Came here for lunch with a friend. My first time. I let her pick out what she liked and recommended since she's been here before. Everything was delicious and had a kick of spice and flavor to it. Our server was nice and came to check on us a few times. It was clean and had plenty of seating. We ordered butter chicken, side of rice, naan bread and chaat. Everything tasted delicious and was not too spicy at all. Will have to come back and try their samosa.
Better than Amritsar! Coming from Los Angeles, we weren't sure where to pick given the many Desi options, but this restaurant was an incredible find. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Sandeep Kaur. It was inspiring to see an all-female team running the show with such dedication. The food was beyond authentic. We ordered the Amritsari Kulcha, Tadka Dal, and rice, and every bite was remarkably fresh. The Kulcha was the star of the show--presented sizzler-style under hot tava with fumes still rising. Honestly, it tasted even better than the kulchas we had in Amritsar last year! The Tadka Dal and yellow rice were the perfect, delicious compliments to the meal. We desperately need a North Indian spot of this caliber in SoCal. We're already wishing they'd open a branch in the LA area. Thank you Sandeep kaur for your hospitality and the service.
The menu was a bit confusing and the prices a little higher than I hoped for but the quality and flavor were so good. The vegetarian platter had paneer tiki masala, chickpeas side, lentil side , a yogurt side, rice and naan... I killed it ... sooo yum
My impression of Fusion Indian Cuisine is more favorable with each succeeding visit. The restaurant offers a wide range of delicious Indian dishes and aims to accommodate and provide an unforgettable dining experience. Customers can call ahead for a quick pick-up or order at the counter for take-out. Dine-in guests are seated at the comfortable, dimly lit booths, which provide more privacy and aesthetic appeal. The plating of the dishes is extraordinary, often reserved for high-end restaurants that focus on premium service and exquisite plating, not just the food. The first time I ate here, I ordered take-out. The second time I dined in. I highly recommend that guests dine in to experience the warm hospitality, well-presented dishes, and broader range of menu items that cannot be replicated for a dining experience meant to be enjoyed at a restaurant table. I have tried the goat curry, chicken biriyani, butter chicken, dal makhani, and garlic naan. The goat curry was the best dish. The meat was tender and very flavorful, infused with rich, aromatic, and complex flavors. The curry sauce was well-balanced, with the right amount of heat and savory notes. The dish cost $16.79, but it was priced appropriately because it comes with a generous amount of meat. The food was terrific. They messed up on one of the dishes (I ordered the aloo tikka chaat but received the dal makhani); however, it was nonetheless a fun and delicious dining experience. And the service was wonderful: the servers were friendly, helpful, and very attentive. A great choice for Indian food and vegetarian dishes in Clovis. They cater and have a beautiful outdoor venue for private parties.
Wonderful! The garlic naan is AMAZING! We dined in and the staff is very helpful and kind. We tried the butter chicken and tikka chicken bowls and def recommend both. We will be back, though that bowl will be hard not to get again!
We ordered food from DoorDash to give this place a try instead of ordering from our usual Indian restaurant. My wife got the thali, which was supposed to include butter chicken and goat curry, but she didn't receive the goat curry. I ordered a butter chicken, but there were barely 5 small chicken pieces. Such a rip-off to spend $70+ and see how little their portion sizes are, and they couldn't get their orders right. Wouldn't recommend this place. Look elsewhere if you don't want to be disappointed.
Went here recently for their new lunch buffet. We arrived shortly before noon. We served ourselves items from the buffet and were served rice and naan. Everything we tried was delicious. I was wishing they had something like an appetizer when they put out samosas at about 12:30, and they were perhaps the best samosas I've ever had. What was missing from the buffet was vegetables. There were a number of vegetarian dishes...dal, paneer, channa, but very little vegetables. Other than that, everything, the food, service, atmosphere, were amazing. I hope this place succeeds. I will visit often.
