Came here with my family, they sat us down within 10 minutes which was great for it being a Sunday. The food and waitress was fantastic. I got the lobster garlic noodles with a Paloma and their buffalo wings is a must. I really enjoyed coming here.

The food & the service were mediocre. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We did lunch and it wasn't too bad or busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The weather was nice so we sat outside on their patio.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Yard House was a great spot for us last night. The service at the bar was great, all three bartenders were attentive, friendly, and made sure our glasses were never empty. The only disappointing part was finding out they no longer offer late night happy hour appetizers. It's time they bring that back!! That was always such a fun perk. Thankfully, they still serve food late. The poke nachos are still by far my favorite thing on the menu and definitely worth ordering every time.

Ordered CBD's & "blue dolphins" with nachos with polo. Happy hour after 10PM needs to be clarified for the late night crowd. Keep it simplistic as the other "Happy Hour" menu for Monday thru Friday 3PM-6PM!! Share later about CBD refresher (hint is splash of ?)

Haven't been to Yard House in years, possibly even a decade. Went out with the girls and the Jambalaya was calling my name. Service was great and super fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a little dark for me but I understand it mixed with the ambiance of the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered the queso dip for the appetizer and it was your average Joe, nothing special. Entree came out fast and loved it. The Jambalaya with linguine had the perfect amount of seasoning. The noodle to meat ratio was great. I would definitely come back just for this.

Came here for happy hour with the family and highly recommend stopping by during this time. They have some great happy hour deals, but it does get busy--we came around 4 PM and were seated easily, but by 5 PM there was already a line out the door. Happy hour includes half off select appetizers and pizzas, plus $2 off beers and cocktails. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken nachos. For drinks, I got the Grey Goose strawberry mule, which was delicious but very sweet. After about 5-10 minutes once the ice melted and diluted it a bit, it was perfect. Unfortunately, the buffalo chicken pizza was a miss. The chicken was very dry and overcooked, and we didn't even finish half a slice. On the other hand, the chicken nachos were excellent--huge portion size and very tasty. Between the three of us, we demolished the entire plate. Shoutout to our server, who was friendly and attentive and kindly comped the pizza since we barely touched it. Drinks were good, nachos were great, prices were reasonable, and service was on point. Aside from the pizza disappointment, it was a really solid experience overall.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Always great food, great ambiance and always great service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Today we stopped by for lunch & shared the chicken nachos, bbq bacon cheddar burger & jambalaya w/linguine noodles. And of course, we'll be back

In summary, food quality average, service was less than average.. Long story: Server or kitchen forgot to put my order in for a 20oz bone in steak. Place was slow. Server was no where to be found. We came in after work to celebrate my coworkers birthday. Told the staff. He didn't get his free dessert that I asked for when he went to the restroom. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes when we were trying to leave and had paid for my steak dinner that was never put in & just asked for it to go... Will not be coming back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place was clean and staff was polite[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

My wife and I stopped in for lunch after getting a massage across the street. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door and seated in less then a minute. The hostess was friendly and cute, and our server was very friendly and on it. Glasses never went empty, food came out hot and quick, and he was happy to bring me a couple extras I asked for. Everything was clean. Menus clean, table clean, floors looked good. It's a lively place with people laughing and having a good time. I'm not usually big on trendy spots and Yard House feels a little trendy, but it's one that I actually like. I ordered the spicy tuna stack. Fresh ahi, avocado, edamame, seaweed, all balanced out with the sauce around the plate. Fish was cold and fresh, avocado just right, no mush. My wife got the poke nachos. Crispy wonton chips with ahi, avocado, green onions, nori strips and creamy sauce. Nothing soggy. It was a good plate. Bottom line, Yard House Fresno did not disappoint. Great service, clean environment, and fresh food. One of those places I'll keep coming back Poke is pronounced poh-kay (like you're saying "OK" but with a P at the front).

The biggest variety of food you'll find in Fresno that's for sure! Genres of food for the whole family but don't get me wrong these aren't family prices! Good date night atmosphere but always pretty packed, although that doesn't mean it will be a long wait for the food because the kitchen is always speedy! Found out they serve dark horse so I'll be coming back for that now! Miguel's queso dip is my all time fav! Beware- it's in the middle of river park so parking IS river park parking and can get very frustrating on fridays and weekends!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]If I'm being honest I don't like coming here because it just gets RIDICULOUSLY packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had a party of two and were seated almost immediately. Our waitress was very attentive and super nice! We only had apps and a few drinks so it was a short time but honestly I have no complaints.

