Yummy!!! Spotted this truck at the River Park Farmer's Market and decided to try it out. Service was efficient. Food took around 15ish minutes. The food: 〰 Pad Thai (9/10): GOOD PORTION SIZE FOR THE PRICE!!! The pad thai was good!!! I love that you're able to change the spice level (mild, medium, thai spicy). I went with medium and it was a great spice level. The noodles were perfectly cooked and I loved the flavor. It came with chicken which was a bit dry, but overall, it was good! 〰 Shrimp Yellow Curry (9/10): The curry was flavorful, the shrimp was cooked well, and it came with a good heap of rice on the side! Overall, pretty tasty! I'm glad I got to try it out.

We got to try this place when their food truck came out to our facility for lunch. The food is very filling (neither of us could finish our meals, now we have some left for dinner!), fresh and full of flavor! Service is pretty quick considering that everything seems to be made when ordered. I would absolutely try this food truck again! SIDE NOTE: The Tom Yum Soup was something that was just recently added to their menu and it was amazing!

I got the Basil Chicken and it was perfect! I love the flavors and the spicy garlic sauce that comes on the side. The food seemed fresh and good quality. I will definitely go back.

Pad thai. Yum!!!!!! So fresh! No grease.

I've been wanting to try this truck for a long time but it never worked out. Today they are parked on the Fresno City College campus. so I took advantage. Wow!!!! Fresh, full of veggies and moist chicken. One of the best pad thai I have eaten. I got meduim spicy which is perfection. The portions are HUGE so you are getting at least three meals out of it. I can tell this is going to be a problem for me lol! Amazing! Very nice people too.

Cilantro was in the photo, critical ingredient missing. After waiting to order & for the food 50 minutes, they wanted to argue it wasn't missing, rather than give me some. Stirred soup in the photo; do u see cilantro?

Best Thai food in the area. Even my neighbors that lived in Thailand while serving in the military says it is the best.

Amazing food and amazing service. I would recommend for anyone to get food from here. If you want something very spicy ask for Thai spicy

The best Thai tea I've ever had, that BBQ curry chicken slaps, and so does that BBQ pork.

Both were a little more on the spicier side than expected. I prefer the regular samosa over samosa chaat. I was missing the crispiness of it. Hakka noodles ended up being too spicy to our niece so we ordered a second one with just the tomato base which was still delicious. Since there was only one server for all the tables and pick ups, it took awhile to get our food. We had plain Roti (1 per order), Butter Naan (4 per order), Shahi Paneer, and Paneer Tikki Masala. Again both of the dishes were flavorful and creamy and had a kick of spiciness. Unlike other Indian places I've been to they do not ask you what level of spice you would like. Roti and rice were nice but I would not order the Butter Naan again. You cannot taste the butter even though it was glossy. Their food were delicious! Hopefully they get more severs for days where it's busy.

Better than Amritsar!…read more Coming from Los Angeles, we weren't sure where to pick given the many Desi options, but this restaurant was an incredible find. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Sandeep Kaur. It was inspiring to see an all-female team running the show with such dedication. The food was beyond authentic. We ordered the Amritsari Kulcha, Tadka Dal, and rice, and every bite was remarkably fresh. The Kulcha was the star of the show--presented sizzler-style under hot tava with fumes still rising. Honestly, it tasted even better than the kulchas we had in Amritsar last year! The Tadka Dal and yellow rice were the perfect, delicious compliments to the meal. We desperately need a North Indian spot of this caliber in SoCal. We're already wishing they'd open a branch in the LA area. Thank you Sandeep kaur for your hospitality and the service.

Anyways, with regards to the food, my partner and I got some spicy baked mussels to share, with a ribeye steak and lamb chops for entrees. The mussels were pretty underwhelming - I felt that it was just spicy for the sake of being spicy and didn't offer much in terms of flavor. With the entrees, we asked for the lamb chops to be cooked medium but they came rare, whereas the steak did come in medium rare as ordered. The lamb chops were okay but the steak was extremely salty and a bit too charred; I had to wash down my bites with water. With both entrees we were given a choice of either rice pilaf or garlic baked potatoes. The rice pilaf legit tasted like elementary school lunch rice (the ones with the teriyaki meat patties if you recall the 2000s, iykyk). The potatoes were alright, not bad but not great. Also wanted to note that both dishes came with like 2-3 tiny cherry tomatoes which is barely anything and would last you at most a couple of bites. Last thing I wanted to note is pricing. The lamb chops were in the upper $30s and the steak was $59, which pretty overpriced imo for whay is presented. Of course, that's also on me for trying to go for a "16 oz" steak (which I kinda doubt it was) vs. their pastas or other popular dishes but I think it's worth pointing out. All in all, I really think you can get much better bang for your buck at other semi-fancy/fancy places such as LimeLite or Willow Osteria to name a couple of examples. I would give this a 1 but the service was admittedly quite solid. Sadly, I don't think we'll come back.

The menu presented extensive and adventurous options that as first timers could have been intimidating but with the help of Donavin our delightful server, we selected the perfect seafood salad for the Mrs. and the curated selection of Maki (delicious sushi "tacos") that together made for the perfect share. Add to that a smooth Japanese beer and a surprisingly moderate overcast that made our dinner on the patio the perfect way to celebrate our first meeting 47 years ago. There were so many other tempting menu options that we'll look forward to sampling on our next for sure visit. Hopefully we will have the pleasure of having Donavin as our server even though our observation is that all the young people serving are helpful and gracious .
