I absolutely love coming here! Not only is their food great, but so is the service. Everyone, including the owner, are so attentive and kind. The hospitality abounds here. In the past 2-4 times I have been here, I have never had a bad experience. My favorite is their sushi here. I highly reccomend their appetizer, the Firecracker. It is so delicious! I got the Calientes roll as well and it was to die for. You can go no wrong with choice of sushi here. My sister is vegan, and she got a vegetarian ramen that was also delicious. Highly, highly reccomend giving this place a visit. The vibes are always great, and you will leave with a smile on your face. Great job to the staff!

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! One of the best service experiences for sure! They were so nice, went above and beyond the entire time we were there, and super attentive. And all the food was amazing and delicious! The spicy tuna was outstanding and tasted so fresh which was one of the star appetizers for sure, and the broth of the ramens delicious. Definitely will be mine and my boyfriend's new ramen and sushi spot, highly recommend!

The food is really good. My favorites are the Mabo tofu Han (extra spicy) and udon/ ramen soups. They have sushi if that's what you crave and it's pretty tasty. The service here is awesome, they are pretty attentive and quick. They have just remodeled and it looks more modern and simpler. It's a good place to bring the family or catch up with a friend.

Food is absolutely great . Vegetarian and vegan options available. The vegetarian ramen is definitely my go to order and it's amazing. Packed with noodles, veggies and tofu. I always get the extra extra spicy option for the ramen and definitely is a must try. Portion size is very generous I always get to take half home for lunch the next day! Service was quick and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating . The staff truly make you feel right at home . Also tried the spicy edamame for the first time !!! Recommend 10/10

I was craving a Baked Lobster Roll fpr take out. This is my first time ordering Sushi from here. Usually I order the Healthy Ramen. It has lower sodium content and comes with a bunch of veggies. The staff here is always friendly. The Restaurant is clean and well.managed.

This location has renovated their interior. They also raised their prices on the menu. Service is good, food is good. Only tried the ramen and sushi. Oh and they finally have "complimentary water". They used to only have water bottles for sale.

This is a modest venue, but it becomes quite bustling. Lauren served as our waitress; she provided us with plenty of information when we inquired. The customer service was outstanding. The ambiance was wonderful, varied, and family-friendly. The food was remarkable and arrived promptly after being ordered.

I absolutely love this place the service is always great!! No matter how many renovations this restaurant goes through the atmosphere is alway mellow. I love that you can sit back and enjoy some sushi and curry. Then wash it down with a citrus yuzu. I've been coming here for years. I can't wait to come back.

The sushi and gyozas were so good! They were my favorite. The server was really nice and would come check on us. They have sitting outside and inside as well. The ramen presentation was a let down. The taste was okay.

This place is located in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking. I ordered the extra chashu yatai ramen, which is a shoyu base ramen usually with chicken or fish broth. The chicken flavor was very prominent and the tare was very aromatic. The pieces of chashu was thinly sliced, and I wish there was more slices since it was extra chashu. The wavy thin noodles paired really well with the broth and it reminded me of the bowl I had in Japan. I was extra hungry so I also ordered a fried chicken combo with fried rice and salad. Chicken karaage was seasoned and fried perfectly. The sauce on the salad paired really well with the cabbage. Fried rice was a little soggy but wasn't expecting much. Service was pretty quick and efficient. The staff were all Japanese which added additional authenticity to this ramen shop. Everyone was very friendly. The place seemed like its been around for a while but it was very clean and felt homey.

The service was great, the servers were attentive. It is a bit warm inside. The broth is thick & packed with flavor! Think it's inspired by Chinese flavors. I enjoyed that it didn't feel as heavy as the typical cream ramen - gyoza (5/5) skin was nice and thin, really flavorful filling. - 1/2! This quaint little spot sits in a small strip mall on 182nd Street & Crenshaw right next to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Parking is decent, and the cozy interior gives it that authentic neighborhood ramen shop vibe, although I usually order mine to-go. My wife and I always order the Tonkotsu Ramen. The pork broth is absolutely incredible -- rich, creamy and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of saltiness poured over perfectly cooked noodles. The bowl comes topped with: * Bamboo shoots * Diced green onion * Pork belly * Marinated egg halves * Braised pork * Mushrooms * Dried seaweed If you order takeout, they package the broth separately from the noodles and toppings so the noodles don't get soggy before you get home. The price is reasonable and honestly worth every penny, and the staff is always willing to assist with questions. Pro tip: I add Chef Troy's Crunchy Garlic Chili Oil for an extra level of flavor (purchased at Vons)

It's literally 15 mins away from our house and we thought their food was super authentic and yummy. We knew about the original location in Gardena - but never thought about going since we were content with the location in Fountain Valley. 3 weeks ago, I was in the area of Gardena with my sister in law and decided to stop by this location for dinner on a whim with no expectations. I was very surprised to find out this Gardena location does't have the excessive lines & wait time and the servers and cooks are a lot nicer and accommodating than the Fountain Valley location. In fact, I think the food quality is slightly better qnd once again, less wait time to be served. There is a server by the name of Oswaldo at this location that's exceptional kind and helpful and is worth driving down to Gardena just to be served by him. Oswaldo is always smiling and genuinely eager to accommodate you. The servers at the Fountain Valley location are strict & militant, like soup nazis. Their rules are somewhat rigid and you couldn't even open the door to the restaurant to use the restroom without an approval from one of the workers. You were pretty much told what to do and where to sit for your meal. This Gardena location is slightly larger in space and not as tight and stuffy. And the best part, they serve Yakitori for lunch during the weekdays and weekends. Their hours seem to be more flexible. Hands down; Gardena's location is all round the best in my opinion. Maybe it because it's the original location. Trust me, I've been to the West L.A. location too and it was my least favorite location of the 3.