My favorite spot for happy hour. They do get really busy so plan accordingly. Sometimes the waits can be long. My last visit I went with my boys and we had the best server. She was friendly and very attentive. Our food came out within 15 minutes. We ordered pizza, chicken tenders, fries and boneless wings. Their pizza looked a little extra crispy that day but my son said it was delicious. Their wings and tender were cooked perfectly. All of this was on happy hour and I spent less then 30 bucks which is a steal in my eyes. They also have plenty of beers and other drinks on happy hour. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu because everything is delicious.

    John W.

It's been a minute since we visited. Yooo YH hasn't missed a beat. If anything just come for the beer menu alone. Couple that with great food & service U get a great experience dining out! 5 starz well deserved.

I'm a big fan of their grilled artichokes and ordered them as a appetizer. They are always cooked perfectly and have a nice dipping sauce. My other favorite item is the ancho crusted tritip... today I ordered the tritip plate with a wedge salad side with my favorite drink... the strawberry cucumber limeade

Their dishes have their own unique twist, and while they may not always follow the traditional recipe, everything is incredibly flavorful and statisfying. The flavors are simple, approachable, and easy to enjoy. Making it a spot that almost everyone would love. They mainly focus on the new American table. A little fusion of some other ethnicity food here. They mainly focus on their limited menu and always wing it everytime. The consistency is always on point. I love their fresh farm to table ingredients. Their plate is super affordable and beautiful. AMBIANCE :: This place is always pack. The line are always long but it does move up pretty quick too. Indoor is always pack and stuff. They do have a large patio too. I wouldn't really recommend sitting out in the patio during the hottest time of the day but it's not that bad too. They do have mist and coolers outside. Artificial leaves covering up the place cools it down a lot too. The PROS for dinning in the patio is the fresh air. SERVICE : Is great. With the high volume of guest and crowed it is. They are so patient and friendly. RATE : 5/5 PLATES :: If you're undecided and wanted a little bit of everything. I recommend choosing a plate. You get a little bit of everything. Ill say everything taste generic but so good too. WOOD GRILLED PROTEIN : SHRIMP W/ GARLIC BUTTER : Their garlic butter shrimp is so buttery. It's slightly seasoned and salted. RATE : 5/5 WOOD GRILLED PROTEIN : SALMON W/ TZATZIKI SAUCE : I love their soft salmon with a lightly crispy crust. Llightly seasoned. It's not fishy and gamey at all. I love their tzatziki sauce and it paired so well with the lemon juice too. RATE : 5/5 WOOD GRILLED PROTEIN : ANCHO CRUSTED PRIME TRI TIP : Nicely seasoned and salted. It's always come out medium rare, tender and juicy. RATE : 5/5 NOTE :If you like medium rare pieces of beef. Go for their tri tip. If you wanted more cook go for their ribeye. The cons about their ribeye is that they are not consistent. You can ask to be remade but it does take them awhile to cook it too. SIDES : TEPPANYAKI FRIED RICE W/ BACON : I love their bacon teppanyaki rice. It's probably a must have everytime you go there. I love their sweet sauce on top of the rice. It's a kids favorite choice too. The sodium level is perfect. Usually bacon would overly salted it but this fried rice is perfect. RATE : 5/5 SIDES : RIGATONI W/ SAUSAGE, PECORINO : Straight up generic boiled pasta with sour tomato sauce and sausage. It's so simple but its ok. I'll say this could be kids top 2nd favorite side dish. RATE : 4/5 FOUNTAIN DRINKS :: I love their unique fountain drinks. It's mainly focus on Mexican fountain drinks. OVERALL :: Sometimes the best food isnt about being authentic. It's about being delicious, the art, and this restaurant definetly delivers. I can already see myself coming back for more!

