I give it a two because it is tasty and conveniently located for the workers and army base in the area HOWEVER, as a first time visitor, this place is a rip off. I see why they call it ONE poke because they give you ONE inch of tuna chopped up into 12 pieces. The flavor is decent and so is the portion size but I'll never return. There is a small outdoor patio on the side if you want to eat there. The portions here are really small for the price. I asked for half rice and half salad, and I was given the tiniest scoop of salad.. The fish itself isn't the freshest, but it wasn't bad. But the sauce isn't mixed with the fish like at other poke spots. They just drizzle the sauce on top of the whole bowl at the end, making the whole thing a soggy mess. First time here, went Monday @12pm BASED ON REVIEWS. Worst value for poke - I bought one 4 scoop and one 2 scoop and the scoops of protein were the TINIEST amounts I have ever received. I had to combine both bowls and it was still barely any fish at all. Their spring mix is a ton of iceberg lettuce. Will never return. Huge disappointment and terrible waste of $30 for basically two containers of lettuce. I am completely dumbfounded at how this place has 4 stars. read more

I recently had a challenging experience picking up an order here as an Uber Eats driver, and I wanted to share some feedback in hopes it's helpful. When I arrived, it was very busy and there appeared to be only one employee managing a large number of orders. I completely understand how overwhelming that can be, especially during peak times. However, the process for delivery drivers wasn't very clear. There is a sign stating that drivers should line up for pickup, which I initially interpreted as a designated pickup area. Instead, drivers were expected to stand in the same line as in-store customers. For standard pickup orders (not shop-and-pay), this can be difficult since our time directly affects both the customer's wait and our ability to complete deliveries efficiently. I waited about 30 minutes, and during that time another driver mentioned he had also been waiting for quite a while. The customer I was picking up for reached out to ask about the delay, and I did my best to keep them informed. Unfortunately, after the extended wait, I ultimately had to cancel the order. I truly understand that busy periods and limited staffing can create delays, and I respect how hard food service employees work. I just think a clearer or more streamlined pickup process for delivery drivers would make a big difference for everyone -- staff, drivers, and customers alike. I hope this location is able to find a system that makes things run more smoothly in the future. For drivers this is a heads up. I was hoping this could be a regular lunch spot as it's so close to my office but unfortunately it was quite the let down. I don't see myself coming back here or recommending it to others. I ordered the large size poke bowl and was surprised by how little food I got. The quantity you get is not worth the price AT ALL. The large is basically equivalent to a small anywhere else but for a higher price. They even skimped on the rice which feels like an odd thing to do. The fish scoops are tiny and I could tell they were very careful to ration each topping amount. I mentioned that the quantities were very small and the worker didn't respond. I ordered myself a large salad bowl with 3 scoops of salmon and 1 scoop of spicy salmon and got all veggies except the edamame. The lady guided me when it came to the sauces she told me what was good with what I ordered. Finally when I got back to work to eat it all I can say is OMG! I got the 2 protein bowl with half rice and half salad. I got about half a scoop for both proteins and minimal grab of sides, for instance, only 3 edamames. After I finished my bowl, I was still so hungry that I ate another meal (wings, chips, salad). I would've given 3 stars if at least the fish quality was good but the tuna was brown and mushy.
