some warm pho so we stayed. When we walked in the lady told us to get a manu from the table up in front and then showed us to our table... She noticed that I had my own hand fan and she said here let me move you under the fan. We moved and then she asked me if I needed a hair tie The service was quick and we had our order in about 10 minutes and it was super fresh! The Chile was sooo delicious... Let me just say we will definitely be back very soon... Check this place out! read more

Wish I didn't have to write this. Ordered large special combo beef pho. -received broth container was less than half full. - protein, noodles was like a small order -the broth was luke warm at best. -broth had no 'spice' flavor. I'll admit I haven't been here for months. I am understanding, Vami, who has been here for years is no longer here. What a disappointment! Definitely not the same flavor, temperature and quantity but still paying for a large for less quality. read more

This spot is has very authentic pho I like the number 29 which is brisket and beef, the owner is so sweet she knows our order as we sit she just comes over to our table to confirm we normally get egg rolls with our pho which are so good. We recently tried a Banhmi bbq sandwich and that was delicious very flavorful. This is our go-to spot for pho it just tastes great the restaurant is simple and clean compared to others in the area in my opinion. read more

I drove to another spot I knew I loved only to find out they had went out of business so I Googled another Pho in the area and two popped up. I decided on this one since I didn't have to make another turn around. There is plenty of parking in this lot so I was worried perhaps the food wasn't going to be good for the lack of. It was about 3p on a Wednesday so I figured it made sense to not be so packed and went in. There were two other customers already eating and it smelled delicious. I was told to seat myself and as I did they walked over with the menu. I was kind of in a hurry to eat and run as I wasted time driving to the other place and needed to meet someone after so I said, "I know what I want, just vegetarian pho please" I asked if they had tofu and she said no but that was ok, I was reaching a bit so I then ordered a plate of vegetarian spring rolls, she left to give the cooks the order and came right back with ice water and pho dressings. Literally two min later my bowl came and the spring rolls soon after! WHOA, like WOW! That was extremely fast! My pho was super hot and delicious and actually VEGETARIAN broth! Not like beef broth with veggies as other places I've had to walk out of. "Jenny" was the lady taking and serving the orders, she was so nice, welcoming, patient, and thorough. My total was about $18, I tipped her a $10.... The way I see it, I've gotten crappy service other places and not tipped because of it, if someone is willing to go out of their way, they will receive more. I definitely recommend!! read more

Today we decide to try pho #90 ... we went in and it got seated right away .. we just realize that it was under new ownership if I still remember correctly the food before with the previous owner not that great on top with bad attitude and service ... this time we went back and the food taste a lot better than before ... we did order bowl # 90, spicy bun Bo hue , couple dessert.. all of them are delicious..the restaurant is clean and service is fairly quick and they check on us often which is a plus ... we will be definitely be back to try other menu if we around that area .. give them a try you won't be disappointed read more

I stopped eating at this restaurant for about a year now. I started coming here when the younger server still worked here and she always provides the best customer service! Ever since she left, this place is just HORRIBLE with that cashier lady!!!! She is always RUDE, everytime me & my husband dines in, she will always tell us WHERE TO SIT!! Then I would always get a small pho and she will always tell me "WHY DO U GET SMALL?!?! JUST GET LARGE." I replied back to her once that I cant finish it duh, wth!? That lady is so weird. I'm so glad I stopped coming here. The pho sucks and you literally only get 2 pieces of meat in your pho! I had ordered coconut drinks before and they were only half way filled!!!! Tried a new dish today after seeing some delicious pics on yelp. I wasn't feeling noodle soup so I got the #49 charbroiled lemongrass chicken with rice. It did not disappoint. The chicken was tender, well marinaded, and loaded with lots of flavor. I much prefer the #49 chicken dish over the #50 beef dish because they use the thinly sliced pho beef which i'm not a fan of. But if you want to try a rice plate, definitely try the #49. read more

I would say 0 stars if I could VAN OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS (older lady with short black hair) IS HORRIBLE SO RUDE AND OVER CHARGES FOR SOMETHING SHE DOESN'T EVEN GIVE!!! Called-in for an order for pick up. The lady who took my order over the phone was rushing me, asked me when I am coming for my food after I gave her my 2 drink orders, I told her whenever it is ready, she said "okay come now," and hung up on me before I could add more things to my order. I tried calling back 3x, and I just got the "busy" tone. So, I said forget it. Guess that's all I am gonna order: 1 pho special (lady said no small sizes just large, xl, and xxl), 1 #30 (small), 1 beef chowfun, 1 taro smoothie and 1 coconut smoothie BOTH with no boba. I had guests at the house I was ordering for so as long as they got their order, I'm good. When I arrived, the same lady who took my order was confirming my order and said I had the beef chowfun, yada yada yada. She told me to sit down and wait in an almost offensive demeanor. I kinda didn't care too much as she was an elderly lady, and it's kinda expected from them. As my food was brought out to me, my drinks were missing so I told the same lady and she didn't say a word. She started to get on the drinks and told me to sit down again (like OMG). She gave me my total, which was like $33-$34. I signed, forgot to write my total on the copy I signed as she was holding the receipt, and then went to bring my drinks to the table I was waiting at, and tried to oddly give it to me as I could have done that myself... Anyway, I get home and open what I ordered. I complained alright. The portions I got were tiny for a "large" as I ordered a "small" for the other soup. I didn't see any seafood so I called them to ask about the sizes and seafood. The lady told me that she said they didn't have any small size for the pho, but I recall her saying that about the special pho only as she said "okay, #30 small" when I ordered. Then she goes to say I ordered #19, not #90 (which is with the seafood). Partially my fault for not confirming if she got down the seafood one, and partially theirs for having TWO specials they can't differentiate or confirm with their customers. So, I am here without my reciept, charged $40.16 instead of $33 or $34 like she had told me (did not tip since I was hung up on, was a pick-up order, and waited awhile), and pissed at the amount paid for. The drinks were shit btw. Tasted like water says those who ordered it. She rushed making them for sure. Not going there again. I thought maybe I would like it because my husband likes this place, but no thanks. There are other places I would rather go. read more

