So I've eaten here about 3 to 4 times before deciding to write a review. First time had pho, second time a noodle dish, milk tea and the third time pho and this last time the new special rib Pho.... I really wished this place was better since I love pho and Its close by unfortunately it's been very disappointing. So saw their promo on their insta about a new rib pho so thought I'd give it another try. I skipped lunch so that I'd be able to eat it all since it looked quite large on their video. Promo featured was buy one get one 50% Off before 6pm. Got there a little after 5 and ordered and was charged full price for both was told it was before 5pm not 6pm. Promo was current and had been posted 1day prior. Person said it was a mistake on the post but it was on all 3 recent posts. He did offer buy 1drink get 1 50% off which I declined. Drinks are too sweet. It's not even about the discount at that point. I just don't appreciate being lied to. The rib pho was definitely a big size with plenty of meat and noodles. The broth however was lacking. It was not as hot temperature as I'd hoped and the lovely star anise and other spices that are usually the best part of pho were not there for me. The bean sprouts given are minimal and half the basil was a bit wilted. If you are the type of person who dumps in hoisin sauce and Sriracha sauce into pho, you'll be fine. The meat on the bone was not tender nor falling of the bone. The chewy silver skin seemed to still be on. I did finish the bowl as I had skipped lunch and paid for the meal but I would not get it again. I can say the service was decent but I did thank the person who brought our food three times and was not acknowledged which is fine. My soup didn't taste like authentic Pho, however, I have been here a few times before, and, their soup is consistently flavorful. I like that I can add more veggies to my soup making it taste and feel healthier. I'm actually very happy with their service. I give the place 4 1/2 because of the noodles. The noodles unfortunately were stuck together making it difficult to enjoy. My girlfriend also ordered the same thing and her noodles were stuck as well. Not sure if they just add it straight from a packet in order to portion it. When I arrived to pick it up their staff was very friendly and helpful so 10/10 in terms of service, but the food was disappointing. I was missing my brisket and had only 4 small pieces of chicken in my Pho order. Unfortunately, I didn't think to check and didn't realize the error until I was back at work 20 mins away. Hubbers wanted to go to the Enclave and "then we'll decide where to eat when we get there." We've only been to the ramen spot, but we wanted to see what other choices we had. There was only one other: THIS one. Decided to give it a try. Walked in and wow, this place was poppin'! Hubbers was torn between the shaken beef and pho. I was torn between the lemongrass pork and garlic noodles with shrimp. I'm thinkin' we better make it quick before the only two open tables inside get taken! (It's way too cold outside!) It's a pay and tip kinda digs. He went for the pho, I went for the pork, got a side of garlic noods, egg rolls to start and unsweetened iced tea and red wine (for Hubbers) to wash it all down. We got our number and sat at the closest table we found. We also got our drinks in no time. Hubbers took a sip and immediately wasn't happy with his glass. Not that the wine tasted funny, but his glass was sticky. That tells him the glass was dirty, so he asked a server (same person who took our order up front) a replacement and the reason why. Off to a not-so-good start. My iced tea was refreshing, though! Then grub started coming through. EGG ROLLS: Oh, boy. Well... this was not aesthetically pleasing at all. (See attached picture.) Kitchen staff must have been in some kinda hurry and just dumped them on the plate to be served immediately. Not sure what the rush was, we weren't even close to closing time. But! They were delicious. Didn't even need the sweet and sour sauce dip - this is new to me, by the way. Honestly, I much prefer the usual fish sauce, but you know... I guess that's how they serve this here. BEEF AND CHICKEN PHO: Hubbers liked it. I thought it was just okay. I felt it was missing something but can't quiet put my finger on it. Hubbers seasoned it with sriracha and hoisin sauce and taste got better. It was a "meh" for me. It's not terrible, but I've had better. Again: it is missing something... SIDE OF GARLIC NOODLES: If this is a side, I wonder what their regular order looks like: it's a LOT! It's a whole serving, a meal in itself! Noods we're tender and good seasoning. And it really stands behind its name: it's