This place hits exactly where you need it to be. Super casual, no‑frills place, the kind of spot where you walk in, sit down, and your soul already starts warming up because you know what's coming. And let's be real, the pho is the star of the entire show. As soon as my bowl hits the table I can smell the broth....mmmmm so good. That deep, savory, and comforting like it's been simmering since the dawn of time. "For those of you who know...well you know!" The portions are very generous enough that you leave full but still thinking about your next visit. It's the type of place you go when you want zero complications and maximum flavor. We were seated right away on a recent Monday night. I ordered the pho with meatballs, tripe, and flank. While the broth was served nice and hot, it lacked flavor. The flank, unfortunately, had an excessive amount of fat. So much that I ended up setting aside a whole pile, with very little actual meat to eat. My husband went with the pho ap chao, but both the chicken and beef were chewy and tough. The quality of the ingredients is terrible here, and it made for a disappointing dinner. I'm surprised by all the high reviews. I'd recommend sticking with Saigon Dish in Lawndale instead.
I used to order this for lunch quite often when I worked out here 10 years ago. I was in the area and stopped by to see if the quality and quantity is still the same. It is. I'm convinced this is their best dish. Normally I don't eat a lot of fried food, but their eggrolls are so good here and so heavy that you have to eat them on a pile of noodles with carrots, bean sprouts. cucumbers, peanuts, lettuce, and bathe them in sweet fish sauce. Bun Cha Gio. The eggrolls are piping hot and cut partway with scissors. The other ingredients are either room temperature or cold. You kind of break up the eggrolls and mix everything together like a bibimbap, pour the sauce over and mix again. So yummy! The egg rolls here are heavy, partly because of the dense filling of pork and mushroom but also the wrapper. The wrapper is rice paper instead of typical wheat egg roll wrapper-- so it's this dense crunch that you have to chew. The wheat wrapper used in Chinese restaurants and other Vietnamese restaurants is light and crispy but makes a tiny egg roll. The wrapper here bubbles when fried and isn't smooth, and it's also much larger. I prefer this one which is how they are in Vietnam. Even most of the places in Little Saigon in the OC use wheat egg rolls wrapper.
My family has been coming here for years. While they have other items on the menu we specifically come for the Pho. It never disappoints. Broth is flavorful and soothing. They give lots of noodles and aren't shy about the meat. You can choose to have small or large and honestly the small is a big portion. I also love that you can basically pick and choose what cuts of meat you want since the menu options are huge. Service is extremely quick! Less than 5 minutes after ordering we had the bowls in front of us. The restaurant itself is also very large so plenty of space to sit. It's hard to miss it in the plaza it's in and parking can be crowded. But the restaurant is located in the far corner.
Food is always consistent! If you want pho on a weekend lunch and you want to come out fast, you come here. It's reliable and local so it's my go to pho place near me. You do not com here for service. It's Asians, food is consistent, service is good considering, but bare minimum usually but for the price and quality I think it's very fair and safe. Normally people don't expect amazing service in local mom and pop restaurants for under $20 a meal in California. If service is great, that's great, but I don't expect Michelin service here. Ambiance, again just good. It's clean, it's fast, food is always hot when it comes out. Overall, this location and this price, with this food quality I think it's 5 stars.

Easily my favorite Vietnamese chain, serving up huge portions for a very reasonable price! The staff was very eager to get our order in and came over 5 times before we asked for space, and after that we had a hard time flagging them down. The menu is super expansive and we had a hard time deciding, but everything is very authentic and delicious.

The service was good, however the food was ok. The pho tai was not bad, I asked for the noodles on the side which I really appreciated them doing that. My mom ordered a seafood pork soup which she said was ok, and the chairbroiled pork rice dish was tasty. We did find a piece of hair on the rice which was a bit gross. It is a nice and clean ambiance. I deleted everyone for privacy reasons. Overall I don't think we will be back here. read more

Super good pho! I'm from east side San Jose, and I love the pho from back home. But I would say the food here is probably some of the best pho I've had in Gardena! The service is amazing, they're super quick with your food (less than 10 minutes I SWEAR), and the prices are INSANELY affordable. Portion sizes are amazing as well! You can always find a table here even on nights when it's super busy! The ambiance is great! Do not be fooled by the empty tables in this photo! By far one of the best pho places in town! Came in on a Sunday evening with little to no wait, immediately seated. The waiters were very attentive with refilling our waters and our food arrived in a short amount of time. The meat in the pho was high quality and very flavorful. Ordered 3 items: 2 pho and 1 vermicelli in my party of 3 which was around $60 in total. Oh my god. Hail Mary. This is my go-to spot for Pho. Honestly I would get married here on a rainy day. This place is PHENOMENAL. give them the miss universe crown. I get their egg rolls, Thai tea, and pho with only brisket and steak. The egg rolls, fried with love and are so addictive. I have had egg rolls from other pho places but they just can't make it like here! I'm salivating just thinking about them. They're cute-sized and come in 5 pieces with a side of romaine lettuce and pickled carrots i believe. idk but the carrots are sweet. The pho has such a flavorful broth. It is the right amount of savory, salty, brothy goodness for ur tummy. Now I add a ton of chili sauce and hoison sauce because I'm crazy, and don't forget the extra jalapeños!!! Thai tea, I need an IV infusion of it. 10/10. Not too sweet, not overwhelming. It is the perfect balance for my spicy pho bowls. Service is faster than you can finish saying Sacagawea, and that's not even a long word. They immediately come up to you once you're seated, and I kid you not, the pho is already rolling out like 2 minutes later after telling them which one you would like. Parking is in the plaza, which can be very hectic and honestly gets quite full pretty fast. I love this spot, I am excited to come here with my mocos running on a rainy day this season!! read more

Came in and ordered the #1 pho and egg rolls, and my wife got the chicken pho (not sure the number), and everything was sooo good. The pho had a rich, flavorful broth with tender meat and fresh herbs--super comforting and hit the spot. My wife loved her chicken pho too--light, clean, and really satisfying. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with flavor inside, especially dipped in the sauce. This is my favorite Pho Place in Gardena! I've been coming here for almost a decade. It's a family owned restaurant so the service isn't always the best but they are always fast to serve you the. Food. The Pho is really authentic , to me at least, and taste really fresh! The places hasn't changed in the 10 years I've been here and I doubt it will change anytime soon. It always hits the spot for me during a hang over or on a cold day. I love the food here and I love how they welcome you with the same nonchalant vibe everytime. It kinda makes me feel at home. We've been here a few times and it's one of our favorite Vietnamese spots in the South Bay. This visit we got the grilled beef plate and the crispy fried seafood noodles - both were delicious. The pho is good here as well. One of the best things about this place is the value. The portions are generous, the service, and the prices are hard to beat. I enjoy coming to this vietnamese restaurant because it is quick efficient. The food taste well. The service is good. They well staffed a lot of times when I come it's not too packed, but even when there is a lot of people, they have enough workers and servers to make sure that we get our food in our timely manner. They are very organized and prepared to serve you each time that I come. I already know what I want so I'm not confused about the menu or what they offer I always get number one, which is a variety for that includes steak, rare steak, tripe, and tender. We also ordered the eggrolls at this visit as they are fresh and tasty the sauce. I also appreciate that their vegetables are always fresh and plentiful.
