Wanted to give this place a shot because it's close to my new work place and really enjoy it! It's attached to the Tea Shop, which you have to walk through first to get to the restaurant. You'll then have to wait to be seated at the register. I think this set-up is kind of awkward but hey, at least they have cute sidewalk seating. There are plenty of tables and long benches to sit at and the restaurant itself feels clean and well-lit! The staff are super helpful also. Tried the House Special Beef Pho and it was pretty tasty! You do have the option to order your dish with regular thin noodles, flat noodles, or egg noodles. The broth is basil-y and the flavor has great depth. They have a self-serve station for condiments where you can grab some chili oil, jalapeños, bean sprouts, and lime. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that I don't feel too bloated after eating here (compared to other pho restaurants). It's been a minute since I've been back here... I heard they remodeled? But idk what changed lmao I guess it's been that long since my last visit (it hasn't been a full year yet, fyi). My memory is shot. I don't want to be handing out 5 stars so easily but I think they deserve it. The restaurant is very clean, and I love the little Asian lanterns they have, all different, above each table. Plenty of seating. When we got there (a little after 5), there was only one other table occupied... by the time we left (6:30), every table was nearly taken. Our waitress, as well as the other on the floor, were both very welcoming and friendly. They handled the service remarkably as a team. The fact that they were a packed house and still were very attentive with us, checking how we're doing, checking on our water refills... these are the little things I appreciate most (and, of course, good food). I got the Pho with the Fatty Brisket, my friend got just the Steak Pho. They have a bar against the wall with all garnishes you may need to grab what you'd like. This is pretty smart... It saves them from waste. Instead of giving people items they may not use-- they would just grab what they'd like themselves. My friend grabbed her goodies, I prefer mine as is. To me, if your broth is good and doesn't require me to flavor it... I'll eat it just like that (unless I feel like adding spice). I've only ever been to a few other Pho places where I had to season up the broth myself...definite no no for them. All my friends who have gone out to eat Pho with me know I eat it just how I get it. Pho from my Mama is a different story though... I put the works (not because it's not flavorful) but, it's just different. Moving on... They also have a Teazona in their establishment. I've tried a few different drinks in the past but came to regularly deciding on the Tiramisu Milk Tea (no flan for me, light boba). Make sure to shake it well. You can also let them know your preference on the level of sweetness. We both got this tonight and it nearly tipped me over on the full scale. Couldn't finish it. Everything was really good though. I went to lunch with my daughter on a quiet Friday afternoon and decided to dine in for the first time, though we've eaten here before. When we walked in, the host was helping two other customers and asked us to wait, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. After finishing with them, she told us we could sit anywhere--confusing, since we'd just been told to wait to be seated ‍. I ordered the bun bo hue with beef ribs, but they were out of ribs. I settled for the BBH special. I also ordered calamari, but they were out of that too and apparently have been for months (why is it still on the menu?). My daughter and I also ordered boba. Her drink came out without the boba, so we had to flag the server to fix it. Overall, the food was mediocre, nothing special. The ambiance was okay but not as authentic as I expected. Honestly there are so many other pho spots that is way more flavorful. And for the price I don't think it's worth it. They only offer one size as well. They have a little side station where you can grab your own bean sprouts, jalapeños and limes. Service was ok, but I think it was because they didn't have too many servers and we arrived at a time when it was kind of busy. It's a pretty spacious spot and they're also connected to a boba spot. First time going here thanks for LT and that was the best side of beef rib I've ever tasted comes in it's own portion of broth. I call that the kiddie pool the main portion was the deep end which I drowned the beef rib in after I fished out all the other meats. The broth was unbelievably flavorful and had most of the condiments. They have a little side bar for sprouts and lemon and 3 crabs FS. Also got a fruit tea to go with my lunch The Grapefruit Queen. This place was such a great experience for me and my husband. We had been wanting to try this one out for a while but their hours vary, like they close during the day and open for dinner. Anyhow from the beginning let me just say how much I love the business park. It is absolutely gorgeous! The lights wrapped around the trees and the cleanliness and the restaurants just stand out! I was a little confused as to how to get in to this restaurant. It was surrounded by a black gate with no entry... We ended up going through the Teazona door... no big deal! It looked to me like the businesses are linked together cause when we walked in, immediately there was Teazona signage on the wall, but everyone was having their pho dinner so hopefully they make the entrance pleasant to look at when you