I ordered the following items from the menu: St. Louis-style ribs, Beef rib, brisket, potato salad, coleslaw, and chili. The St. Louis-style ribs were very easy to bite into and flavorful. The beef rib (only available Fri.-Mon) was perfectly tender, smoky, and fatty. The bark wasn't excessively thick, which I appreciated. The brisket, which I got the fatty part of (they ask you if you want the lean or fatty cut) was my favorite of the three. So fatty, juicy and satisfying to eat. None of the meats really needed the sweet bbq sauce I got with the meal. The side items were spot-on as well. The potato salad, coleslaw and chili were the best I've had in quite some time. I regret not getting some chili to go because I have a sneaking suspicion a nice helping of it on hotdogs would be amazing. Can't wait to come back to this place. Forgot to order the jalapeño sausages while I was here. Looking forward to trying that on my next visit.

Their food is good, the buffet section is good and often stocked up, and the workers don't seem miserable. I've gone here several times and they consistently have good service. My only gripe is the valet-only parking. Even if you park yourself and don't use valet to get your car, tipping is still expected. It's nice that it's tips-only, but it shouldn't be expected... Expect it to be loud, too. Loud music, loud people, loud banging of silverware... but that's expected at most kbbq places. Other than parking, this is a solid place with good food and good service.