very garlicky. This, we both liked! LEMONGRASS PORK: I ordered this with white rice. Like the side of noods, they were incredibly generous with this plate, too! It was also prepped differently from what I'm used to: fried vs. grilled. First thing I noticed is that it's greasy. The entire protein was on top of a pool of oil which completely turned me off, but I had to at least taste it. Took a bite and: redemption. The pork was tender and the lemongrass flavor stood out. I dipped it in the fish sauce and made it even better. (I also ended up using this dip for the egg roll.) Now if only they can figure out how not to serve it so oily! FOOD: 3. SERVICE: 4. VALUE: 4.5. Quality may not be stellar, but they make up for it quantity-wise. Plenty of leftovers for a second meal. PARKING: Private lot shared with others. Plenty up front and back. There's also a structure nearby. I doubt it'll ever be an issue. OVERALL: 3.75. I'll be honest - I have had better, but I'm not ruling them out altogether just yet. They have the potential to be better, so here's hoping they get there by the time my 2nd run comes around. read more

Came to enclave to see what restaurants were open and saw that 123 pho opened up. They had so many dishes to choose from. When you walk in, you'll order and find a table to sit at. Their restaurant is an open area and they have table outside as well to choose from. We ended up getting the shaken beef with noodles and the rare flank pho. They were both really good! I think I'd ask for the onions to be well done for the shaken beef. I would definitely come back to try other items like the lemongrass chicken and Vietnamese crème brûlée coffee. read more

This place was disgusting from start to finish. From every single table having sticky paper gummed onto the table tops to the chewiness of lifeless room temperature meat with long strings of fat impossible to break off without holding two ends in my bare hands and forcibly breaking them. Not pleasant eating. The barest drizzle of sauce gave the only flavoring aside from a crude handful of cilantro shoved on top of my banh mi with and unwieldy thick graceless cucumber slice more in the way of eating than actually inviting the eating... Add to this a bitter arguing emanating from the workers for a protracted length of the time like 10 - 15 minutes with pausing and starting up again for the restaurant to hear with the acrid ammonia backdrop of floor cleaner imbuing the entire restaurant as I tried to enjoy something of the food. Not that anyone cared to check on me - why do that when the minimum suggested tip is already 15 percent for standing in line and wiping the table myself? The first thing was that there was a small spill of water on the floor along a major walkway to/from our table. I encountered it on the way to the restrooms. We were the first customers of the day right when they opened and there weren't any other customers there at the time I encountered the spill. I stepped around it to avoid it. But on my way back, I decided to clean it up because I didn't want my elderly mom or another customer to have an accidental slip. The other concern I have has to do with the Sriracha bottle they placed on our table while we waited. The tip had a large piece of dried crust from the sauce that I ended up wiping off. Those two issues are easy fixes. Also, service was pretty good. When I asked if the Vegetarian Stew was plant-based, the gal pulled out a notebook to look at the allergens and ingredients to confirm. Since I was craving pho, that's what I got but it looks like they have a lot of other delicious offerings. Pho (4): the broth was really good. Sort of wish it came out boiling hot but it was decent temp. You pick 3 toppings so I got mixed veggies and 2 rare steaks. The rare steak cooks in the broth so just makes it super tender. You can choose between thin or thick noodles as well so I got thin. This bowl satisfied my craving. Egg rolls (4): these were good as well. I like to eat them wrapped in lettuce so I asked for additional lettuce. Egg rolls were crispy and the filling was good. I liked their sauce as well. Like a homemade sweet chili sauce. Good. Looking for lunch digs on the regular. This place opened up relatively recently, and I have been meaning to check it out. In the newly launched "The Enclave", 123Pho is a hit. AND...I didn't even try the pho yet! Ordered appetizers: bao buns with lemongrass chicken, and spring rolls with shrimp. Got a straw mang tea to go with. Everything was delicious. The chicken was juicy and I could faintly taste the lemongrass - not overwhelming, but just a hint. The baos were HUGE and there were three! The spring rolls (and sauce) were on point.