When making the reservation, i made a note that it was our anniversary! When we arrived and checked in, the hostess acknowledged our anniversary, as did our server! Very hospitable that they acknowledged it, as some other places don't. The food has been great both times and the portions are generous! Some high end places get a little skimpy, especially with the sides. Not here! This time around, I ordered the Prime Rib, got the whipped potatoes and substituted the Brussels sprouts. Both were generous portions. Also love the added touch that they'll give you fresh horseradish to go along with the horseradish cream for a little extra kick. My wife had the Ribeye, which we've both ordered before, and it's delicious. She ordered the cashew green beans, but they were very saucy and some were burnt. When brought up to the server, she said she would have the kitchen make her a fresh ordered without hesitation. Within a few minutes, a nice sized portion of fresh Cashew Green Beans arrived! The Wedge Salad is also delicious and generously portioned. It could actually be a meal for someone, if so inclined. The atmosphere is also very welcoming and private. We've sat inside and on the patio, and actually preferred the patio seating! I can't say enough about the hospitality of the staff though. There's a gentleman who is either the lead host or a manager, that's been there both times. LOL. We started with the SURF & TURF appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious. The moment I tasted the ponzu sauce, I already knew I had a plan because I had spotted Bacon Fried Rice on the menu. I immediately thought: "That ponzu sauce over bacon fried rice would be incredible." We also ordered the CALAMARI STRIPS with chipotle aioli, and they were amazing. Crispy, flavorful, and the aioli took them to another level. Next, I ordered the house salad with champagne vinaigrette, and let me tell you something right now: I plan to stop by once a week just to buy that vinaigrette. It is THAT good. Then everyone's meals arrived, and I noticed my master plan was working perfectly because there were two pieces of steak and shrimp ponzu left over. So naturally, I ordered the bacon fried rice. When it came out, everyone at the table started laughing because they knew EXACTLY what I was about to do. I combined the steak and shrimp with the bacon fried rice and poured every last drop of ponzu sauce over the top. DELICIOUS!!!! At this point, everyone started slowing down, which in my family means: "Send all leftovers to Sebastian." LOL. The Miso Glazed Black Cod was the best cod I have ever tasted. Then came the LL Prime Rib, it was so tender I could cut it with my fork. Bold, smoky flavor throughout. I'm sorry, but I have to say it... it was even better than the prime rib at Richard's in Fresno. And finally... the Bread Pudding. WHOEVER thought of using baklava to make bread pudding is a genius. I've had plenty of bread pudding, but NOTHING compares to this dessert. The flavor simply cannot be matched. Honestly, it's even better than Cracked Pepper's. Yes, I said it!!! Last but definitely not least, I have to give a shout out to the best server in town: Siena. Nothing elevates a dining experience more than exceptional service; Siena not only provided amazing service, but her warm smile and genuine concern for our dining experience made our Mother's Day dinner absolutely perfect. The Annex checked every single box. First, let's talk about Sammie. If every restaurant had a Sammie, Yelp would probably have fewer 3-star reviews. She welcomed us like we were regulars, knew the menu inside and out, and steered us toward the Tagliatelle with the confidence of someone who knew we'd be thanking her later. She wasn't pushy, rehearsed, or robotic, just genuinely excited about the food. Those kinds of servers are rare. Honestly, Sammie is the fifth star on this review. Now the food. The Tagliatelle absolutely lived up to the hype. Rich without being heavy, flavorful without trying too hard, and balanced in a way that's surprisingly hard to pull off. Every ingredient had a purpose. After one bite, we completely understood why Sammie recommended it. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly. Great crust, tender inside, packed with flavor... and somehow the potatoes nearly stole the show. I know, they're potatoes. But whatever magic happened in that kitchen deserves some recognition because they were ridiculously crispy, perfectly seasoned, and impossible to stop eating. The burrata with stone fruit was another standout. Creamy burrata, sweet fruit, salty prosciutto, fresh mint, and toasted bread all came together into one of those bites that makes everyone at the table suddenly stop talking for a second. And then there was the mixed mushroom pizza. Some of the best mushrooms I've had outside of a music festival... kidding. Mostly. Seriously though, the mushrooms were incredible, and the pizza had that perfect balance of earthy, cheesy, crispy, and chewy that keeps you reaching for "just one more slice" until the plate is mysteriously empty. By the end of dinner we were completely full... and I was still looking at the menu trying to justify ordering something else. That's usually the biggest compliment I can give a restaurant. We'll absolutely be back. For the food, for the atmosphere, and hopefully for another table in Sammie's section. Whoever hired her made a great decision. Whoever decides raises should probably have a conversation with her too.
