I tried the pho tai ga, the pho with med rare beef and chicken, and it was delicious. The broth was very flavourful with plenty of cilantro. The noodles and the meat were cooked perfectly. The beef was better than the chicken, so personally I'd stick with that for next time. The portion was very big and a lot of food. I also tried the crispy spring rolls for the first time and they were so yummy. The portion only came with 2, but I wish there was more! They are decently sized spring rolls though. They come with a sauce that paired very well with them. All the food came out in a timely manner and was very fresh. Overall this was a pleasant discovery and makes it into my top 3 pho restaurants easily. The portion is a little smaller than I remember, but it's still packed with crab and toppings, and the taste has remained just as delicious. Damn, that tomato broth SLAPPED. Better broth than a lot of chinese soup noodle places I've been to and the brisket was also very tender.
