Great portion and flavour profile, ordered the chicken pho and rice with pork-chop and sunny-side up egg. Decent space with high ceiling. Quick service.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this Pho joint located at the Stockyards. We quickly scanned the QR code to get access to the menu. Please scroll all the way down and check our their specialty items that you hardly see in other pho restaurants. Like fried soft shell crab and other Viet dishes. Our server Nancy recommended S02 Hu Tieu Nam Vang which she told us is a Cambodian style vermicelli noodle with the clear broth on the side. The server says she eats this dish most often along with the rotation of S01 (bun bo hue). You can either dip or pour the broth all over your noodles and enjoy it the way you want. The vermicelli noodles are a little more textured and it has a nice variety of different proteins from pork, shrimp to liver and quail eggs. It even has a bit of crispy pork rinds to add texture. Really enjoy it and would recommend. I would eat it regularly here if I lived closer. I think this is the only spot I've seen in Toronto that serve this? My partner also enjoyed his vermicelli bowl as well. Only drawback is that the server ask for 5 star review on Google for a small discount I think maybe 5%? I don't remember. This practice would not be allowed on Yelp because Yelp is all about genuine experiences without incentivizing reviews. It seems it may be direction from ownership to have their staff to do this and to mention the server's name in the review. Even though I really did enjoy the service and would've written a review either way later... I found the request to write a review while the server waits in front of you to be inauthentic and somewhat uncomfortable. My experience was 5 stars before the request to write a review on the spot, perhaps a 4.5 after. I just want to enjoy my food and write it later, ya know? Why rush it? I believe the management should reconsider asking customers to leave reviews in a way that could potentially sour their experience at the end.

Love this pho place! I got the appetizer platter and it came with a variety of things like wontons, spring rolls, sausage, beef, tofu, shrimp, and pickled radishes. Everything tasted great. Service was really good too. Place looked very nice and modern. I would definitely return.

Beautiful Pho restaurant in a trendy part of Toronto. Decor was modern, big windows with ample seating. Menu was massive and had some very unique dishes. Had to try the special pho. Only one size which was scary because we thought it would be a massive bowl, but the quantity was average. Broth was amazing and you could taste the deep rich beefy flavours with some fattiness. Great selection of meat and the beef balls were tasty. I love the selection of noodles and it came with all the proper herbs, they bring chillies if you ask them. The only downside was the portion size...for what we paid, I expected a larger portion. Service was great and friendly and all areas were very clean including the washrooms. It's more like a 4.75/5.

I've been searching far and wide for banh canh cua after a trip to Vietnam which was the main reason for coming here. We arrived for lunch and there was no wait which was great. Food was also served quickly. We ordered the following: -Cha Gio - It was nice and crispy; however, we wished that there was a pork only version as my partner doesn't like shellfish. -Banh Canh Cua - This restaurant has gotten closest to taste; however, it is still not as thick or as flavorful as the one I had in Vietnam. -Banh Mi Grilled pork - Decent but a little pricey

This place definitely has the best pho in all of Toronto! This hidden little gem is located in a stripe mall on the corner of Stockyard. Their broth is super flavorful and you can really taste the bone marrow flavoring. The spring rolls are to die for, I have tried all of them on the menu from my last 5 visits to Toronto. On a cold day outside, this will warm you up. The beef steak and broken rice is by far my favorite...... The service is pretty standard/lacking which for some reason is typical, speedy and the decor is simple. I will definitely be back and I do recommend....

The food here was decent and the service was pretty good. Located in a nice area to do all your shopping at one place. We got the pho special and bun bo hue. Taste was decent little above average for us. Did find the prices a little higher than most. $20 for bbh and $18 for pho special. Inside had nice decor and was clean

Of all the pho places I've been to within the GTA, Pho 90 is my favorite to date. The broth here is sweet and fragant, without being overly salty. They're located within the Stockyards Plaza by St. Clair and West on Road, with plenty of free parking near by. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, and is clean, with high ceilings giving it a bit of an airy feel. The staff here are friendly, and the service is good. There's also plenty of free parking near by.

We came around 6pm on a Saturday night and there was no wait but as it got later there was definitely a short line up. The restaurant looked quite modern and has a nice mural at the back. Their menu is pretty extensive and has your usual pho noodles, bun vermicelli, rice dishes and some more specialty noodles. We got a large rare beef and meat ball pho and a mixed vermicelli with spring rolls, pork, and bezel leaf wrapped beef. The pho broth was rather on the sweet end and it does seem to have a distinct flavour compared to most other pho restaurants. However, there was such a small portion of noodles. There were a lot of sliced beef and meat ball but near the end I had more toppings and no more noodles to accompany them. The meat balls were a little too soft for my liking. The vermicelli was good. Not quite sure if I liked how soft the beef was in the bezel wrap. I really enjoyed the crunch and texture of the spring roll though! Overall, it was an enjoyable meal but I did have to drink copious amounts of water after ha.