It was so busy here and social distancing doesn't seem to be thought of here. It took forever to order, probably due to the lack of help (servers). I understand it must be due to hard times, but weekends would be nice to have more staff. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was bland so I didn't even eat them. The broth for the pho was good, but it could've used some beef balls. The egg rolls were just not satisfying at all. I don't know why it was so packed because I've had better. Also to pay, the line took forever. It's like bro I just want to leave and bounce, not stick around after I already ate. Only gave it 3 stars because my friend goes here and likes the lady otherwise 2. read more

I was having a bad day at work. It was raining, I was pms'ing and I was hungry. I checked Yelp and found Pho 90, but they honestly didn't have much chance to get me in a better mood. But they proved me wrong! :) I called and placed an order to go for: #6 Chicken Bahn Mi sandwich, #32 rare steak pho and a green tea. The lady comes out with the food and I saw it was a blended green tea, rather than an iced green tea. Eh, its okay. I grab it and I came back to work to eat my food. I put my food down and take a drink of the blended green tea and I am SO damn glad it is blended. It is a luscious green tea. Perfectly sweetened with a great taste. I've never ordered rare pho to go and it was a little weird to open up a styrofoam container with raw meat and veggies inside...but I throw it in the broth and watched it cook. However, you cannot add the entire meat and veggies inside. The broth container is too small. Not going to lie, this upset me more than what its supposed to. I was mad that it didn't all fit in the container. Are you understanding the type of pissy mood I was in?! I was MAD because I had too much food and it was spilling over. So after I get a larger bowl to fit all my pho and as the meat is marinating in the broth I move onto the sandwich. I bite in and I'm immediately impressed. It is so good! Large strips of carrots and cucumbers with big chunks of marinated meat in a crusty bread. It's a large sandwich for $5! To recap, I was pleasantly surprised with the green tea, loved the bahn mi and now its show time (or pho time). And the pho delivers!!!! The broth is more of the color of a homemade chicken broth. Light and almost clear. The taste was great! It is a tasty but mild broth. The flavors all blend very nicely together. Nothing overpowers each other. There is a large amount of thin rice noodles swimming around in every bite. I am so glad yelpers found this place for me! The cost is great too: #6 - $5.00 #32 $7 Green tea $3.50 read more

This place gets busy during lunch rush. We dined here around 12:30 pm. It seems like there was only one order taker/cashier which is obviously the owner. We had to wait for a bit until the server came to get our drinks and order. There was two bus boys/servers but it seems like it was just too busy for them to be able to get tables cleaned right away...so leftover bowls/plates would be just chilling at the tables... We ordered a lot of food; grilled pork rice plate, grilled pork/shrimp vermicelli, combination chow fun, combination fried rice, and eggrolls. Grilled Pork Rice Plate: 4/5 delicious favors...not sure why our GPRP came with sunny side eggs bc on the menu it doesn't say anything or if the order taker misunderstood us bc she was urging us to get the item ontop of the one we ordered...like I know how to read and know what I want and I kindly declined the one she offered...which that order came with sunny side eggs...and all them other meat items.... Grilled Pork/shrimp Vermicelli: 5/5 super delicious refreshing veggies nice flavors on the meat! Combination chow fun: 4/5 oily but delicious...very simple and flavor is good! Combination fried fried: 4/5 delicious flavors great taste! Eggrolls: 2.75/5 decent--dipping sauce was good! Overall great food! Store is not super clean decent enough...service could be better but food is great! Our food came our real quick!! read more

Wasn't expecting much because Fresno isn't really known for their Vietnamese cuisine nothing too exciting the soup broth wasn't as tasty as I would've liked usually when I get Vietnamese soup there's lots of onions the broth is full of flavor there's lots of herbs and we leave smelling like onions but at this restaurant it was very skimpy the eggrolls were OK But usually when I get Vietnamese eggrolls their served with big fresh green cuts of lettuce and some mint and then you wrap that around the eggroll and then dip it in the sauce all we got was some cucumbers for decoration a little bit of wilted lettuce and the traditional dipping sauce I don't think I'll be coming back the service was nice they definitely had a good cheerful personality the waitress was funny but definitely an improvement on food quality and flavor would be appreciated read more
