Our food came out quickly and we were able to share our pho with an extra bowl. The spicy broth was indeed spicy and pretty flavorful. There was plenty of meat and aromatics to accompany the dish. I really enjoyed the dish but towards the end, it was just a bit too spicy. The large bowl also had plenty of noodles for two people. The noodles were served with a cold dipping sauce, which contains fish sauce. I enjoyed the noodles but wished they were easier to separate. Lastly, the spicy intestine pho was my least favorite. I personally do not like small intestines so it was not the dish for me. The soup was not very spicy and tasted like the offals.
