Not truly a typical sit down restaurant as you order your food at the front counter. But there is a decent amount of seating to dine in. I've only ever had their lunch menu, but their dinner has even more options. One thing that shocked me the first time though was that their front staff aren't Vietnamese, which I'm use to at most Viet restaurants. Don't let that fool you tho, the food is good, creative, and in many ways authentic to the Vietnamese pallet.

His only complaint was the noodles; he didn't care for the wide noodles. My sister got the bún bò Huế. The broth was excellent and approved by my parents, and it came with a generous amount of meat. My mom ordered bún cá and really enjoyed her meal. Each soup-based dish came with a plate of fresh vegetables. I ordered the grilled specialty platter. It was a lot of food, but everything was delicious. I also tried the salted iced coffee, which was just okay. They accept cash or debit only. The spring rolls were crispy, large, but lacked a bit of taste compared with other restaurants. Overall, both dishes were good as well as the service. I would return to try Pho next time.

I waited at the front of the restaurant to be seated and was given a table in under 10 minutes even though the restaurant was completely full. The waitress asked if I wanted to upgrade to fresh noodles. I opted for the dry noodles. There is now a charge for fresh noodles. My order was placed and the food came out quickly. I got K07. Deep fried vegetarian spring rolls and PH04. Rare beef and flank with rice noodle soup, size large. The large size portion of PH04 which I had ordered seemed like the same size bowl as the regular size soup bowls. Sometimes it's unknown what is the difference between ordering the smaller size or the larger size soup. At some places it means more broth but at other places it means more noodles. Here it didn't look like much difference. I found the broth to be too salty with tons of MSG. After a few sips of it I was more thirsty than hungry and could not finish my meal. I asked the server for take away containers. Note that there's a small fee for takeout containers (plastic containers and styrofoam containers).
