Order at the table, enjoy your food and pay at the counter. They have plenty of variations of pho, but I like to stick with the classic Pho Tai. Their broth was wonderful with or without the additions on the table. I like that you can choose your size. I went with the medium which was a good size for me, but the small wasn't too much different and I think that would have been fine as well. We added on a Chinese Donut which we dipped in the broth. It was a fun addition and pretty large, so you can split it between 2 people. The Shrimp and Pork Spring Roll didn't impress me so I would skip it next time. I don't know how I am just now finding out about this place but it's going to be my new go-to for pho in the area.

Put bean sprouts in and boom it was delicious. I got the medium sized and it was the right amount for me but would get the large one next time. Would recommend this spot if you are in the area. Definitely one of my top spots for pho in Long Beach now, sucks because it closes at 5 so you can only get a lunch or late lunch out of Pho Hong Phat!

Found this place on Yelp and my husband and I really enjoyed the food!…read more When you walk in, it is one of those fast food kinda restaurants with a few tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. I noticed most people got their food to go. My husband and I ordered the fish sauce chicken banh mi and from their new items menu, a crispy pork spring roll. Once we got our order, you can automatically smell the fish sauce chicken banh mi. If you're not fond of the fish sauce scent, it might turn you off, but I like it lol. The banh mi was very flavorful and the fish sauce gave the chicken that umami. The banh mi had a good amount of filling and ratio of meat to veg. From the new item menu, we tried the crispy pork spring roll. I love the texture of the spring roll cos you get that soft texture from the wrapper and veg inside as well as the soft, white meat from the pork. Then you get a crunchy texture (my favorite kind of texture to a meal). You get the crunch from the crispy pork skin and inside there is some sore of fried element, maybe a fried egg roll wrapper? I also ordered a Thai iced tea with boba. The drink was good. Not too sweet and the boba had good texture. It wasn't too chewy or too soft. The prices here are reasonable, so it's definitely work a try.
