    Parmesan Crusted Sole
    Kevin L.

First time I had been here in years. This was a mix of ok and great food. The artichoke spinach dip and steak hamburger was ok. Could have had more flavor. Remembering the sand dabs I had last time, I went with the sole and it was out of this world. Our server was nice enough to tell us we could interchange sides so I got bacon fried rice, which was outstanding. The only blah part on the dish was the spinach as it had no flavor. The craft cocktails were excellent and the bread pudding that uses croissants was awesome. Definitely a top 10 fine dining in Fresno.

If you wondering who got engaged there on a weds it was ME!! Haha We came here for dinner and to my surprise I had a surprise waiting for me. Thank you the limit lite for pulling this all together. I was really happy excited and a little confused to what was happening. But nonetheless overjoyed and grateful. Thank you so much! I won't ever forget this night. -- Dinner was amazing! The streak was cooked to perfection and my chicken was tender and flavorful.. mash was amazing as well.. surf and turf appetizer was delicious. Everything we had here exceeded all my expectations! 100/10 we will definitely be back!

Came here for my birthday dinner date! everything was so perfect the staff was so kinda and sat us in a beautiful booth, the ambiance feels so romantic and luxe with the low warm lighting! The atmosphere and delicious drinks set the tone for the rest of the evening. Dinner was so delicious, prime rib and scallops both cooked perfectly and tender! Would absolutely come back again!

Overall pretty great experience. Food was good, but I wasn't a huge fan on the drinks. Service was good but they don't answer the phone when you try to call, I called every day for 3 days straight to try and change my reservation and never got through to someone. Overall ambiance was good. Was very busy

Went to LimeLite for the first time to celebrate our son's birthday and it was amazing. very nice, comfortabl, quiet ambience. The service was great and the host was very welcoming. They didn't have reservations available but after about a 20 minute wait they were very accomodating and found us a table for four. Our server (forgot her name) was very sweet, knowledgeable and helped us make some great choices from their menu. IT IS PRICEY BUT WORTH IT. I will definitely be back on a special night.

So delicious and the customer service could not be matched! A little Pricey but definitely worth it! Lobster Mac and cheese, filet and cod were so good. We also had the lemon drop, old fashion, and the strawberry hibiscus margarita, all super tasty

We just had a 50th birthday party for my wife here , and I want to say " Thank you ' to the amazing staff at The Lime Lite. First, they allowed us to show up before they opened and set up the room that we had reserved for 12 people. The Fig room was beautiful with music playing , and a private entrance. This venue was perfect for what we were looking for. However, what I enjoyed most was that our server Esmeralda was attentive , but not intrusive. She made sure our drinks were topped off ,and that everyone had food at all times. My family never felt rushed to order ,or felt hurried to eat. We had a nice family style dinner, and enjoyed every minute of it. Now , let me tell you about the food! Wow! For appetizers, we chose the surf and turf , calamari, and butternut squash raviolis. In my opinion, the surf and turf is something that I would go back for every day of the week. The steak was so tender and the sweet and spicy sauce was heavenly. There were thin slices of Fresno chile peppers throughout that made this dish pop. I highly recommend this as a must try! For entrees, my wife ordered the filet mignon which came with mashed potatoes and broccolini. Perfectly cooked, this steak was melt in your mouth good ,and the broccolini was flavored with garlic and parmesan. I chose the halibut which came with a roasted potato and broccolini hash. While the flavor was good, it didn't look that appealing. All of our guests loved the food, and had a great time! This was truly a memorable experience for us. The reviews on this place are well deserved, and I can't wait to come back to what I would call one of the best restaurants that I have ever tried. I was pleasantly surprised because from the outside, you would never know how good this place is. There really is no curb appeal here. The building looks old ,and there is no proper signage anywhere. It's almost like if you know - you know! Thank you again - you made our day so special!

dined here for a business dinner where I was able to choose a 3 course meal and was delighted. I got the wedge salad, which tasted fresh and hearty. I love blue cheese and blue cheese dressing so it was great, but I can see it being too much blue cheese gratings for the average person. I opted for the filet and was happy w the flavor and quality, my meat was cooked perfect medium rare, mashed potatoes were garlicky, flavorful, and smooth. Broccolini was cooked perfectly. For dessert, I got the Bread pudding which was decadent and just enough sweetness and it was wrapped in a croissant style bread which was a nice elevated touch Overall food taste and quality is exceptional. Pricing can be considered pretty high though so be sure to come ready to spend. This location Id say is good for a nice dinner/date/special occasion, but it would be pretty difficult to make this place a frequented restaurant. Service was quick and the staff were attentive and respectful. Food came out in a timely fashion and didn't have to wait long at all for water refills or table dish cleanup

Fillet steak topped with a breaded crab pastry, with side of mashed potatoes and broccolini
    Nicole L.

