I ordered Unagi Bowl and beef udon noodle soup here, and they were incredibly delicious! The restaurant is really clean, and the service attitude is also very nice. I'll definitely come back next time!

I have been to this place many times for Poke bowls. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I recently decided to try the black garlic ramen and it was phenomenal! I don't know what they did to the pork belly but it is melt in your mouth tender with a sweet gelatinous finish. Also, kudos for having a takeout container with built in separation for the wet and dry ingredients. Definitely will try more items off the menu.

Not as authentic as other poke spots in the South Bay, but you know what? Still tasty! You make your own bowls so if it sucks, that's on you lol The portions are huge by the way. I got the smallest bowl and was surprised at how much food I got. I love the protein options they had here. I live down the street now and will be coming here after work for a quick poke meal.

Amazing the meat melts in your mouth the flavors definitely will come back again when I'm out visiting!

Amazing from the employees to the food the meat melts in your mouth and very flavorful. Very clean.

I ordered a large-sized poke and shared it with one other person. We got really full. What sets this place apart from other poke shops is the wide variety of toppings, so I could enjoy all sorts of flavors. I often eat poke at various places. I end up with an upset stomach at about half of them, but this shop was fine. I learned for the first time that it's delicious when eaten with takuan (pickled daikon) or coriander. I recommend trying it with some crunch added--it's really tasty. At checkout, they don't charge for tips, so please put a little cash in the tip box.

Don't judge a book by its cover, this place hit the spot and then some. I was very pleased with the flavors in the Tonkotsu Ramen. I must admit we were actually supposed to go to Shin-Sen-Gumi Hakata Ramen, but the wait was too long. So, I did not have high hopes walking into this place. It's not very big. They have indoor seating. You can order to go at the counter or seat yourself and someone will come to your table to place your order. It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Service was good. We cracked a couple of jokes with our server about how spicy the edamame was and how spicy was each level with the Ramen. She stated she always went with a level 4 because the ramen was still enjoyable. Both my friend and I went with the Tonkotsu Ramen. I went with a level 4 she went with a level 1. We also ordered the spicy edamame, which technically was not spicy it was just garlicy. Both ramen and edamame were a 10/10. Their Tonkotsu Ramen is traditional. Pork broth, creamy and very flavorful. They put chashu (great tasting), soft boiled egg (made perfectly), pickled ginger (could have gone without. Not my jam.), green onion, fish cake, bamboo, dry seaweed, and friend onions (yum). My only complaint would be we do not think my friend got a level 1 spicy with her ramen. Her ramen looked like mine, and she stated it was too spicy for her. She still ate it. I think it was halfway through she realized this and why we did not bring it up to their attention.

The dragon roll sushi was good. It's deep-fried, spicy, and with cream cheese. I also got the spicy ramen level 4 and it's not too spicy. It had good flavor. Service was okay. There's background chill music playing as well. Clean spot for a good bite. I'll be back to check out the poke.

My friends and I just finished a long day and wanted to relax and enjoy some ramen before my friend flew back to Texas. The ambiance is average and there's some music that the play in the background for ambiance. The service is a bit lacking just due to the fact that the service is more like one and done. They have both ramen and poke here! The food was good and I'm glad that they have cooked and raw garlic in the ramen and it was delicious! The broth was really umami and flavorful! I got the spice level 2 and it goes all the way up to 5 on spice ‍ Tip: Parking is super ample and in a plaza! The A/C is nice in here and there is a restroom here for CUSTOMERS only ‍

This place is the best hidden gem! It's in the shopping center right next to Vons. They have the most kind staff that works there and their food is incredibly fresh and delicious! The place is very clean and has a nice cozy feel to it! This is a must to check out!

