A sliver of Tuna. It's like they chopped up one inch of tuna into 12 pieces. I know inflation is here but bruh
    Melanie D.

I give it a two because it is tasty and conveniently located for the workers and army base in the area HOWEVER, as a first time visitor, this place is a rip off. I see why they call it ONE poke because they give you ONE inch of tuna chopped up into 12 pieces. The flavor is decent and so is the portion size but I'll never return. Here are some places that are much better for price and portion, even in this economy: Jus' Poke. King poke, Sweetfin poke even mono poke (only because it's close and i rarely even go there)- maybe they spoiled me but this place didn't even have garlic chips. If you drop the E and switch the O this with the N that's how i feel about this place

Tiny portion and where's the fish? Lol

The tiniest portions of tens of poke places I've been all over the country. I've never seen scoops that tiny before lol. Don't waste your money.

I have been coming to this place for almost 10 years, it has been my go to poke spot. food always fresh, the magma sauce is my favorite topping customer service always great, friendly staff always greet you with a smile.

Surprisingly excellent find! Don't let the quiet weekend vibe of the business district fool you--this place is a gem. We dropped in for a late lunch looking for something light, and it absolutely hit the spot. We shared a 3-protein bowl, but after the first bite, I instantly regretted not getting my own! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the sauces were standout. We chose the spicy mayo, which was impressive--usually, the mayo dulls the heat, but this stayed perfectly spicy. I'll definitely be back (and I'm not sharing next time).

This place is super fast, friendly and on point every time. I'm visiting from out of town and working nearby and every lunch from One Poke has been fresh and delicious. It's an order at the counter and choose your own adventure type spot with kind staff.

Great food great service very clean business will be coming back again .........................and again

3 scoops! Very little amount of protein
    Grace N.

We stopped here for a quick lunch because we wanted something fast and healthy. The fish here looked pretty fresh. I was pretty hungry so I got the large one with all salmon. It is very expensive here and the Large one, each of the 3 scoops was so small. I got it with salad. I finished the Large salad and was still hungry. Overall, it was okay but if I was in the area again and craving poke, this would not be my stop of choice.

Best local Poke in El Segundo. Food is great. Price is good.

The worker was friendly and helpful when serving us. I enjoyed the sauces we could add onto the poke and amount of toppings they had. However, the portion sizes were smaller than other poke spots I've been to. I wish they could give more of the base like rice or greens. There's seating inside and outside of the place to eat at.

Had a pretty long line one Sunday evening but I kinda get it considering how good the meal was…read more I ended up ordering a large serving with Shoyu and Spicy Shoyu and wow were the servings filling! Almost like I ordered a large or something...I had it with edamame and seaweed salad on the side, with rice being a complementary side as well. The food is as good as Poke could possibly get, so I would definitely come back if I were in the area. The interior is pretty small with some seating along the wall and with around 2-3 tables outside. While I was able to find parking at the connected parking lot, I can see why it'd be a challenge as the parking lot is really small. But there is a neighborhood right next to it and a parking lot across the street so it's no worries on that end. Minimal interaction with staff but they seemed cool.

Food: My husband and I both ordered poke bowls with a mix of Hawaiian and spicy poke, along with…read moreshoyu and California roll poke. Everything tasted incredibly fresh right away, with clean flavors and a great balance of umami, savory richness, and just the right amount of spice. Each component complemented the others well, and nothing felt overly heavy or overpowering. It's easy to see why people say this is one of the most authentic poke spots in the area, the simplicity and quality really shine through. That said, personal preference-wise, I still find myself leaning toward Poke Express in Las Vegas (though to be fair, I've never been to Hawaii, so that might change one day). Price: Pricing is pretty standard for quality poke in Southern California. A regular bowl (about 1/3 lb of fish with rice and a side) typically runs around $15-17, while larger bowls can range from about $19-24 depending on portion size. Overall, expect to spend around $15-25 per person, which feels fair given the freshness and portion sizes. Ambiance: This is very much a grab‑and‑go style spot rather than a sit-down restaurant. It's located right along the street and almost always has a long line of people waiting, which tells you a lot about its popularity. Inside, there's a small bar area with a handful of high chairs, and a couple of tables outside, but seating overall is pretty limited. Not really a place to linger, more for a quick, casual bite. Service: Despite how busy it constantly is, service is efficient and straightforward. The staff keeps things moving quickly and stays organized, so even with a line, the wait doesn't feel too bad. No frills, but solid and dependable. Parking: There's a small side parking lot that can fit maybe around 10 cars, which fills up quickly during peak hours. Otherwise, you'll likely have to find street parking nearby and walk over. Not impossible, but it does take a little extra effort, especially when it's busy.

I'm taking off half a star only because the matcha came out much later and we were almost finished with our açaí bowl by the time it arrived, but it wasn't a big deal. Wow!!! Recently came here because my friends took me and I was super happy to finally shop here!!!…read moreThis is apparently the largest Japanese market in Gardena (and all of California). It's a very big store that somehow doesn't look as big from the outside, but there are so many things to highlight from here. We were in a city nearby but decided to stop by here because my friends wanted to buy some ingredients. This store was a delight for me as it was so big!!! My favorite section was the many Japanese merchandise of clothes, plushes, and desserts!!! It was super tempting to not buy something haha and I ended up grabbing the box of iconic mango ice cream popsicles!!! It was super yummy and was to my full liking. We ate it straight from the box because we didn't want it to melt in the car ride home. It was super refreshing and delicious. Other highlights was the hot foods bar and lots of Japanese beauty products.

The thing that's good about going to Tokyo central for premade sushi is that they make all their sushi fresh daily and what's not sold is marked down and got rid of before next day compared to other markets where they sell their sushi that's like 2-4 days old. They went viral for awhile for having a hot food bar, which looked like a buffet but in reality you grab what you want but it's $15.99 a pound. The pound adds up really quick and you end with paying like $30. The food isn't that great in the hot food bar in my option so I'd skip it. The market itself is very pricey it's not a cheap market. So if your planning on buying grocery your gonna pay high prices. I'd go here for a quick sushi roll or some mochi they sell a bag from Japan for $3.99 with red bean that's pretty good. One of my favorite food item is the umami chicken karage with rice that's pre packaged and if you can snag it while it's still hot that great. Its usually on a separate table on in the refrigerated section, It's the one with some teriyaki sauce over it, not the regular one. As you exit you can grab utensils, napkins, wasabi. ginger, soy sauce. Parking is a hit and miss, it's a popular market if you go there at lunch time it's packed or weekends. Personally I drop by to get a quick bite, sushi roll or chicken karage . They do have a food court that has a Japanese bakery, takoyaki , a katsu place. Upstairs they have a sushi bar which is unique I havnt tried it but seems a bit pricey but looks like quality. Looking for something Japanese in food wise, this would be one of the places to go to look for it. I don't know why it seems like every Asian market I've been to is so cramped and hardly any space when trying to get around with a cart. It's the same here.t
