He suggested this place, so made a stop on a light rainy day on some random Tuesday to try them out. Hubbers' favorite is the al pastor, so he got a few of those. I tend to be more adventurous, so I went for the carne asada, tripe and chorizo. While our food was being cooked, I packed a few sides: lime, sauces, onions, etc. Everything is lined up so clean, neat and organized so it was easy to pack things up. Our stuff was good and ready to go in no time. Home isn't too far away, and with hAngerism pouncing, we dove right into our grub immediately. VERDICT: they were delicious! So delicious, I couldn't wait to take pictures before we ate them all! Sides did help elevate the flavor a bit, and each different protein I got stood on their own flavors and characters. FOOD: 5.