Tried this place for the first time when I came for a presentation so my dinner was paid for it. The fillet was a small portion but filling. The crab pastry on top of it was good. The wedge salad had a sufficient amount of blue cheese dressing, which made a delicious along with all of the fixings. The honey breaded cauliflower was unexpectedly delicious. The steak bites were good as were the bread at pieces on top of it, which we think might have been calamari or some type of fish. Service was efficient for a large packed room. Nice calm ambience for a presentation.

Easy 5 stars! My husband just got his PhD and we wanted to celebrate. We showed up without a reservation, because it was a last minute plan. Being new to the area we just found the restaurant via yelp and hoped for the best. We ended up being greeted by someone who seemed like the owner or manager, who got us a booth outside on the patio. The entire service team was incredibly nice and accommodating and welcoming. I have a dairy allergy and they didn't even blink an eye in helping me with how to order and making alterations so I could still eat the delicious food. The atmosphere was perfect for such a special occasion and the food was unreal. My husband loved the experience and it made him feel very celebrated. They even gave him a dessert on the house as a congratulations. We absolutely will be back and are glad to know about a Fresno treasure.

Does the lime lite have pizza or chicken fingers? I see the fried chicken and burger on the menu but am looking for specific items. Thank you

I have had the burger and it was fabulous! I definitely recommend it it was well worth it .. I have not had any chicken fingers at lime little

What time is Happy Hour? Is it still the 3-6?

Hi, Our happy hour is from 11:30-2:00 on Saturdays only, we close the restaurant at 4:00 and open back up for dinner service at 5:00. Closed on Sunday

    Do they take walk ins?

Yes but they will sit you on their patio. It is better to get a reservation inside.

    Do you need reservations?

Both times I've been I've needed one, most recently that was early December so unless it's changed, yes.

Does this place serve bone marrow?

OMG! Really?? I'm not aware of them serving bone marrow, however, why don't you check their menu or perhaps call them if you really want to know.

When is happy hour? I couldn't seem to find it online or menu photos.

    3-6pm i believe

We were really looking forward to coming here after being new to the area and stumbling upon it because our groomer is across the street - but please, beware. The menu is confusing and lacks identity - Latin/italian/american? Just pick one and do it well as opposed to trying to do it all. The ambiance is adorable with special handmade- steel art all over the walls but the food just sucks. Von's sourdough baguette? Really? Like guests wouldn't notice? The amuse-bouche is basically a stale crostini with flavorless cream cheese on top and they call it a "mousse". Crispy Brussel spouts were greasy and too aldente and lacked salt - the calamari was flavorful but soggy - maybe they need to change the oil - the kale salad was a Taylor farms Costco Caesar with like 2 pieces of chopped kale and un-toasted pine nuts sloppily thrown on top. Do better and you will be more profitable.

Good for a date, good for a group, good for just treating yourself on a random weekday. The bar area is great too and the cocktails are solid. Service has been consistently good every time. Attentive but not in your face about it. Prices are reasonable for the quality, especially for a restaurant this polished. Its on Fresno street which is easy to get to. The line went fast, and everyone there was so friendly. The place looks really nice inside and has a cute outdoor seating area. Due to the summer heat, we ate inside but noticed they had little fans on the outdoor tables to keep the bugs away which is much appreciated. The flavor of the food was delicious! The surf and turf was not only good but it was gorgeous!! I am obsessed with the flavor on the shrimp. The only complaint we have is half of our food was cold. The surf and turf and the tri tip was cold, but the chicken was steaming hot and the carbonara was nice and warm. The flavor and cook in the tri tip was good. The carbonara was really good, and the chicken was super tender and had a nice flavor. I can't believe it was only $6 to add on 2 chicken breasts to the pasta. The salmon burger was also good, it was just a little messy to eat. The patty broke into a few pieces that would slide out which made the avocado slide out much easier. The fries were also good. Something that really stood out to us was the size of the portions. You definitely get a bang for your buck here. I would love to return and try one of their salads. They looked phenomenal!

And even though it all tasted great, my food was cold, as if it had been sitting for a while. We were told a couple of large to-go orders came in that disrupted the timing of our food, but in reality, it seems like our order got lost in the mix. It finally came 70 minutes after we arrived, and I was surprised that when my partner asked for a refill of their tea (which they naturally finished well before our food came), they charged them for a second drink and didn't even offer to comp the refill for the long delay. I don't expect freebies when I go out, but it just seemed like we were more of an inconvenience to them than anything. It's unfortunate because their food is always great and I want to see them continue to succeed, especially during this difficult time with road construction outside.
