The service was good, however the food was ok. The pho tai was not bad, I asked for the noodles on the side which I really appreciated them doing that. My mom ordered a seafood pork soup which she said was ok, and the chairbroiled pork rice dish was tasty. We did find a piece of hair on the rice which was a bit gross. It is a nice and clean ambiance. I deleted everyone for privacy reasons. Overall I don't think we will be back here.

First time tried today. It tastes like perfume. Go pho hong long instead. Wont comback... not worth it

This place hits exactly where you need it to be. Super casual, no‑frills place, the kind of spot where you walk in, sit down, and your soul already starts warming up because you know what's coming. And let's be real, the pho is the star of the entire show. As soon as my bowl hits the table I can smell the broth....mmmmm so good. That deep, savory, and comforting like it's been simmering since the dawn of time. "For those of you who know...well you know!" The portions are very generous enough that you leave full but still thinking about your next visit. It's the type of place you go when you want zero complications and maximum flavor. Quick service, hot bowls, and that classic Vietnamese comfort that never misses. Miguel C.

Pho with flank, tripe, & meatballs

We were seated right away on a recent Monday night. I ordered the pho with meatballs, tripe, and flank. While the broth was served nice and hot, it lacked flavor. The flank, unfortunately, had an excessive amount of fat. So much that I ended up setting aside a whole pile, with very little actual meat to eat. My husband went with the pho ap chao, but both the chicken and beef were chewy and tough. The quality of the ingredients is terrible here, and it made for a disappointing dinner. I'm surprised by all the high reviews. I'd recommend sticking with Saigon Dish in Lawndale instead.

Food is always consistent! If you want pho on a weekend lunch and you want to come out fast, you come here. It's reliable and local so it's my go to pho place near me. You do not com here for service. It's Asians, food is consistent, service is good considering, but bare minimum usually but for the price and quality I think it's very fair and safe. Normally people don't expect amazing service in local mom and pop restaurants for under $20 a meal in California. If service is great, that's great, but I don't expect Michelin service here. Ambiance, again just good. It's clean, it's fast, food is always hot when it comes out. Overall, this location and this price, with this food quality I think it's 5 stars.

Favorite pho spot in the south bay! Always friendly and great service whenever I stop by.

Really love the broth, every portion is an amazing size and I think that the shrimp and steak club is wonderful, service is always really great! The ambience is wonderful as well.

My family has been coming here for years. While they have other items on the menu we specifically come for the Pho. It never disappoints. Broth is flavorful and soothing. They give lots of noodles and aren't shy about the meat. You can choose to have small or large and honestly the small is a big portion. I also love that you can basically pick and choose what cuts of meat you want since the menu options are huge. Service is extremely quick! Less than 5 minutes after ordering we had the bowls in front of us. The restaurant itself is also very large so plenty of space to sit. It's hard to miss it in the plaza it's in and parking can be crowded. But the restaurant is located in the far corner.

Easily my favorite Vietnamese chain, serving up huge portions for a very reasonable price! The staff was very eager to get our order in and came over 5 times before we asked for space, and after that we had a hard time flagging them down. The menu is super expansive and we had a hard time deciding, but everything is very authentic and delicious.

I used to order this for lunch quite often when I worked out here 10 years ago. I was in the area and stopped by to see if the quality and quantity is still the same. It is. I'm convinced this is their best dish. Normally I don't eat a lot of fried food, but their eggrolls are so good here and so heavy that you have to eat them on a pile of noodles with carrots, bean sprouts. cucumbers, peanuts, lettuce, and bathe them in sweet fish sauce. Bun Cha Gio. The eggrolls are piping hot and cut partway with scissors. The other ingredients are either room temperature or cold. You kind of break up the eggrolls and mix everything together like a bibimbap, pour the sauce over and mix again. So yummy! The egg rolls here are heavy, partly because of the dense filling of pork and mushroom but also the wrapper. The wrapper is rice paper instead of typical wheat egg roll wrapper-- so it's this dense crunch that you have to chew. The wheat wrapper used in Chinese restaurants and other Vietnamese restaurants is light and crispy but makes a tiny egg roll. The wrapper here bubbles when fried and isn't smooth, and it's also much larger. I prefer this one which is how they are in Vietnam. Even most of the places in Little Saigon in the OC use wheat egg rolls wrapper.

The noodles were cooked just enough. They stayed bouncy and didn't fall apart while I was eating, which a lot of places get wrong. I added mint and bean sprouts, and that gave the bowl an even fuller flavor. The egg rolls were amazing. They came out fresh and hot, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. At a busy restaurant the wrapper sometimes ends up overcooked, but the kitchen pulled these at exactly the right moment. Service was a little slow because they were packed, but honestly that's how you know a pho spot is good. The space looks like it used to be a Cajun shrimp place that they took over, so don't expect anything fancy. There's a QR code on the table where you can see the menu, but I couldn't order through it. The whole lunch came to about $58 with tip. I'll definitely be back, especially on the next rainy day.

