A food truck with Thai food stationed at Crowe and Wolf the night I tried it. They give you a beeper when you order so you can go sit and relax until it's ready. Service was friendly. I ordered Pad Thai with chicken. It seemed to have a fair amount of chicken. However, the noodles, which were very plentiful, were dry and the sauce tasted more on the sour side. I like my sauce slightly on the sweet side. They give you brown sugar on the side along with crushed nuts and peppers, but I was afraid the sugar wouldn't mix well with the noodles being on the dry side. There was also very little in the way of green onion and no cilantro. There was a little egg. I ended up just eating a little of it until the chicken was gone and just tossed the rest. I see a picture of basil chicken on here that might be worth trying, but for $18 for the pad thai I was definitely disappointed. I would give 2.5 stars, but gave 3 in case maybe one of their other dishes could be better. The Crowe and Wolfe seltzer did not disappoint though! The hard lemonade selzer rocked!! And the ambience on a beautiful fall day to be able to sit outside at the brewery is always good. read more

My latest obsession! I very luckily came across this food truck at gazebo gardens yesterday, and it instantly caught my eye as I love red curry. But since I had some recently, I decided to go with something different: the pork belly basil stir fry and OMG, it blew my mind. Amazing flavor, so much fresh Thai basil! The veggies were still crisp, the pork so tender, and such a generous portion! I haven't had something so remarkably tasty in awhile. I hope they come back to gazebo garden frequently, as I don't usually visit the other food truck hot spots. Cannot wait to visit them again, and I'm already debating internally if I should order the pork belly thai basil again or try something new. Food truck was catchy! Food truck shows up to our work place daily and I had time today to go out and try. Co workers wanted Asian food so we tried this place. I ordered the red curry and inform them if they can add extra Thai chili for extra spice. The service was quite fast considering it was during lunch rush. It was hot but they give you a little alarm device to hold onto so they can buzz you when your food is ready. Gave us time to go wait in the shade since these food trucks are out in the sun. The red curry was ok. I love how they added lots of basil as I love basil in my Thai food. The curry was kinda bland. It could use more flavor and could use a little more coconut milk. Yummy!!! Spotted this truck at the River Park Farmer's Market and decided to try it out. Service was efficient. Food took around 15ish minutes. The food: 〰 Pad Thai (9/10): GOOD PORTION SIZE FOR THE PRICE!!! The pad thai was good!!! I love that you're able to change the spice level (mild, medium, thai spicy). I went with medium and it was a great spice level. The noodles were perfectly cooked and I loved the flavor. It came with chicken which was a bit dry, but overall, it was good! 〰 Shrimp Yellow Curry (9/10): The curry was flavorful, the shrimp was cooked well, and it came with a good heap of rice on the side! We got to try this place when their food truck came out to our facility for lunch. The food is very filling (neither of us could finish our meals, now we have some left for dinner!), fresh and full of flavor! Service is pretty quick considering that everything seems to be made when ordered. I would absolutely try this food truck again! My colleague and I ordered a bunch of the different dishes separately so that we can try out as many dishes as possible. We ordered the Pad Thai, Red Curry, Garlic Chicken, chicken basil, a dish with sausage and rice, and then there was a dish that I can't found on the menu on here. It started with a P and it had 3 words in the name. All dishes ordered were very good. My favorite dish was the chicken basil and the garlic chicken. Both were very tasty and had all the flavors that you'd expect from Thai food. My least favorite was the Pad Thai. It was rather sweet and it was echoed amongst the group. Someone did like the red curry. I think I would recommend this truck. One thing though is that the food took rather a long time to get served to us but it showed that it was made to ordered. I've been wanting to try this truck for a long time but it never worked out. Today they are parked on the Fresno City College campus. so I took advantage. Wow!!!! Fresh, full of veggies and moist chicken. One of the best pad thai I have eaten. I got meduim spicy which is perfection. The portions are HUGE so you are getting at least three meals out of it. I was greeted and helped with the menu which was very easy and simple as for food truck ...we ordered pad Thai , pork skewers , shrimp curry and eggrolls ... all the food were delicious nicely made and very well packed together .. it was very well balanced of the rice and protein ..
