I bookmarked this restaurant and it was even recommend to us, but food was pretty disappointing haha Both our pasta dishes -- Scampi Pasta and Shrimp + Garlic Butter with Garlic Noodles were so salty that it was difficult to finish, Garlic fries were good though but a little too fried for my liking Maybe we ordered the wrong items?

Location: Heirloom Date; May 8th, 2026 Service: Mobile Order Pickup On a Friday I decided to treat my family through some heirloom which everyone loves and everyone to enjoys. What they do not enjoy is that the fact heirloom does not accept reservations but they do accept mobile pickup orders you should definitely look into that if you do not have an hour or so to wait in the line especially in this heat Don't do it to yourself. I ordered the shrimp pesto pasta meal and the shrimp teppanki for my mom. We absolutely love heirlooms food and friendly environment. If you have the time definitely check them out Wait in the line to be seated and to dive into some great foods.

Heirloom is always a go to in my opinion if you're looking for something for everyone. The food is great quality, the inside is always clean, the staff is helpful! My favorite dishes to order are their hipster Cesar & the surf and turf.

Wow oh wow this place is hands down one of the best places to eat in Fresno. I really wish they had a location in Sacramento because I would easily be their number one customer. The food is just that good. Their boneless fried chicken with fried rice is so stinking good. And don't even get me started on the surf and turf or their yogurt cups. I also love their artichokes and I'm so happy they're in season again. What really stands out though is the service. Even when the line is out the door, the workers are quick, organized, and get people seated and served fast. On top of that, they're genuinely kind. The hospitality here is everything. The food has never missed for me, and if anything ever isn't right, they are super accommodating with fixing it or making it right. That kind of consistency and care is rare. This is honestly my favorite restaurant in Fresno. I just wish more people could experience it and that they had more locations because I would be there all the time.

At Heirloom you'll find good quality fresh food served quickly. Staff is usually kind and welcoming. The decor is modern with an open air concept with patio dinning also available. The line can be long, however they do have a take out ordering system available for those who wish to not wait. Overall this is a great casual place with innovative food, I'm sure anyone can find something they like here. As for what i ordered Garlic fries- i do wish i got regular fries instead these were too garlicky in my opinion Hipster Caesar salad with chicken- one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had. Chicken is juicy with perfect amount of seasoning that blend well with the salad

Still the best per usual. The line goes by quick and is worth the wait. Food is cooked perfectly and flavorful.

Cool and very popular restaurant near Trader Joe's in Fresno. Food is good and staff are friendly and helpful. The place is always packed which is great for them but if you're like me and don't care for overly busy places, this may not be the place for you. Overall a good experience and would gladly go again, just during the less busy hours. Another visit to Heirloom and, as always, the food hit the mark. I stuck with my usual favorites. I ordered the garlic shrimp, bacon fried rice, and the rigatoni and they were just as satisfying as ever. Those dishes never disappoint. I paired lunch with a spritz and a glass of wine, which made for the perfect mid-day treat. The staff is consistently warm and friendly, which keeps the whole experience feeling relaxed and welcoming. I'll definitely be back again.

This place is amazing. They have so many dishes. They also have vegan and gluten free dishes. The ambiance is so welcoming and fresh. We had to wait in a line, but it went really fast. At this restaurant you order first at a counter and wait to be seated. They have indoor and outdoor seats. We sat out on the patio. Once we were seated we had tempura shrimp, a garlic shrimp plate, loom bread with baked Brie and a salt bae frozen yogurt. Everything is made fresh and it tasted amazing. Good pricing also.

Skip the line, head to the bar. The price point and quality of the food is great. They are so consistent and clean! The food is genuinely fresh and you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Guilt-free eating out. If you see a line, wait it out. I promise you they move fast EVERY TIME! The hype is unfortunately real when it comes to this place.

This might be extreme, but I don't care how long you have to wait. You must try this place! The food is always good and consistent. The lines are very long because the food is good and consistent. My favorite will always be their ribeye, surf and turf, keto salad, and cashew chicken salad, and cashew cauliflower. The service is very nice and you order at the cashier in front and they will see you based on your preference and party size. The ambience is very lively because the kitchen is out for everyone to see, which is a cool vibe. They also serve alcohol and dessert on demand after you're finished with your meal you can just tell them you ordered an ice cream.

Heirloom is easily one of the best dining experiences in Fresno and honestly, it's something Fresno does better than the Bay Area. The no-reservations concept works flawlessly. The line moves fast, you preview the menu while waiting, and ordering at the counter lets you watch the open kitchen in action. Trendy space, great bar, and everything is clean and well run. The food is outstanding. The surf and turf was rich and packed with umami, and the Santa Maria burger more than made up for the much talked about Aloha burger I never got to try. Garlic fries were nearly as good as the Gilroy Garlic Fries from The Yard at the SF Giants' stadium. Friendly, attentive staff sealed the deal. Please bring Heirloom to the Bay Area.

Been a bit since I have updated the review. The past few times, we have discovered the bar. No real wait and you feel like service is better. We typically split our usual: Roasted Chicken, bacon fried rice, and baby wedge salad. Additionally, got the mushroom taquitos. I will point out the a year or so ago, I would have never ordered anything mushroom forward (A pizza in VA changed all that). I went into this knowing my usual was going to be great, so the shock was the taquitos. Perfectly balanced With the poblanos and havarti! Miss for me today was the Black Walnut Old Fashioned. Was not a harmonious drink. Love this place and will definitely be back.

A recent visit here had us waiting a long time for our mains. From ordering to being placed on the table, it took 30-minutes... my wife and I both ordered salads. Our drinks and appetizer came out quickly. We ordered the pistachio crusted calamari which is amazing and is a must order. It comes with their house aioli sauce which is delicious! I ordered the entree sesame shrimp salad and added tri-tip steak. This salad was huge and filled with chopped cabbage, sesame shrimp, cilantro, ginger marinated shrimp, crispy wontons, carrots, peanuts, and miso sesame dressing. Crunchy, filling, and full of flavor, this salad definitely eats like a full meal. To be honest, I didn't need the extra steak, but it was cooked perfectly. My wife's bistro salad was very lackluster; basically just a small side salad. But for $15 we figured she's at least get something a little more substantial. No sweet potatoes, no dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. It was literally just lettuce and cheese, see the added pics. She did order a side of steak as well. Pismo's is great spot and they make a mean martini, but they do need a little help with their timing.
