This place is okay. Lots of Yelp reviews for this place are accurate. The flavor of the broth is good and we like it but that's about it. I got the #1 combo regular and it's such a small bowl, okay meat quantity but the quality is just so so. But, the service is so nice though and there are plenty of free parking, which is a huge plus for LB! My coworkers and I ate here for lunch today because it was rainy and cold and it definitely satisfied our cravings for tasty healthy beef noodle soup. Needed a quick bite around Long Beach and decided to give this place a try. They have a parking lot next to the restaurant, so parking is not an issue. The decor is very basic and simple. I presume the couple on the floor are the owners. They are really nice and friendly. We just ordered two bowls of pho, the #P1 and #P6. They come in two sizes, regular and large. We went with the regular. P1 is the Dac Biet (special) which has everything including tendon, tripe, brisket, rare meat, meat ball, etc. P6 comes with rare meat and brisket.' The portion size was good, plenty of noodles and meat. The broth was tasty and didn't seem to have a lot of MSG. At least I didn't feel thirsty after eating. Prices are really reasonable. The interior is very simple and the air conditioning either weak or non-existent, so there were several fans set up. It definitely reminded me of Asia. Service was friendly, and the menu was large. What shocked me the most was how affordable everything was, meals under $10 in 2022 are an absolute steal! I ordered a regular sized #1 combination pho. The broth was super hot and tasty, and overall this was a fantastic deal for the price. My ice water was refilled regularly. I was even given a few slices of fresh guava at the end of my meal. Off Anaheim near MLK in Long Beach's Cambodian town is this Vietnamese cuisine restaurant that serves Pho. This isn't just your ordinary pho, this is the real deal pho with broth that's next level flavorful. The ingredients are fresh and delicious with of course a side of your condiments and sauces . I was impressed with the meats in the combo house pho. The meats were so delicate they melt in your mouth. Once I added everything in the pho, I was in heaven, especially on a cold day before New years, it hit the spot. I also ordered a Thai ice tea and was one of the best I ever had. This is the best pho restaurant in the heart of Long Beach, CA. Nestled in the outskirts of Cambodia town, locals know that a good bowl of pho is found here. They always make it a point to remember me since I've been here as a freshman in highschool. I've moved out for college, and I still find myself coming here every time I'm in town. I've come here after major exams and milestones, but as I've grown older their shop brings me the comfort of knowing the bowl will never change. Their other food items never disappoint, they have a distinct wok hei flavor to their stir fry dishes that is so umami. A bowl of pho here is truly a work of art. The base is a light and savory broth with perfect golden clarity that harmonizes the noodles and toppings. This photo is not representative of how you receive the pho, I drink it immediately so it looks a bit low (that's how good it is). The meat is generous and varied, so you get all the unique textures that traditional pho should deliver (tendon marbled beef, thinly sliced flank and blanched intestines). The garnish of bean sprouts, lime and thai basil seem to be home grown. They also make it special from other pho places by serving thai basil and culantro!