After reading some reviews for Fusion Indian Cuisine on Yelp I walked over from the hotel I was staying at nearby to give them a try. When I walked in the counter where you order is off to the left along with a menu board overhead. I was greeted and took some time to review the menu. One thing that initially impressed me was how clean the interior was. The place was spotless, which is a good sign. I ordered off the vegetarian menu opting for the Amritsari chole and veggie pakora. My order was for take out so I sat comfortably for about 5-10 minutes until it was ready. They have a comfortable little sofa to sit while you wait. You can also dine in which you still order at the counter then take a number and sit at whatever table you wish and your order is brought out to you. When I got back to my room I ate what turned out to be a feast. The veggie pakora was incredibly tasty. Rich in flavor, crispy without being overdone and a large portion. The Amritsari chole was deliciously full of flavor and filling. The spices were delicious and everything was cooked well. The service was kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience and my meal and will be back.
We tried to try this place before but it was too busy. Luckily, we came back and were able to get a seat. It was bf's first time trying Indian food. We both enjoyed the food. Garlic naan so good with all the entrees we ordered. Typically, all the spices are blended fine and well. I was surprised to have tasted pieces of the spices in our tikki masala curries. That's my only complaint. Everything was good. Customer service is great, they're very nice. It did take us a bit of time before we were able to get a bag from them so we can pack our food to go. They just seem like they'll need to be more organized because they're busy. Overall, 4/5. I have some favorite Indian spots, and this spot is good, unfortunately it hasn't made my top spots. Still, give this local spot a try in Clovis to find out yourself!
Great experience and delicious food. Koman was helpful with explaining the food and how they are eaten. We got the Gol Gappe and it was such a fresh and flavorful dish that caught my interest. They are hollow balls of fried do with spiced potato pieces inside. You pour the shot of the fresh tasting juice inside and put the whole thing in your mouth for a burst of flavor! I also got the garlic naan and the goat curry. The goat was so tender and savory. I will definitely order these same dishes again.
Didn't know what to expect coming here, this place is located in a very populated area(Sierra Vista). There's a chipotle, jamba, and other food places near by. Parking close is by luck! Got the butter chicken and gol goppe at first. Gol goppe was an interesting appetizer. You pour the liquid into the puff ball and then try to eat it in one bite! A bit of a mouthful, size of a golf ball but it was a fun and interesting experience! There's some acidity in the liquid, some chickpeas and I assume beans in the puff ball. But the combination of the pair reminded me of a green salsa ceviche. Very fragrant in taste but in a good way. The butter chicken was typical tasting in my opinion. I got the medium spice, I probably could've gotten spicy. Just as a reminder this butter chicken (not combo) does not come with rice. So, we ordered rice on the side. They are generous with meat in the butter chicken, the bowl seems small but don't be deceived! What I ordered can feed two people! Garlic naan was a bit burnt on the bottom(didnt get a picture) and paired nicely with the butter chicken. Didn't really get a "garlic" taste, so if you're looking for that garlicX2 taste, you won't get that with this naan. It's very clean on the inside. The decor is nice and vibrant, i ate here around 5:30 PM, the natural lighting gave this place a nice touch. Service here was amazing. The waitress who served us was super helpful and informative. Gave us lots of recommendations and checked on my table constantly.
This place is amazing. I called ahead to see if they had the green chutney. The woman who answered was super friendly and remembered to add it to my order. The food arrived hot and beautifully presented (especially for delivery via DoorDash). The Tandoori Chicken was my favorite by far! It's the best I have had since living in Fresno. It was juicy, tender, flavorful and the presentation was beautiful. The Butter Chicken was stunning as well. The spicy level was high considering I usually go to Tikka Masala as it's usually spicier. Even though it was spicy, my boyfriend and I still thoroughly enjoyed it! The Garlic Naan and the Rice Pulao were flavorful and delicious. My boyfriend loves Indian food, but never had a Samosa ( To Go). He enjoyed it and now I have to show him some more things Indian cuisine has to offer. I wish they had Aloo Gobi. However, I will say I found my new Indian restaurant thats local to Clovis! Don't forget to ask for the green chutney!!