walk in. It kind of looked like they just opened the tea side. Right from the get go the customer service was great. The staff was very attentitive, not at all pushy. They immediately took our order. I tried chicken pho for the first time and even though I enjoy house special pho which was what the hubby ordered, I had never tried the chicken and it was delicious and felt authentic. Yes sounded like everyone was recovering from being sick but that's also what makes the place special knowing that warm pho is gonna help you feel better. The vibe was awesome too and nobody was too loud. The music was formal and very chill. It helped make our dinner feel like a date night. I honestly really enjoyed the pho. The broth is the perfect amount of sweet, so all you really need is a wedge of lime. That's it. A little fish sauce if you're a salty girl like me. The flavor is really fresh and light. I love that they use bigger rice noodles (pad Thai noodles) I feel like it holds the soup better. But after a while of sitting they get a little chewy. (3/5) We also got the fried shrimp. Super crunchy, super fresh. The dipping sauce for it was a spicier sweet chili. So good (4/5) The shrimp spring rolls were okay, it's the sauce that's important. The sauce needed some salt, or something else added it to it because it was a little plain. But good thing we had left over sauce from the fried shrimp and just mixed it together--this elevated the springs. (2/5) Takoyakis, I love takoyakis, and they make a good one. Nice and creamy inside. It's cold tonight. Like, my limbs have finally finished thawing by the time we arrive. We had the option of hanging out with friends at a restaurant 5 min away, but I'm in the mood for warm soup. I don't care which kind- pozole, pho or ramen. I just want it to be good. In the end, it was a toss up between pho and ramen. Had I not turned up the 41, because we were originally gonna go to River Park, then I would be telling a very different story right now. I'm always down for a new restaurant, and my wife sees on the menu that they have curry soups. Upon further research, she sees boba teas, which my daughter will absolutely love. We check out the food and drink menu and we all know what we want. First up is my wife. "I'm sorry but we ran out of curry YESTERDAY!" Now she is bummed, and would stay that way for another 5-10 minutes. The kids through her different suggestions as far as food and drink and she eventually perks up. The food arrives and my wife's food comes last. They even bring the drinks, which we ordered 5 min after the food, before her food comes. That's a strike. Lime N Basil also does something I've only seen in Mexican restaurants. They have a bar of sorts, where you can get your lime, bean sprouts and jalapeños. As for the taste, it's just OK. I've had worse, that's for sure, but it was just OK. My son really liked his sweet and sour shrimp soup, and my wife enjoyed her shrimp and chicken soup pho. I'm glad the server mentioned that the chicken was the soup flavor, because we thought the soup contained both chicken and shrimp. As for ambience, the restaurant is on the quiet side. Like, my kids were embarrassing me with how loud and obnoxious they were being. I won't be bringing them back, that's for sure. Overall, it was OK. I make it a basis of how good broth is by how much I put other seasoning on it for extra flavor. I didn't need to put much on this one because it already tasted so good. I called in my order for pick-up on a Saturday afternoon. I was kind of thrown off when the person answered the phone "Teazona" (which is a tea and coffee shop within the same business. ) I quickly placed my order of a Shrimp Pho with chicken broth and 3 egg rolls. The gentleman said my order would be ready within 15 minutes. When I arrived, my order was on the counter ready to go. I paid with Apple Pay and was on my way. I was nervous my soup would spill during the car ride and I really appreciate the care they have when packing up that broth. They put it in a plastic container sealed with plastic wrap and then they have a small bag tied around the broth packaging. The condiments for the pho were in a large plastic bowl so that all you have to do is pour the broth straight into the plastic bowl. I appreciate that they provided chopsticks and a plastic fork and spoon. I do love to use chopsticks and I am not going to pretend like I am a master at using them, I do enjoy them for the noodles. The shrimp pho was seasoned just right. I love that the noodles are a bit wider than other pho restaurants I have tried. The broth was not too salty and not under seasoned. I did add just a small amount of the sauce that came with it. I was really amazed that the shrimp, noodles and broth ratio was perfect. There was at least 8 shrimp and the noodles filled half of the soup. Although I ordered the egg rolls, I did not partake in them. They were for my teen whom said they were "pretty good". I had been craving pho and today was the day since I felt like my digestion tract just needed a good soup! I think this is going to be my new favorite pho place! Update: 2/13/22 (Super Bowl Sunday) Called in a to-go order as my stomach is still not feeling too great. This time I ordered 1 Shrimp spring roll, an order of vegetable egg rolls and a shrimp with chicken broth pho. I really loved the flavor of the spring roll but the peanut dipping sauce was not to my liking. It tasted a bit salty and a lot more fishy than expected. The veggie rolls were good, nice crunch and the dipping sauce was as expected. The pho was just as tasty as I remembered from yesterday's first trial. The pho is my new addiction. Came here the other day to try some new food. Me and my kids weren't sure what we wanted but we landed here. I'm assuming it's fairly new as it was pretty empty and not busy. Clean little spot though. Service was good. Food was decent. I didn't like not being able to order a side of rice with my picky child's food. Well sheesh. I LOVE this place (even though they did away with the Chinese donut... literal tears). There are a few things that set them apart from other pho restaurants in Fresno. 