This is a single visit, burrito only review. Pass, Zamora Bros to and from Costco so checked out Yelp reviews, solid. Wife and I shared a carnitas burrito, about $11. The lady taking orders pretty much spoke Spanish solo, so I stumbled with my Espanol! She helped me with "for here" aqui haha. Burrito was excellent, nicely warmed and slightly crisped up tortilla. Decent size, not big not small well stuffed. The pork was plentiful and tasty. Saw some reviews about "saltiness" which I noticed but not too strong for me. Sal es Sabor, sí? I love this place since it's my place to go for pork belly chicharrón and big huge burrito for lunch when I worked nearby back in the days. The place has its own parking lot so easy to find parking. They have foods to go and others dishes. The pork belly is delish and fresh since they cooked right there, infront of you in batches. You pick the piece you like. Some are hard (my friend loves it) and some are not that hard but crunchy and each bite, fat juice just drips out. You have to pick the ones that you like. Their burritos are hugely made. Filled with (your choice) of meat w/ rice, bean and everything else. I tended to do 1/2 beef 1/2 pork. Well made and with cheap price in the area. Now, the price has gone up but quality is still there. They do have their own parking lot so easy to park. Great and very attentive customer service. The place is on the corner so plenty of light from outside through glass window. Seating area with 7-8 tables and it's clean and spacious. My husband went to buy pork belly chicharrón I was unchewable hard not fresh at all. Not to the speciations of the restaurant claim fresh food daily it seems they had been cooked for days. I gave them a call and the manager can't take feed back got upset and called me a liar which I am Not I have eaten their before and have Ben good but not these time To much $$$$ for low quality food. They told me to bring back my husband said no it was breakfast time he didn't want to deal with these awful employees plus we didn't want no more food. We wanted money back with they refuse. Always wanted to eat here as when I would drive by there was always customers inside. Had a regular all meat Carnita burrito and my son had a regular Carnita burrito with rice and beans and both were really really good. But the cool thing is, you can have variations of what part of the Carnitas that you want, which is always great more fatty, less fatty, and on and on. The two ladies that were working there are awesome, kind of like eating at home if you know what I mean. Very sweet very helpful. If you want, Carnitas, give this place a shot. read more

Located on the corner of the block nest thr Business Costco, they have a wide assortment of pork products to offer you. The carnitas taco was tasty as well as the chicharron taco. There is no menu so you're ordering food in the dark. There is no pricing for the products. Hopefully, you don't get skimped or overcharged. If you're new to here, you have no idea how to start. There are no labels or anything to differentiate which is which in the case where all the food is. Not very customer friendly of how to order. Tables are dirty and flies were roaming around the food. As long as I've been going to this place I've never had a problem, I'm surprised by the reviews, maybe something's changed. I know I will be going back at some point because their "Chicharron Burrito" w/Beans, Cilantro, Onions and that Habanero Chile' is so good! I have people hooked on this place. I've bought the Tripas, Carnitas and Chicharron and never had an issue. They were all good. To me Carnitas have to be deep fried and not boiled (yuk'). Bought a pound of carnitas and a small brand and she charged me $20 when it should have been $16. They overcharge everything and their food is pretty basic. My all time favorite carnitas spot!!!! Oh how I missed them while they were shut down. So happy they are back up and running. The staff if friendly and trusting of their loyal customers. An acquaintance of mine lost significant weight after reading the book, "Why We Get Fat". I asked her what she ate or snacked on and she told me, pork rinds from the gas station, lol. Ever since she told me I wanted to try some. I am a firm believer in the ketogenic diet and that saturated fats do not make you fat but the carbs that turn into sugar does. So you can eat the carnitas but not the rice and tortillas :P A friend who was shopping at the Costco Business Center told me she smelled this place from across the street and saw a line out the door. Like a bakery, you pick up a tray/tongs and help yourself to the pieces you want. I was just going to try the chicharron but there were some interesting pieces of perfectly fried meat that I didn't realize were deep-fried carnitas. Living in the Chino Valley, there are many places that sell carnitas but you have to take it home and add more oil to create the crust. The carnitas here are perfection. A layer of skin is scored on the top, the outer layer is crunchy, the next layer is fat and the inside is perfectly cooked shreddable meat that is not dry at all. It would be awesome with guacamole, onions, and cilantro.... They sell an assortment of pork products: intestine, feet, etc., homemade tortillas, chips and have very yummy looking hot foods including stews, rice, beans, and chile rellenos. I found this restaurant because of a co-worker while mentioning I was craving "carnitas", and he said he went a few days before. I couldn't find it anywhere (google maps or yelp) so a friend and I went for it. It was early so they were still making the carnitas, but they had tacos, so I had 2 chicharron on green salsa, 2 on red salsa, and 2 asada. They were the bomb! Nothing fancy to ruin them, just the tortilla, the meat, cilantro, onions and salsa... so good! I will be going back after work to get some carnitas for dinner (wifey won't have to cook tonight) and then I might move it to a 5 star rating, but I have no doubt it'd be great. read more