We ordered the vegetarian rolls, cold shrimp rolls, and rare beef pho. Everything was great. The broth was perfectly hot and tasty. The meat came in the soup, so if you prefer to cook to your own temperature in the broth I suggest asking for the meat on the side. They provided all the typical garnishes (basil leaves, bean sprouts, hoisin sauce, sriracha). The service was to the point and friendly. Everything was great, but the ambiance really stood out! The restaurant is so unexpectedly beautiful and artfully curated. It wasn't busy as I went on a weekday, but there are a lot of booths and seats so even on a busy day I'm sure it'd be easy to find a place to sit. I would return for the great pho and the cool vibes. Awesome place.

There are a lot of positives about this place. My Vietnamese friend can attest to the taste and authenticity of the restaurant's food offerings. The interior's decor is very modern and well thought out. There is some form of avian theming established on the ceiling's hanging art pieces. The washrooms are also themed, dry, and well-maintained. Our group ordered a good variety of the rice dishes, Pho, and the tray platter. I had the S12 - Bún Đâu Măm Tôm Northern Tray. It is pricey amounting up to $24.95, but the serving size is big enough for 2 people to share. However, there are still a few things to comment negatively about the place. The menu items are just a little more expensive compared to other Pho places. Coming into the restaurant there is this lingering strong smell present. It is not necesarrily a bad scent, but a noticeable one all the same. It may just be the smell of the food dishes or spices. Lastly, I was disappointed that our server forgot to get back to us after we have paid the bill. During order payment after our meal, we requested for some takeout food containers. We gave it some time, but our server never got back to us and went on his own way and started serving other customers. We had to get his attention and motion to request for some take out containers.

They served us GRASS in the tray of Bun Cha Ha Noi

Giving one star because I found GRASS in the tray of Bun Cha Ha Noi. The pho was not hot and the side of vegetables were not fresh either. They waiters and waitresses were not friendly, attentive, and professional. We came in 2 persons first and told them that there would be 4 total, but the staff didn't bring water and utensils when the other family members arrived later. The staff also never came back to my table to ask if we need anything. My family was so excited to try Pho 90 when noticing the restaurant had such high reviews but we ended up leaving with disappointment. Also we didn't feel welcomed when dining in the restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Not because of the taste of the food (because it depends on each individual's preferences) but because of poor customers service and food quality control.

    They do bahn mi sandwiches.

Phó 90 did deliver on the tasty meals we had. While not looking as their menu advertised, the food was delicious and under $20 a dish, so that was a bonus. They did seem stingy in certain areas though. The shrimp count in S10. The peas in the tofu phó and the simulated fish cake style in the seafood phó were aspects in our dishes that were not enjoyed. I found their service sub-par. Friendly, yes; accomodating, yes. However, there were things that other guests received without having asked for them and we needed to ask for those items. For example, at the end of our meal, we needed containers. Instead of the server giving both the containers and a bag to accompany the container, we had to ask for the bag. Meanwhile at another table we see that the guest received a container with a bag automatically. I also requested more limes wedges, yet when turned to the table next to us discovered someone had full on lime wedges on the rim of their plate under their bowl of Phó. While at our table all we got were half wedges and then needed to ask for more. We called out to the various servers via their own names and found they either did not hear us or simply ignored us. There was one point where two of the servers or bussers were by one of the kitchen windows and it appeared one was looking directly at us. We desired the bill and a hand was raised to get attention. Like in a school. Yet this particular person did not even see the raised hand and we were not acknowleeged. I noticed the original server, Hanley was wiping down cutlery at a table offside and saw that we needed something and came to attend us. Thank YOU Hanley! In the periphery of one's sight movement or the straightness of an arm extended into the air can still be seen. Especially if it is not usually there. So, the surmising, the conclusion drawn is one whereby we were ignored and not treated as equal to other guests. And that is not a good feeling. The ambiance was clean, modern and looked well kept. They had nice lights and swans suspended in the air above, in a sequential manner. They even had socks on the legs of chairs to prevent scoffing on the floor. I would return, when in the area to try some other dishes. Its hard to asses a place fully based on a one time experience only.

Even when I got take out, the restaurant gives you plenty of fresh ingredients to create your own fresh rolls. I recently went to Anh Dao for lunch to dine in at the restaurant on a Friday around 12:30pm. The place was pretty quiet as it seemed like I was their first customer that day. During my time there, there was another party of 2 that also came in to eat lunch. I opted for the house special soup pho ($19.95). Service was friendly and my food came at a reasonable time after I ordered. The house special pho included slice rare beef, beef brisket, beef balls, and tripe. The soup was slightly sweet with a nuttier flavour. The noodles were unfortunately not the fresh kind but there were ample beef ingredients in the bowl of pho for the price you are paying. I love how in addition to siracha and hoisin sauce, there is also ground up chili sauce as well as a pickled sliced garlic and jalapeno pepper mixture at the table. Moreover, you get bean spouts, a red chili pepper, fresh herbs, and lime that you can add to your pho broth. Overall, a tasty bowl of pho where the quality of the beef was good.