Second visit here and food was great as before. This time we ordered Samosa Chaat and Hakka Noodles that came as the first course. Both were a little more on the spicier side than expected. I prefer the regular samosa over samosa chaat. I was missing the crispiness of it. Hakka noodles ended up being too spicy to our niece so we ordered a second one with just the tomato base which was still delicious. Since there was only one server for all the tables and pick ups, it took awhile to get our food. We had plain Roti (1 per order), Butter Naan (4 per order), Shahi Paneer, and Paneer Tikki Masala. Again both of the dishes were flavorful and creamy and had a kick of spiciness. Unlike other Indian places I've been to they do not ask you what level of spice you would like. Roti and rice were nice but I would not order the Butter Naan again. You cannot taste the butter even though it was glossy. Their food were delicious! Hopefully they get more severs for days where it's busy. read more

First off no greeting from the workers. But when other people came in they greeted them. The girl in the photo threw our nann at our table and to realize they have the butter chicken bowl in a warmer. It's not fresh. Imagine it being in the warmer all day. Or if they don't switch it out. You can get food poisoning. I definitely won't be returning for sure!!!!!! read more

This place is pretty good and totally worth a try. I know the name sounds weird, but I honestly loved the food, the service was good, and the price was right. I'd definitely go again. I went here on a Sunday around 1 pm with some friends. We were a little confused at first, because you can either order your food from the counter or sit down and they will serve you. So it feels like it's trying to be a fast casual, but it's confused. The food was good. The butter chicken was pretty tasty, and the garlic naan was perfectly cooked. I absolutely loved the Masala fries. It was completely different than what I was thinking and I loved the flavors. The fish pakora was also pretty good, not as crispy as I would have liked, but the fish was cooked perfectly. The Hakka Noodles are new favorite. They had this wonderful pop of Indian spices but reminded me of a pad Thai. The portions are generous and everything was just wonderfully flavorful. What doesn't make sense to me is the waitress in the sitting area. We had three waitresses serving us and each one seemed a little inexperienced. I would have been perfectly happy picking up my food from the counter and refilling my own cup. To me, it just wasn't needed. All in all, this place really is tasty and just a joy to visit and eat their unique mix blend of foods. From what I tasted. I will difnijtely be back. read more
Excellent taste, quality and service! New interior. Can order to go or can sit down and they'll come take your order and serve you. We asked for recommendations which we did! Samosa chaat- two large samosas with all the sauce, chickpeas on top. Bhature choley- lunchtime only apparently. Chickpea stew, yogurt flavored with spices, pickled sides and two large fried puffed bread. Butter chicken bowl- good portion of butter chicken, rice and garlic naan. The naan was excellent! For two people, above food was more than enough even when very hungry. Service very professional and nice. Mango lassi was underwhelming- a bit thin and not enough yogurt or tartiness. Probably would not get this again. Parking can be difficult on weekends since in a busy mall. Definitely will come back though to try other dishes. read more

Very friendly service. The lady gave a recommendation on new things to try so I decided to go with the Veg 5 items with 2 tandoori roti. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, Friday afternoon around 4:30pm. The food was absolutely amazing! Everything was hot, fresh, and super flavorful with a very nice spicy kick to it. Walked in and was able to order quickly. Ordered two samosa and a rice bowl with butter chicken but unfortunately the staff came out and told me they ran out and asked if it was ok if they replaced it with chicken tikka masala and I told the lady that's fine. Food came out how and fresh. They must have thrown in the garlic naan as well for not having the butter chicken available. I thought that was a good gesture. The place was clean and the food was delicious. Will go back again since I love curry spice food. It's a must try if you like curry or Indian food in particular. read more
Absolutely delicious! Great customer service! Upon entering I was greeted by the girls in the front. They were very attentive even handing me the menu and letting me know if I needed any help, to just ask. And they were already helping other customers out too. I ended up ordering the Thali cus I couldn't decide on one dish. It came with five items... butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, Bhatura (I think it's that one, that yogurt), my choice of veggie dish which I chose amritsari chole (curried chickpeas), tandoori roti but I opted for garlic naan instead and rice. It seemed like 6 items but maybe the yogurt don't count? It also had a lil red onion in the middle of the Togo box. Food came out a reasonable time. It came out to $20 something. I couldn't wait to get home to try it. The smell was tantalizing lol.... Got home took some pics and smashed on that shit. So good!!! read more

