    Mini chicken katsu curry
    C C.

Was passing through LAX and stopped here for lunch. This place is great for grab & go. I ordered the mini chicken katsu curry place lunch. The regular size plate lunches are for those who got big appetites. Love it, because it's not too salty compared to other Hawaiian bbq spots. I also tried the teriyaki chicken plate lunch in the past. This place can get really busy especially during lunch hours because customers either are on lunch break or are heading to LAX. It's not a dine-in place. I do recommend their food. But watch out for the food coma after. Plate lunches are heavy meals. The lady at the counter very friendly and quick with my order. Will come again when passing by LAX.

Chicken Katsu + Curry , has the cup of curry, rice, macaroni salad, cabbage under the chicken, and of course the chicken!

Food is great, and is always hot and tasty! I usually go for the chicken katsu here and thy always give great portions of food! I've also had their other dishes like the regular grilled chicken, and so far, everything has been great! Price range is around $20, they also offer mini versions too. Drink are available and they have fountain drinks, and canned drinks including Hawaiian canned drinks! The restaurant itself is a small store so it's mostly takeout only, with the ordering in the front and kitchen in the back. Theres a few small seats available, though there seems to be some outside seating available in the plaza. Something nice I liked about this place is they give the clamshell plastic boxes which are microwaveable instead of the foam boxes though I wish they had an option for paper/compostable boxes. Also it looks like they do catering too!

I was torn between WikiWiki and L&L but... wikiwki won my heart and my wallet. The customer service for both were awesome when retrieving quotes. Just wikiwiki is a bit more affordable. Linda is awesome and helped quote based on my party I was catering for a colleague farewell party. Everyone was so happy with this decision and the food was fresh yummy and filling. She even accommodated to cutting the spamusubi in half so there were more to share. Thanks for making it happen! Can't wait to return and order again

Delicious Hawaiian food. My bf used to work nearby and would bring the food from here and I loved it. Now he longer work in the South Bay Area so I'll swing by and grab food to take home. Our go to is the Portuguese sausage and loco moco plate. The portion is large and the patty for the loco moco is plump! The macaroni salad is tasty and I steamed veggies are tasty dipped in their teriyaki sauce. The eggs are perfectly cooked, over easy. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the mood for Hawaiian food.

Easy to order, food was good, and generous portions. Solid lunch spot when in the area.

One of the many places that I have as a lunch option when I work out at the El Segundo office. I've only been here once so far. And since I'm trying to cut back on the meat I got the tropical chicken salad. Yes I know it's chicken but I want something. It's a little pricey for lunch but you definitely get what you pay for. The portions are huge. The salad itself had a great taste and everything tasted fresh. I couldn't even finish the entire salad and ate almost half of it for dinner that night. No frills and no nonsense. I walked in placed my order and waited for 10 minutes to pick up my food. Not a lot of interaction which is not a bad thing especially when you just wanna get your food and go. I really liked that the lady behind the counter was really straightforward. I definitely would come back for lunch take out when I'm working in the area.

I wouldn't even give it one star. My sister asked the lady how her short ribs are (we were just going to get the mac) we order the ribs and go sit out front and one bite from each of us and we spit it out. No flavor in either the ribs or the Mac. The worst part is we went back in feeling horrible we didn't like it. (Servers, we don't wanna be those people) but it wasn't good at all. We asked if we could exchange it. The lady at the front was ABSOLUTELY RUDEEE. No. No. We don't do that. We can't exchange it? NOPE SHE YELLED AT US! They don't do refunds or exchanges. We took one bite? Iv worked in the food industry for 15 years, Iv never heard such policy. It's not right. It's not okay. If something is horrible we should be able to switch it or get out money back. Stay away from this place

There's no seating inside the restaurant but there's a large table in the middle for those who may want to stand and eat. Service was great and the staff were friendly. While I was not the biggest fan of the food due to me finding it bland, I did appreciate the prices and the portion sizes. For a large plate, we only paid 10 dollars. The portion size was huge and the amount of chicken, rice and veggies they gave you were great. I would try another dish before I say I wouldn't come back but I appreciated the experience.

The kind of good that makes you nod at your plate like you're agreeing with it. You know what I am talking about. Every dish comes out looking like it knows it's about to be appreciated. Torrance Food Crawl #442…read more Ali'i Hawaiian Grill offers a minimalist approach with a simple menu that has a limited selection. For the Poke bowls, select your bowl size, pick two from the four or so fish choices, a base (rice or salad), and for most bowls a side or two. After several visits, my experience has been fine each time. Good quality fish and fresh sides. There are also some plate options where you can select Huli Chicken or Kalua Pork. I've tried both the chicken and pork (though not on the plate option), and both were excellent. This location used to be strictly take-out, but now there are two tables inside if you'd like to sit inside. I feel compelled to mention that when I recently visited this location, they had a health grade of B from LA County displayed in the window. Yelp shows that they had 14 health code violations on September 18. Usually, I don't show too much concern for these health scores, but when a restaurant's primary product is raw fish, a lower score gets my attention.

I was a fan of their El Segundo location but I believe it is gone. This place had about 5 or 6 different fresh poke styles available during our visit. We tried the Hawaiian, the Creamy Garlic Crunch, and the Sweet and Spicy. We also ordered the Chips and Smoked Ahi Dip, and the Huli Chicken Bowl. I think I loved everything. The Creamy Garlic Crunch poke was especially amazing. It had a slight spicy kick to it and it was rich and delicious. The chips that came with the dip were obviously freshly-made wontons and I could have eaten a hundred of them. The dip was good but not as flavorful as I had hoped or had in the past. For the chicken bowl, the rice and cucumbers that came with the chicken were excellent. You get a ton of mac salad and it is excellent. The chicken was solid, too. Unless they are hiding in plain sight, the places that just sell fresh poke, without the bowl, are few and far between in Southern California. I love poke bowls, too, but sometimes the poke by itself (with the different sauces and seasoning) is just incredible. This spot serves delicious fresh poke and I will always be a fan.