1). Consistency | You get what you order each time. I never have to send anything back or ask for anything extra. It's been made right each and every time. We've been here about 10x since they've opened (and RE-opened). 2). Spring Rolls | MADE. TO. ORDER. That's a really beautiful thing. They aren't pre-made and then refrigerated. You can see them curating your rolls (although they are $3 each and I feel should be around $2.00 - $2.50). 3). Broth | Made daily and made fresh. Many pho places use artificial ingredients for their broth. This one is made boiled and made fresh every day. 4). Cleanliness | Never a dirty table when we get there. Even when they're busy, someone is always there to clean it within a few minutes. 5). Portions | Far better than any pho place we've been to and the hand-sliced steak is super fresh! Location is pretty far from us which is a bummer and there isn't much to do in that area afterwards. Hope they consider a northeast location in a few years. read more

Very good new pho and tea spot in the NW part of "the no!" Recently I was checking out what was new in the area and was pleasantly surprised to see a new Vietnamese restaurant had opened up during the pandemic close to my old stomping grounds. The service was friendly and food and drinks were ready fast - I love that they have a clear window into the kitchen. The dining area is spacious and they offer indoor and outdoor dining. The flavor of the pho was delicious - I don't usually order pho as I prefer bun but I would gladly order the shrimp pho from this place again. The Chinese donut pieces are the perfect complement to the savory soup. I loved that unique addition to the meal. Parking is plentiful out front and they have a separate area for drink orders on the right side of the entry area. My jasmine tea with the sugar free substitute was very good. I'd definitely order that again as well. My folks enjoyed their phos as well. And they are harsh critics of all Asian restaurants! Think it's a $1 extra as well. The broth is more on the herbal side. I'm more of a hearty broth kinda gal but it was still delicious! I don't usually order pho at Vietnamese restaurants here in Fresno because they aren't good. Most of the time they are too watered down or the flavor isn't good. This place here was sooo good. It tastes just how we make it at home or better! I really liked the noodles and the meat was good too! It wasn't chewy and it wasn't too soft. I didn't eat all mine because my bowl was very filling. So, hooray I get to have leftovers tomorrow. The fried breadsticks were too oily for my liking. I think if they let all the oil drip out first before serving or keeping it in a container it would help with the oily taste. I really liked how they separated our veggies per person in each bowl. At other restaurants we always get maybe 3-4 steams of basil, a little bit of bean sprouts and jalapeños to share, which is never enough. I love lots of veggies in mine. The broth was really good, a slight saltier but still very good. I didn't have to add fish sauce or even hoisin sauce to it. This is my new favorite spot. The drive for me was definitely worth it! I can't wait to try their full menu! Customer service was excellent! Long and another server were really friendly and attentive. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. They were busy working on taking orders from other tables, cleaning, bringing out the food etc. they really made a great team. We ordered the calamari rings, fried breadsticks, pho and bun bo hue Pho broth was savory and had a bit of sweetness to it (i don't like my broth to have any sweetness to it but my partner really liked it and said it reminded him of his childhood) and bun bo hue was very clean and delicious. both were packed with meat and noodles. my only criticism is that this place is called lime n basil, they barely had any basil in their soups. we were told that basil would be added to the broth and i personally like adding a lot of basil but there were maybe like 4 small leaves in it. even the table behind us asked about the basil. didn't get to try any of their drinks so next time i come i'll have to give their boba a try. they did look really good though. read more

One of my favorite pho restaurants. The restaurant is so clean and quiet. In the same restaurant is Teazona where you can order your favorite boba while you're dining in or can order it to go before you leave. It's so convenient and my kids love boba. Now the pho. It's the most authentic tasting pho here in town. It comes with all sorts of garnishes in the pho bowl but if you don't want it in there you can ask for it on the side. The noodles aren't your typical pho noodles you get when you go to the other pho restaurants in town. It's a little thicker and the broth has so much flavor. I've ordered it to go before and I appreciate that it comes in a reusable bowl container, where other places put your items in a foam container and you have to transfer it to a bowl.
