The items we got were mostly good. They put sliced limes in the papaya salad with the rind still on which ruined that dish for us. They advertise a couple coupons on the website but the girl wouldn't give me the discount even though it says it applies for phone orders. The food was ready on time. I've been wanting to try different places in Tower. I had a to go order once before. - Ordered Combination Pad Thai - Order just came with beef and chicken, no shrimp. The sister and I came to Noodle Express as the dude and I always go to the Lincoln right next door and always wondered trying this place out. So on my day off the sister and I went on her lunch break. It was a lot of fun trying this place out and we were surprise how delicious and flavorful the food is. I usually gauge a place by the salt dispensers and if it's GONE GONE that's a sign that the food isn't tasty but their salt dispensers were FULL. No need for anything extra added as everything was seasoned with love and perfection. Our server was very kind and sweet. Made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived around 12:15 and out by 12:50pm definitely a place to go if you have a hour lunch or even a 30 minute lunch as the food came out HOT. FRESH. And QUICK. We found this spot looking for Thai off the 99. It was a small cute little spot right in the corner. My sister ordered the spring rolls and chicken pad Thai. I ordered the egg rolls and the beef bad Thai. I thought the egg rolls were delicious and she really liked the spring rolls. This is probably the best place to get pad Thai from in Fresno. They have great spring rolls & the pad kra paw with crispy pork is so tasty, highly recommend. The moist, hot noodles...okay they frankly melt in your mouth. Soooo delicious, and not just the noodles- everything in this dish is fresh and delicious. It can be customized many different ways to your liking. I enjoyed a take out order. I just have to give a special shout out to the detail and care taken when preparing the veggies. The carrots and zucchini each are sliced in a unique style, which helps to make the whole meal experience more enjoyable! So far I've only tried the Pad si ew noodles with chicken which also had a lot of fresh vegetables in it such as carrots, zucchini and broccoli. It was bomb! The other dish that I tried which was also the bomb was the Yum beef salad. I had plenty of leftovers which tasted even better the next day! I look forward to trying other dishes here. I would love to give more stars and do believe in second chances so stay tuned... but for now I can only give 3 stars. One dish that I absolutely love is Pad Lad Na. I've tried many and in various cities. The dish fell short here--the gravy was waaaaay too watery and thin. The veggies were cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. I wish the chicken was mixed with everything else and able to have soaked up the gravy. Oh and they put A LOT of salt and pepper on the chicken. It just didn't knock my socks off like I had hoped. The spring rolls were fresh and yummy as well as the peanut sauce. The sticky rice was served in cute little traditional baskets.. It was hard to enjoy our meal because of the many flies swarming around us - I think I counted 6? Not pleasant when you're eating with one hand and swatting with the other. All hope is not lost.... I've read people's reviews raving about the curry dishes, so I will try one of those next time and take it to go. read more

I feel like the name doesn't do it justice because there is so much more to the menu than that. Parking is in the rear and there was plenty of it on this monday afternoon. Right when you walk in the aroma of ginger, sesame and sticky rice hit your nose. I would sit there for the smells all day! The people here are really nice and the food is amazing. You can order to go or eat in but it wouldn't be good for a big crowd. A group of no more than 5 or 6 would be max if there are 2 tables available to push together. It's pretty plain inside so as far as atmosphere goes, there isn't much to look at. But I'm sure that will change once they've been here for a while. I ordered the red curry entree. It does come with rice but I eat low carb (keto) so they substituted for a side of steamed veggies for me. Sweet! if you have strict dietary restrictions just ask what is in the sauce. Everyone is super helpful here. I even saw vegan options written on the chalk board next to the register. Then I got the pad Thai for my hubby and he really enjoyed it. The curry was bursting with flavor. I ate every last drop. I felt like the chicken was a bit dry but the curry broth compensated for that. I just added my veggies into the broth and had a nice hearty dish. Full of flavor I don't want to forget. If im ever in tower, I'd love to stop by again! read more

The noodles themselves weren't as saucy/dark as I would have liked, but they had soy sauce at the table, which I was able to use to make my dish super tasty. Also ground peanuts as a table condiment! The chicken fried rice was tasty but would have liked smaller pieces of chicken, some egg and/or more spice added in. Will need to try more things here.
