I always come here after attending concert at Kia Forum. This is on the way home so it's very convenient and they have very good tripas tacos. I have plenty of food as well, and if you're lucky you'llget to order their churros where they will be freshly made to order. it's never empty because a lot of people also come here for late night munchies. The price is decent. On the same street we have plenty of options although I never tried the other options. Parking access to parking and it's pretty easy. It has a pretty distinct truck design , so it's gonna be hard to miss. read more

From tacos to burritos, to desserts, this place got it all now; they have a nice set up with tables and chairs as well to enjoy your food fresh. Bring back the $1 tacos though! The tacos still hit after all these years (pastor), the steak and shrimp burrito is a fave, another stand out for sure is their salsas (habanero), they have great flavor and heat here ! I have to come back to try more new items to really formulate a solid review, also the service was a bit off this night, they were not very attentive, it took them a while to acknowledge us and it was not busy at all... anyway... 3.5/5 star for now. Really disappointed with my experience here. Taco wise, they are 3 star tacos - nothing amazing about it but pretty standard. 1 star knocked down for experience. Went here on taco Tuesday when they were advertising $1.50, no other menu items had prices. I had a large order and got 14 tacos, and carne asada fries. She asked me if I wanted homemade tortillas or regular, no indication they were different prices. I say homemade. She goes to charge my $72.00 which I thought was a high amount, but could not speak up until it was totaled. I try to tell her it should be closer to $40, and she says it's too late, nothing can be done. She says "the homemade is extra of course" when there was no reason for me to assume that. I've been to taco trucks and shops that do homemade standard. Also, I got quesabirria tacos and was given a quesadilla instead, although I specifically ordered tacos. Why I'm thinking the cost was a little more too. I was hoping to bring the tacos home and be blown away to make up for the cost. But they were very greasy, meat wasn't the best, and even though I asked for meat only, the pastor had onions (which meant someone in my family couldn't eat their order.) the homemade tortilla wasn't impressive either and they were fairly small. The salsas though are really good, especially the habanero and the chili oil. Overall, I would be happier if they didn't cost so much. No truck taco should be $3, regardless of homemade. I try not to leave bad reviews often but I felt like she purposely deceived me to get a higher charge. Had they impressed me I would have let it slide. read more

One of the best if not THEE best taco trucks in Hawthorne or Southern California for sure. There isn't much on this truck that is bad. They even have a churro making desert stand as well. The best thing to get on here for me is the Steak and Shrimp burrito, it's for sure a 5 out of 5. I've had their tacos, banging! This truck usually sits out in the evenings. The menu is listed on the truck. All the salsas sit outside with containers to go. The street tacos use to be $1.00 but now $2.00 either way they are savory! Cooked well all the time. I always order Carne Asada again the street tacos are really small so maybe you should order more to be on the safe side. I totally recommend this truck instead of the others on Crenshaw. ****FRAUD ALERT**** CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND IF THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ONE ASK FOR IT!!! Today at approximately 530pm I came to order 5 tacos and 1 burrito along with 1 horchata. The guy taking my order got my card and I saw him charge it then told me that it didn't go through and if I could pay in cash. I told him that my card should have gone through and that I didn't have cash on me so then he proceeds to tell me that he was joking and that it went through. He never gave me my receipt but gave me a ticket number. Out of curiosity I checked my account online to see what he charged me and lo and behold I was charged $40.00 when he originally told me $27. When I brought it to his attention he kept giving me the run around and told me that he charged me correct and that it was because of taxes. I also asked him why he never gave me a receipt and his excuse was that I didn't ask for it. That's an automatic red flag!!! He asked to see the charge on my account which I showed him and the only reason he gave me the difference back was because I told everyone in line what he did to me and to make sure they were checking their receipts and asking for one because he was overcharging their customers. Never again!! I can't go back knowing what they did to me and who knows how many other customers and to that they would get away with it. read more