beautiful business very inviting, tons of people on a saturday night so you know its good, service was fine with good organization and didnt seem like chaos like some places get when busy. i ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan bread and was excellent with a little bit of spice to it, thinking outside the box with this meal and this indian food was awesome. read more
1/17/24 Getting lunch! I saw this place getting lunch yesterday and knew it was up next! Lol! Plus, a hot & new restaurant! Called and the worker was kind. Happy to give recommendations! I ordered the protein bowl that's popular and asked if it could be made spicy. Told yes. Also ordered 2 samosas & the recommended & most popular garlic naan. The worker said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went go get it. Arrived and parking is a bit tough to find a spot, but luckily, they have 30 min parking spots. Got one after looking a bit.The restaurant is really nice! Yellow, gray & black colors. Many booths, and a cute couch to sit at to wait for your order. My order wasn't ready yet. I waited there. Music playing. It sounded like a mixture of Indian and pop music. Clean, safe & practiced! Received order shortly later with good day wishes and thank yous from multiple workers!Appreciated! Lunchtime! Mother came home early and I got an extra samosa & garlic naan half for her to have and enjoy too! The protein bowl was Really DELICIOUS! Wow! Chicken was spicy and the whole bowl was really flavorful! Garlic naan 1/2 was fresh & Great too! Samosa was really tasty & Great! Fantastic side sauces also! Good amount! Still have 1/4 garlic naan & the other half of the protein bowl left. Another meal! Mother said what I got to share was Great & Delicious too! Great service & Really Great & DELICIOUS lunch! A new fusion Indian restaurant next to the Chipotle near Sierra Vista. They have quick to go plates if you are in a hurry. The chicken tikka masala was more of a brown yellowish sauce, not the more orange sauce I prefer. Lunch portion included bread and rice for 12.99. The rice was good. Couldn't taste the garlic on the "garlic" naan. Didn't like the wrapper on the samosas. All in all just okay. read more
Wow! This was so good! Just walking in, the place is clean and bright. It has a very cute modern look and I enjoyed it. The employees are really friendly and helpful at explaining anything you don't understand. They are always coming over and checking on you and the food came out very quickly. The food was hot, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. The garlic naan was the best I've ever had. I can't wait to visit again when I'm in Clovis. What a hidden gem! read more

Good quality fast Indian food! I love the pain puri bar that they have. The pani puri is sooo so so good! I never had anything like it before! During my First visit there I didn't know what to order so they rang me up for something and served me the smashed up dressed up samosas dish. It was sosososososo good! I also enjoyed the butter chicken with rice and garlic naan Inside is really bright and inviting. read more

I found this place on Yelp and the butter chicken looked really good from the photo. I came in and got it and I was not disappointed. This was only my second time eating Indian food in my life and I'm thankful that I came here and tried out the food. The chicken was cooked perfectly and I loved the buttery flavor mixed with spices. The restaurant was very nice and clean and the people that worked here were also very nice and attentive. I came in when it was slow and the meal came out to be $22. It would have been a little cheaper if I got the chicken by itself, but the server recommended rice with it and I'm glad he did. The rice accompanied the chicken nicely! (I also liked how they gave me this water vase to refill my cup) read more
