Restaurant empty when we get there. Ok, with today's delivery economy that's not always a red flag but in this case it definitely was. The lady who attended us (approximately 45 years old) was completely rude, no attention to detail, distracted, and doesn't listen to anything. If you think I'm exaggerating I am not, she would just started adding sauces without asking or would have ingredients almost served hovering over your food and ask in a fast pace if yes or no. I usually love coming to this location. The regular male employee is always sweet and welcoming. Today, however, a female employee was working and the service was entirely different. I felt incredibly rushed and could barely hear her. At checkout, I was trying to leave a tip, but because I felt so hurried, I got nervous and pressed the wrong numbers. Instead of being patient, she caught an attitude and literally waved her hand in my face to get me out of the way. I came here on a Wednesday for lunch. There was a short line so I had good expectations for the place, but ended up not liking it. The place itself is small, with barely any seating and dimly lit. There is a small outdoor patio on the side if you want to eat there. The portions here are really small for the price. I asked for half rice and half salad, and I was given the tiniest scoop of salad.. The fish itself isn't the freshest, but it wasn't bad. But the sauce isn't mixed with the fish like at other poke spots. They just drizzle the sauce on top of the whole bowl at the end, making the whole thing a soggy mess. I ordered the large bowl which wasn't placed in a bowl but a box. I had the spicy tuna and spicy salmon which they did not cube but ground which is not my favorite texture for a bowl. I also ate the salmon and shrimp which were the other two proteins. At least that gave the bowl a chewy texture. I recently had a challenging experience picking up an order here as an Uber Eats driver, and I wanted to share some feedback in hopes it's helpful. When I arrived, it was very busy and there appeared to be only one employee managing a large number of orders. I completely understand how overwhelming that can be, especially during peak times. However, the process for delivery drivers wasn't very clear. There is a sign stating that drivers should line up for pickup, which I initially interpreted as a designated pickup area. Instead, drivers were expected to stand in the same line as in-store customers. For standard pickup orders (not shop-and-pay), this can be difficult since our time directly affects both the customer's wait and our ability to complete deliveries efficiently. I waited about 30 minutes, and during that time another driver mentioned he had also been waiting for quite a while. The customer I was picking up for reached out to ask about the delay, and I did my best to keep them informed. Unfortunately, after the extended wait, I ultimately had to cancel the order. I truly understand that busy periods and limited staffing can create delays, and I respect how hard food service employees work. I just think a clearer or more streamlined pickup process for delivery drivers would make a big difference for everyone -- staff, drivers, and customers alike. I hope this location is able to find a system that makes things run more smoothly in the future. For drivers this is a heads up. I can't go to this location again , but i wanted to share what to expect. read more

Ok first thing I gotta say about this place is the two people working there on this night were the owners and both greeted me when walking in which to me is very important that always leaves a great impression. I ordered myself a large salad bowl with 3 scoops of salmon and 1 scoop of spicy salmon and got all veggies except the edamame. The lady guided me when it came to the sauces she told me what was good with what I ordered. Finally when I got back to work to eat it all I can say is OMG! The large is basically equivalent to a small anywhere else but for a higher price. They even skimped on the rice which feels like an odd thing to do.
