It's authentic, rich, and full-flavor. It's a great balance, not too sweet, and the spices are not overpowering. If you could look past the darker broth, you will enjoy it. They do have chili oil, just add to your bowl and it just elevates the flavor to another level. Very generous portion. The large bowl of pho is loaded with meat and noodles. This has become a go-to spot for pho for me and my family. They recently restyled their menus and increased prices by $1 or so. Not surprising given inflation. But they still manage to have tasty homemade broth for their pho. The other places we used to like going to have watered down and increased the msg. But this place still managed to keep the quality so we like coming regularly on weekends. The rare beef comes out cooked though so I feel like they are remiss about that.
