Ordered the lunch special pho and I enjoyed everything that was included. I have yet to return and try something else from their menu.

Their grilled meat is frozen and reheated poorly. Ate vermicelli bowls last night and felt sick after. Won't be eating here again.

I just ordered two vermicelli dishes to go and a Thai tea with tapioca. I asked for no fish sauce and to add peanut sauce. I also ordered and paid extra for a bag of cilantro and basil, as they do not add this to the vermicelli bowls like other Vietnamese restaurants do. The orders came out with fish sauce and luckily I checked. They gave me two quarter ounce containers of peanut sauce for two orders of vermicelli, which is definitely not enough to season a tablespoon of the entree. The bag of cilantro and basil I paid for was a bag of beansprouts, and even when I pointed it out, they did not give me a bag of just basil and cilantro. I ordered the Thai tea with no ice, since I paid extra for the tapioca, and it was basically a cup full of ice. I asked them to remake it and it was half ice the second time and only 3/4 of the cup was full. If you are charging $4 for Thai tea, at least fill up he cup, and not with ice. The tofu was barely cooked, if at all, and was a mess. I will never waste my money here again. Even after pointing out how messed up my order was, they did not correct it. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. Had pho for the first time about 3 weeks ago and I have been back here 4 additional times. The first time I tried the pho with everything and it was great but I'm not a fan of the tripe and ligaments. To each his own. Once you figure out your go to you will not be disappointed. Came here cuZ I had a pho-fix. The broth was okay. The spring (central) rolls were kind of small. The large portion they had, was basically a medium anywhere else. I gave the waitress the order. She brought out my spring rolls, THEN my entree, which was perfect, but never brought out my iced coffee. Have to deduct a star for that. Overall though the food was pretty good. read more

Went for lunch today. The waitress who served us was great. She even gave us free coffee since its tuesday. My issue os i saw maybe 4 to 5 men there cone from the back who work there yet they did nothing. They let our waitress serve every single customer in the restaurant on her own and there where over a dozen peoplem every table was packed but two. Her and another woman who was the table cleaner where the only ones doing anything. The food came out fast and everyones food came out at the same time. So it's close by but lacking. Lacking in flavor, and customer service. $3 lemonade and no refills. Now I'm not sure if there was no refills on higher priced drinks or no refills! My husband ordered iced tea and the server never came by to refill his drink. I ordered a vermicelli bowl with beef, the fish sauce was practically see thru! Needing my Pho fix and being in Deer park. I decided that I'd give Pho central a try....l'm thankful that I did. Wow! It is everything I was craving. I was super hungry so I ordered the Shrimp and pork spring rolls. Straight from the kitchen 3 minutes later and better than my normal Vietnamese spot. The peanut sauce was warm and tasty as the Shrimp and pork Spring rolls hit the spot. When the Round steak and lean brisket Beef Pho arrived minutes later I was in Heaven the super clear broth was wonderful and I quite honestly haven't had a better place to enjoy these dishes...Im making this my new spot. read more

This place is a great addition to the deer park area! Great location in front of San Jacinto College! The food is simply amazing and fresh! They where both delicious the only reason for the 4 stars is because we had to wait a very long time to get menus when people that came in after us got them right away. Very disgusting place. The P1 which is there main Pho dish was not even luke warm it was COLD!! The place had flys swarming everywhere and they were pretty much added amenities in my Pho. I paid the money owed and didn't fuss just left quietly. I was so excited to see yet another vietnamese restaurant open in Deer Park, and this one does it up right. Their pho is delicious, although i do wish they had an option for dark meat chicken. Their other dishes are great too. The vermicelli and pork, the spring rolls, so good. They recently began offering dessert, and unfortunately it's not as fresh as the rest of their food. The chocolate mousse was very cold and had a bit of freezer burn flavor to it. Other than that, every thing about this place is great. The service is always wonderful, too. read more

Been meaning to give them a review for awhile... we normally go to pho 21 or something like that in Clearlake because those were the closest to us. But now we have one 5 min away great food we have eaten in house and Togo several times now and every time it is great!!! Not a bad place for the prices. I had a hard time finding the menu online before I came in and they seem to close early during the week. It is summer time and there are a ton of moths outside because they have fluorescent lights out front but to be fair it affects the whole strip here and not just pho central. I only hope they don't get inside. Everyone was fast and eager to help, we even had two people trying to fill our drink order. I got a noodle dish and my wife tried the chicken sandwich. Everything tasted fine and I even took the rest of mine home but the sandwich is small and was eaten in one sitting. I do hope they do something about the chairs. They need sliders on the bottom, with such an open space the dragging sound is amplified and rather unpleasant. read more

I've been here several times now, and LOVE IT!!! The pho is delicious. My only recommendation would be to get a soda fountain for refills instead of serving canned sodas. While I'm a tea drinker, my husband gets a soda and has to sip it or order a water to complete his meal. I still give this place 5 stars for the food and service!!!! read more

8 months ago I had never had Pho in my life. Then everything changed and I was introduced to what some may call an addiction, and this is one addiction I'm okay with, and Pho Central is responsible. I have since been here probably 20 + times for that sweet sweet Beef Pho.