369 Ramen & Poke ended up being an impromptu lunch meal for my wife and me on a Tuesday afternoon, while exploring the area around the Redondo Beach Metro station. It has a very large menu with two very distinct types of cuisine (hawaiian poke bowls and Japanese Ramen), in a very casual fast food atmosphere...usually a recipe for mediocre food and service. Not the case here, where my ordered bento box turned out to be excellent. 369 Ramen & Poke is located in a large grocery store mall, anchored by a Vons. My wife was OK going to a Ramen restaurant, so we decided to stop in here. It resembles a typical Poke shop, where you walk through a Chipotle-like line, asking the employee to put various, chosen ingredients into a bowl, paying at the end (with the menu prices clearly displayed on signage above). But if you ask for Ramen, you would be directed to a stack of really nicely made leather bound menus, from which you realize how much other Japanese food is available. We ended up ordering from that: my wife got a simple order of pork deep fried dumplings (8 for $7.99) and I got the shrimp teriyaki Bento combination with 4 piece california rolls ($16.49). The dumplings were good, expertly deep fried (assuming cooked from frozen). I really liked the bento box, especially the california rolls (really well crafted with tasty krab salad) and the shrimp (used a very light teriyaki sauce that went great with the light taste of shrimp...assumed it would be a lot thicker and cloying for ALL the teriyaki dishes but not the case at all). Not sure if rent is a lot higher than where we are from (cause the strip mall looks very similar to what we have in Long Beach), but the prices were quite a bit higher than what we expected, especially for a place with this ambience (I found the usage of plain white paper stickers overlaying the hand-written prices on the billboards, to be tacky...especially since the original scripting was so well done). But I thought the flavor of the bento box was excellent, and the workers were very nice and friendly (delivering our meal to our table and giving us free ice water without being asked).

    Yum!

Skip the Shacho Ramen and go for the pork rice bowl! The Breakdown Service & Speed: 5/5. I ordered within 5 minutes and the food arrived in 10. The manager lady is amazing, charismatic, and highly memorable. They're full service, they packed my leftovers. The Highlight (Pork Rice Bowl): Generous portion of rice and incredibly tender pork. Mixing in the egg and mayo made the dish, became the highlight of my meal. The Perks: Their menu is simple and straightforward, and adding extra toppings to your ramen is actually relatively inexpensive. The Disappointment (Shacho Ramen): This was my first meal here without fried chicken, and the Shacho Ramen unfortunately fell flat. It completely lacked the complexity and depth I was looking for. The Broth: Had the rich, heavy sesame creaminess I demanded, but it was incredibly one-note outside of that. The Spice: Level 2 had no heat at all. I asked for a side of extra spice, which helped a bit, but didn't save the dish. The Noodles: Very bland.Ended up packing most of it away Verdict: Come for the great service, cheap add-ons, and excellent rice bowls, but pass on the Shacho Ramen.

One thing I really appreciate is how accommodating they are with customizations. I usually ask for my ramen without nori (seaweed) and skip the egg, and they get it right every time. From their Spicy Garnet, Quartz, gyoza, sushi, different buns, etc. But the Amber Ramen is spectacular! Rich broth with a deep umami from the shoyu and bonito flake mix. The chashu cuts are seared beautifully. On the topic of pork, the pork belly buns make for a great bite too. I love the sauces they included. My only slight notes are that the ramen is occasionally greasy and the chashu featured is on the thinner side. I'd expect more given the price tag for single bowl. Lastly, their plum wine is definite pleasant surprise. Fragrant, light, and compliments most of their ramen options quite well. I'll have to order a bottle the next time I'm in with friends.

With that disclaimer out of the way, here's my humble opinion of the ramen at Shin-Sen-Gumi Hakata Ramen. It's okay. When I came here yesterday afternoon, I ordered the Hakata Ramen which is basically a tonkotsu style ramen. Every aspect of it is customizable including the broth, noodles, and toppings. I just went with the default options, which i believe they recommend for first timers. On the side, I got a flavored egg, and pork belly. The broth was solid. It was flavorful, and fatty. The noodles were the right firmness as well. However, the chashu pork and pork belly were pretty mediocre. I know this sounds harsh but hear me out. Even after bathing them in the broth, they were dry and not tender. I didn't enjoy the flavored egg either. It was overly boiled and barely marinated. Despite the shortcomings noted above, I'm still giving this place four stars because the service is fantastic. The staff is very nice and provide incredibly fast service. My drink came out in like one minute. The refill came out even faster. They also offer free refills of the noodles.
