We both got a mini rare streak pho. The service here is always fast. The ladies working were so amazing! They were so kind, tentative, attentive and accommodating. The pho was delicious, even a mini was a good portion. I also noticed that they give out more noddles, free of charge excluding the broth. The place has a large amount of dinning and I'm sure they still get super busy! I've always liked their pho, spring rolls and sandwiches. Service was great! Would recommend.

I've tried a few different drinks in the past but came to regularly deciding on the Tiramisu Milk Tea (no flan for me, light boba). Make sure to shake it well. You can also let them know your preference on the level of sweetness. We both got this tonight and it nearly tipped me over on the full scale. Couldn't finish it. Everything was really good though. Pho was the perfect choice for this weird, gloomy weather we've been having. The price is a bit up there but that seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. But-- for the portion, the quality, and the service? Worth it.

Don't eat here. Food taste horrible isn't anything like the description. I ordered #41 chicken thigh and literally they gave me small little chunks of deep friend piece of chicken and told me it's friend chicken. So misleading from their menu. I'm really glad I did. The restaurant was about 20% full when I arrived, so I was seated immediately. Service was prompt and friendly, and the food came out quickly. The pho itself was fantastic. Rich broth, good portions, and everything tasted fresh. They also had all the classic condiments and table setup you'd expect from a good traditional pho restaurant, including hoisin, sriracha, soy sauce, chili flakes, salt, pepper, chopsticks, spoons, and napkins already set out and ready to go. They also brought out the standard herb plate with bean sprouts, jalapeños, citrus, and fresh herbs, which is always appreciated. Drink selection was solid too. I ended up having a Tsingtao beer along with my pho. One funny thing was that when I sent a picture of the pho to my girlfriend and a few friends, multiple people immediately asked where I was because the bowl looked that good. I was surprised at how good this places turned out despite all the mixed reviews. The honey dew melon was so good, and the boba were soft. Only thing I would say is cleanliness. The tables were a bit sticky and could use a better wipe down and the bathrooms were a mess, water on the floor. Other than that our orders were solid and service was good. Would come back to try their sandwiches and bbq.

I recently visited the new 559 location attached to the SF market. It is interesting that their two…read morelocations are right across from each other, but this new one is a bright, modern, and a much larger space. The spring rolls were fresh and tasty, and the chicken was nice and crunchy but the service could use improvement. When we arrived, we were ignored for a bit and weren't sure if we should order at the front or wait to be seated. Eventually, we received menus and a server took our order- she wasn't the friendliest and could smile more. They also did mix up my egg noodle soup order by using vermicelli instead, so they had to remake it. Overall, the food is enjoyable, but they definitely need to work on their customer service at both locations.