Definitely not as traditional as im used to. The service was fast. Our waiter literally asked us if we were ready to order once we sat down which we were not. It was pretty busy when we went. There were tables waiting to get bussed but otherwise pretty clean. There were a few parties waiting for tables to be cleaned which was unfortunate. Free parking.

Okay, I need to talk about Pho Ever Bistro for a second…read more The second you walk in, Sandy (the new owner) greets you like you've been coming here for years, even if it's your first time. She's just... warm. Genuinely warm, not in that scripted-server way. She checks in, remembers little things, actually recommends stuff she thinks you'll like instead of just pointing at the menu. It's the kind of energy that makes a random Tuesday dinner feel like something. And then there's the food, which honestly holds its own. The pho broth tastes like it's been simmering all day -- rich, deep, the kind of thing you can tell someone actually cared about. Noodles are perfectly cooked, herbs are fresh, portions are big enough that you're not leaving hungry. The banh mi is crunchy bread done right, none of that soggy sadness you get elsewhere. Spring rolls and egg rolls are crispy and clearly made fresh, not just tossed in a fryer and forgotten. Honestly it tastes like someone's grandma's recipe -- comforting, no gimmicks, just good. Here's the thing though -- this place works for basically everyone. If you're a broke college student who wants something warm and filling that won't destroy your wallet, this is it. And it's not just a grab-and-go spot either -- they've got board games, the vibe is relaxed, and it's genuinely a great place to camp out with your laptop and a drink to get some studying done, or just hang with friends for a while. Nobody's rushing you out. It's also a really solid first date spot, low-key enough that you're not stressed, with food you can share so you have something to talk about besides "so... tell me about yourself." And if you grew up eating Vietnamese home cooking, or just want that feeling, this scratches the itch in a way a lot of places don't. But really, what makes this place special isn't just the food -- it's that you can tell Sandy actually cares. In a world where eating out can feel so transactional, that kind of warmth stands out. You leave feeling like you mattered, not just like you were a transaction. If you're a student needing a spot to study or unwind, on a first date, or just craving something that feels like home, go check out Pho Ever Bistro. Sandy's turned this place into somewhere you actually want to come back to. Good for: studying/hanging out, first dates, comfort food cravings, board games, family dinners, or just being around someone who's genuinely happy to see you.

Pho Ever is my husband's and my favorite pho place. The new changes have only made us love it more…read more While it's a little warm at the moment due to the crazy hot weather, I'd recommend eating in store for the experience and the ambience. The owner is so sweet and welcoming and the cafe revamp across the different rooms is fun and unique. Everything is incredibly flavorful and so evidently made with care. The pho broth has a really great balance of flavors and the ingredients in the spring rolls are so fresh, they are really beautiful and lovely to eat. The highlight for me was the salty plum drink. Reminds me of Japanese ume candy, Hawaiian li hing mui, and Mexican saladitos in drink form. Refreshing and addicting. If you are obsessed with the salt or tajin rim on a fruity margarita, consider trying it. (Next time, I'll have to get a salty plum to-go and turn it into a margarita at home. Already dreaming of it.) Really excited for the fried banana item listed on the "coming soon" portion of the menu. I love a fried banana, and the quality of Pho Ever's food promises good things.

We've come here maybe 8 times now. We've tried some other pho places in Gardena/Torrance. Idk man…read more 3.7 stars overall sounds fair to me. But it's still my favorite bowl of pho in the South Bay (so far). Disclaimer, I've only ever gotten their pho and nothing else. Their water tastes like they sourced it from a stainless steel bowl. Their silverware needs a wipe down before eating. But their pho is one we come back to. Maybe it's the water and the silverware that help build the flavor. Whatever the recipe is, I'm not asking for it. I don't wanna know. Don't tell me. See you next time. That's it.

The place itself looked…read moreokay...nothing fancy...and there was a surprising amount of Shakira playing in the background , which was honestly kind of funny. Service was quick when we first got there, and they gave us a few minutes to figure out what we wanted. We both decided to keep it simple and ordered the #1. Our food came out pretty quickly... except only ONE bowl showed up. Apparently, the lady taking our order didn't catch that we were both ordering the same thing. She also never came back to check on us or make sure everything was okay, which I found a little odd since that's pretty standard at most restaurants. Eventually, I made eye contact with another waiter and let him know about the mix-up. Overall, the service was pretty mediocre. The restrooms also could've used some attention, they weren't very well kept and were pretty messy. As for the pho itself, I'd give it a solid 6.5/10. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't as hot as you'd expect a bowl of pho to be, and that definitely took away from it. Now for the question of the hour: Would we come back? Nope.
