A little bit of everything topping chow mein and a side of rice.

Surprisingly, we dined here twice last week. Party of 6 on Sunday, and our party of 13 the following Saturday. Since had not dined the stir fry in a while, I decided to make and request a plate on my 3rd or 4th trip to the buffet. Reminding myself, from this day on, partake the stir fry station every visit. Our servers on both visits were good about keeping our drinks refilled. We will gladly return.

My favorite part about this place is the service. They are very kind and helpful. The waiting was not too bad, went on a Friday night. They have a variety of sushi, noodles, seafood, chicken, pork, dessert, and soups.

Been here plenty of times. Place looks crowded but they do have plenty of seating outside. Service is always attentive when it comes to refills and cleaning off the tables for each round of food. They could use another restroom though. Front restroom is tight and small, feels like you're stuffed in a small room with no ventilation. They have a private restroom towards the back but it's just one stall and the line gets long. I like that they offer hot pot, a bar and endless boba of course for an extra fee. They do have deals on certain days and times of the week which is good. I think this buffet is one of the better ones here in Fresno. They always have everything ready to eat and freshly made. I like coming here for the seafood and you gotta bring your own sauce aka crack sauce to eat with it. Come to realize they have a whole sauce station now because of the hot pot so if I didn't have my own sauce I would be able to make the exactly same thing there! They have a wide variety of dishes, although it can be a hit or miss. The noodle/ habachi station is usually good but people can mistakingly not know how to order still. The man that usually works behind the counter doesn't communicate just gives you a blank stare and points. Kinda discouraging. Overall I still enjoy coming here when my back is feeling extra big lol

Round one. Pork ribs, fried shrimp, orange chicken, peel and eat shrimp and butter potatoes.

Best place for a Chinese food fix WITHOUT having leftovers for days! LOL. Lots of food choices. Good service on every visit. Big restaurant with lots of seating. Weekends are busiest. Watch out for people walking aimlessly about with plates loaded with food.

This is the only buffet thus far that I actually like coming to. I love that I can create my own fresh noodles with veggies and meat. It has a sushi bar for those that enjoy sushi. It can get pretty full during the weekends so be ready to wait, especially on a holiday.

Had a great time celebrating my bf's dad's bday here! There was such a great variety of asian foods. i especially liked the mongolian chicken. The fam enjoyed the sushi and seafood options too. What was funny was we didn't realize they had ice cream. We were looking for the typical ice cream machine all over and it wasn't until on our way out, close to the entrance, that we saw the ice cream chest with individually packed ice cream and popsicles!!!!! lol. There's even a sign that says "Yes! We have ice cream" hahaha. So i'm sure we weren't the only ones confused. Also I wanted to shout out Josephine who brought out a little cake for our celebrant even though we were on the way out. She's so sweet and that really put the cherry on top of our visit! :)

Left (Tom Yum) / Right (Spicy Mala Pork Medium Spice) Hot Pot

Hands down to Lin's Fusion for being the best buffet in Fresno. Everytime I come here, they never disappoint me. Today, I came here to try their new Hot Pot selections and Boba Drinks. Sadly, they don't have Boba Drinks today; I don't know what was their reason for not having it. HOT POT :: You get to pick 2 base. SPICY MALA PORK (M SPICE) : Our server recommend us these two flavors. Boy their buffet was phenomenal already and this base is not bad. It's pretty awesome. Very flavorful, herby and light spice. You don't need a lot of additives or condiments. It's already perfect. RATE : 5/5 TOM YUM : The Tom Yum is whatever to me. It's not my favorite... It's ok... But, more on the sourness side. Be aware, the sourness is pretty potent; which will wake up every of your taste buds. RATE : 3/5 BUFFET :: They never disappoint their flavoring on all of their dishes. There's no dishes here that does not taste good. They always refilling low dishes. So some food might have sit a little bit longer than usual. RATE : 5/5 PROS : Supper flavorful food. All dishes are bomb. CONS : Small selections. BARS :: HOT POT : Condiments (fish sauce, siracha, chili sauce, seaseme bean oil paste, chili oil, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cilantro, green onions, etc.), veggies (bean sprout, bok choy, mushroom, etc.), noodles (ramen, etc.), and little sides of meat selection for the hot pot (shrimp, fried tofu, quil eggs, squid, chinese bread, etc.). FRUIT : Fresh fruits ( orange, grapes, etc.), canned fruits(peach), korean marrinated seaweed, kimichi, jello, chocolate/vanilla pudding, etc. SUSHI : variety of sushi here. Most of them are the same fillings but just places/design differently. So when you eat it, it taste the same. Some have unagi sauce on it. Eel, mango with rice. Etc. DESSERTS : Varieties of cookies and cakes. FRESH SOUP/NOODLE : There's a bar where you can make something fresh here. First you have to grab your cold stuff first. Choice of noodles, meat and veggies. You hand it to them and it's either stir fry noodles or soup base noodle. There are a few different type of soup base. I usually like the beef broth base. It reminds me of Pho! It's not the best but it's actually pretty good. MEAT : duck and sausage. (This morning @ 11am) besides the chopping board, there's a pizza box to keep the pizza hot. DUMPLINGS/BREAD/POSTICKER/SIDE SOUPS : Lastly, don't forget this area. It's a but hidden to the side. Not a lot of people go here. But they do have asians buns, pot stickers, dumplings, sweet and sour soup etc. SERVER : Did a great job today. She's very attentive and help us manage our hot pot while we were not paying attention/eating. She got us in and out quick. LUNCH MENU : There's not a lot of dishes difference comparing to dinner time. $18.95 per person is a steal. Dinner rate is at $26.95. We also had hot pot on top of our tab; $7.95 per person. INTERRIOR :: Nicely renovated to classy high gloss tiles on walls. They did great on interrior designing. It's a buffet but it feels so classy inside. Even the bathrooms are really nice! OVERALL :: Once again, they never dissapoint on making those dishes! Hands down! Lin's is the best buffet in Fresno! I'll say their hot pot is actually the best hot pot base in town. If I were to compare with other locations, Lin's hot pot is more flavorful than anywhere else. The only down side about Lin's dishes selection and location is small. But, I still rather have them focusing on making us quality food rather than quantity. Thanks Lin's!

Don't get me wrong it isn't completely like an abuelita was in the kitchen making it, however it was edible. It had a clean smell and not a barnyard smell. You can pick between 1 and 4 different broths per pot. Each table has one cooking stove top, with the larger tables having two. The broths range from vegetarian to mild, to spicy to meat based. Everything is a la carte with the exception of some premade combinations bundling a variety of like items. There's various meat and veggie combos as well as a seafood combo. I always order the veggie combo which comes with a lot that's easily shareable between 4 people. It comes with various greens, mushrooms, cabbage, corn on the cob, cauliflower, and carrots. I don't eat red meat so I stick to their sliced chicken breast or the shrimp balls. My other favorite is the bean curd sticks which is a good meatless protein option. As for broths my two favorite are the Chinese Healthy Herb and the kimchi. I also like their salted crispy chicken appetizer (popcorn chicken). Steamed rice is also a must for me. They have a dipping sauce bar where you can make your own dipping sauce to accompany your hot pot. With the exception of the broth adding flavor, the meats and all the ingredients you add to your hot pot are unseasoned. It includes everything from soy sauce and fish sauce to garlic, fresh chilis, vinegar, and crushed peanuts. Whether you like to keep it simple, mild, or spicy there's a sauce you can create. The ambiance is pretty nice. It used to be a Chinese restaurant years ago and they did keep some of the things the same. They have 3 different TVs inside. The two larger ones on the walls each play a different Kdrama and the one above the register plays Kpop music videos. They do have one larger table that I think accommodates somewhere between 10-12 people (don't quote me on that) and another that can fit 6 or 7 people. Majority of the tables sit 4 and a couple sit 2. Depending what day and time you go, it can get pretty busy and you might have to wait a while. The staff is always friendly and helpful. At the end of the meal they give you orange slices and hard guava candy. Their orange slices are always so good too and a good palette cleanser at the end.

I also had Orange Dreamcicle cocktail that tasted like a 50/50 bar and no it wasn't too sweet nor too strong it was just right.

I'm coming back to update my 1-star review after about a year. To be honest, I only gave this place…read moreanother shot because I had a gift card, but I have to say... it was a lot better this time around! I went during peak hours on a busy day, and seeing the place packed actually made me feel a bit more secure. I figured with that many customers, the kitchen and salad bar would naturally stay fresher since the food is constantly being cycled out. While I still think any establishment should keep things up to par regardless of how slow it is, the difference in freshness this time was really noticeable compared to my first visit when it was dead. The service was great, which is a big win for me because even in my last review, I mentioned the service was the one thing they got right. I'm really glad to see that's still super consistent here. As for the food, they had a lot of "trendy" meats that I've been hearing about. I think it's a cut that's been all over TikTok the Picanha cut? I might be wrong on the name, but I'd heard people talking about it and it was super good and very tender. The biggest improvement, though, was the consistency. I prefer my beef medium-rare, and last time I was here, almost everything they brought out was well-done. This time, every piece that made its way to my table was cooked exactly how I like it. I'm glad I was actually able to enjoy the meal this time!
